I wish I can give this gym more than 5 stars. This is a family oriented gym Curtis, Barry, and Roc are very informative, this is one of the few hardcore old fashion gyms. I past so many gyms on my way here to this location. Very clean and the members are friendly and also knowledgeable as well. No contracts and you can pay month to month with no penalties.

This place has the greatest staff you could ever come across. Always will to give you advice and will offer advice if they know you are receptive to it. I love them and the environment. Mr. Curtis, Rock and Barry. All with different style and personalities but all professional and extremely capable. Go in there and check out some of the professional pictures. Mr. Curtis is still just as impressive physically too. Great place, great clientele, and great price.

Simple but great gym- not a ton of cardio equipment but enough to keep everyone happy. Tons of weights and a section where you can do HIIT type workouts without clogging up machines. Staff is friendly and hours are great. Wont break the bank!

Great gym, this is the place you need if you want to lift weights. Not many treadmills but enough if you want to run indoors. Very friendly staff and they all know what is needed for you to get in shape. I prefer this gym over any others that are in that same price range. Which isnt high at all.

Gym with everything that a fitness enthusiast could want. Great for powerlifters bodybuilders and and those who just love to lift! Plenty of cardio and gym is well maintained and kept clean! Even when its busy, its not crowded. Just works!
