This is the worst place to go. Very rude staff no body knows what they are doing the doctor that saw me I forgot her name but she acted like she did not want to listen to what I needed. It was so frustrating NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN.

If I could give 0 I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They literally take your money and do not communicate with you. I paid for 3 sessions ipl service upfront and I my skin react and I didn’t want to continue when I asked for refund for 2 other sessions that I payed upfront and didn’t receive it they refused to refund me and they told do whatever you want, we either give you store credit or one sessions back. This is horrible. I’m so frustrated and I never recommend this place to anyone. Such a horrible experience.

This is the absolute worst medical office Ive ever taken my children to. The communication is absolutely horrible they do not follow up properly about tests,, the front desk ladies are so rude on the phone as if youre bothering them. There are plenty of food pediatric offices to take your children to. Avoid this place!!!!!

This office should not be able to service children ever at any given time. Appointment is scheduled for 3pm reach the exam room 3:40 still not seen by an doctor btw there arent any doctors on site just nurse practitioners you speak to a nurse as to why such a hold up for a simple referral when the child was just there no accurate answer they force an appointment for an referral instead of over the phone then the rooms arent being sanitized properly they have paint chipping and dust everywhere on numerous occasions with my children they rather see adults first versus getting the children out of the way first as well adults and children within the same waiting area masks are basically a joke to these so call medical professionals and to proceed forward they can care less if your upset or not about there services and apparently no one knows who they work for so they cant provide the information to make a formal complaint they need to reevaluate there entire existence they dont believe a word you say about whats wrong with your child they guess if possible try to keep your children far away from these individuals they need extreme guidance

I scheduled this massage appointment for a friend as a gift and they missed it I called to reschedule and sounds like a black lady trying to explain that they want be rescheduling if they miss the next appointment I said yes maam I understand do you have any openings for the day she states she wasnt finished talking and will not be scheduling another appointment and hung up. So unprofessional and rude I will not be referring anyone else here.

DO NOT BOTHER !!!I’ve had 3-4 appointments. Staff was late to every appointment except my very 1st one. When I say “late” I mean I was the first person at the office and NONE of staff had arrived, doors still locked and office still hadn’t been open. When I complained about it the “manager” claimed office didn’t officially open untill 9am but yet their staff continued to schedule appointments at 830am. The manager also claimed she was the first one in the office everyday but yet every appointment I was there literally before EVERYBODY, waiting outside ! My last laser hair removal session was September 2020. Come October the laser tech was out of office due to being ill. I was told when they came back I would receive a phone call to reschedule. November same scenario, no tech and no phone call. December same scenario only now they no longer have a technician and are looking for a replacement. I asked about compensation and the manager stated they were not compensating for the lost time and they were expecting to have a replacement by Jan 1st 2021. She also stated they were planning to start everyone’s laser packages over with no additional cost. It is almost February 2021 and I have yet to receive any phone calls regarding services. Manager is very nonchalant and shows no sense of care or urgency. I had to request to speak to her directly because she rather relate messages through a receptionist. UNACCEPTABLE ! My skin condition is basically back to square one and I have to start laser hair removal all over again, BUT with an office more responsible and professional.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!!!!

I arrived to a very helpful and friendly staff. Ms. Anna has always been extremely kind to me. After finding out my A1C was back within normal limits Dr. David was genuinely happy and excited for me and it really gave me a great feeling. Ms. Ojumu was very attentive and matter of fact. I was in and out. Great visit. After my last conversation with this office I truly started looking for a new PCP. Theyve restored my Faith in this office!!!!

There are two ANWAN clinics here. The downstairs clinic is fairly ordinary but the people are very friendly. I go to the upstairs Regen Center clinic, which requires an annual subscription fee. But the doctor upstairs is one of the best in all of Georgia for anybody who is looking to achieve good health through a combination of traditional medicine and natural/herbal supplements. If you are looking for a concierge doctor, you get the doctors cell phone number to text at any time.

The nurse practitioner Shannon Christie is very unprofessional. Her bed side manners are terrible. I gave my opinion on why I didn’t want to provide a urine sample and she replied “ why would I trust somebody from off the streets”. They DO NOT have Doctors physically there they only have Nurse Practitioners. I would have not come here if I knew I was not going to be seen by a DOCTOR.

Sometimes the wait is exhaustively long, but the care is ALWAYS phenomenal.

Everyone is soooo friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that everyone seems squeamish there about hernia exams. All my life doctors have said, turn your head and cough, but these guys dont seem to want to do that exam. I think I may have one and told them so, but they said Id have to go to the gastroenterologist for that. I like these people though and otherwise am thrilled with them. They all take their time with you -- doctors and nurses. Ive been two or three visits now for yearly physicals.

They make you a appointment then when you get there they make you wait a hour past your appointment to actually take you in the office. Same goes for video calls, they will schedule you and call you a hour and a half later late. Will be changing clinics.

This place unfortunately deserves 0 stars because the customer service and professionalism is honestly really poor. The lasers also dont work well because Ive been to other places where Ive started seeing results in just a couple sessions. I got it cheap on Groupon so I guess you get what you pay for.Also, if youre late by a couple minutes, even if you call, they cancel your appointment and charge $25. I see that someone mentioned deceptive practices in their review, and that is really what goes on here.For lasers that dont seem even effective, unprofessionalism, & lack of any type of customer courtesy, youd be better spending your money elsewhere.

Amazing transformation. Definitely improved since I was there last. The staff was responsive and I felt that I was their priority. I was in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes and waited only 5 minutes in the clinic for the doctor. At my physical exam, the doctor was amazing! He made me feel like I was the only person in that whole building. I got to ask all the questions I had and was given REAL and HONEST answers. Very unhappy with treatment here. They rushed me through, would not listen to me, and kept trying to push a blood test on me that was both unnecessary and not as informative as the skin test would have been, and then contradicted what an allergist said about how the skin test was better. Wouldnt give me a referral to an allergist and instead pushed an ENT referral. I was promised a prescription for ear drops to treat my infection but they called in a prescription for Flonase nasal spray instead - which neither treats my ear nor is any good for my sinuses. The facilities are dirty as well.

Also if your just getting a message or aesthetic session these people have access to your medical records!!! No one signs a HIPA release form!!! So illegal !!!

I had a great experience at this clinic. I had shockwave therapy for my plantar fasciitis which served me better than just physical therapy by itself. I’m back at 100%. Appreciate the approach to medicine using both allopathic and naturopathic means to alleviate and cure illness.

Stay away! I purchased a groupon for 3 IV therapy (Meyers Cocktail) treatments. Even though I presented my groupon before services were rendered and Anwan Wellness redeemed the groupon, I received a bill in the mail for over $300. It took numerous phone calls, messages and letters to get the error corrected. The worst part is the expiration date on the vial of the Meyers Cocktail expired a year before they gave it to me. The IV treatment made me feel sick and I never went back to redeem the other 2 treatments.

OMG... From the time I walk in, Hope is so pleasant. This place is amazing. I normally dont do reviews, but this one is a must. The staff is always so welcoming, they make me feel like Im the only client they have. Its never a long wait. I love how Dr. Rene W takes his time with me, I never feel rushed.... The Doctors Are never there. Not a pediatric office at all. Get blood work every visit. Charges for physicals. Why do we have insurance. Never ever asks do you mind speaking with a student or if a student can come in the room. Very rude. Not satisfied. I have since found my sons a more child friendly office. Not a satisfied patient at all!! Not good for business!!

My very 1st visit was on 3/9/17 3PM APPT. got there by 2:45... Waited in the lobby for a little over an hour. Finally my name was called and i was greeted by Dr. Rene whom made my experience all 5stars... Not only is he a doctor but a professional as well as a scholar... Very easy going, thorough, understanding, & knowledgeable. Although i havent met the rest of the staff I highly suggest Dr. RENE. Nothing better than a doctor who actually shows that he cares about his patients well being

What ever you do, do not go to this practice. I took my 6 year old son to them for a check up in August, during which they told me he was healthy even though we mentioned the fact that he had been having intermittent nausea and headaches in the morning. Three weeks later, after he complained that the headaches were getting worse, we took him to another pediatrician who after an extremely quick examination sent us to the ER for a CT which they found a brain tumor. Both the ER docs and the pediatrician were able to tell that something was wrong just from examining his pupils and since the tumor they found was a very slow growing type it is pretty safe it was there when ANWAN gave him a clean bill of health. If they had actually examined him thoroughly we may have found it earlier and more disturbing is the fact that they told us he was healthy when any competent doctor could have seen that something was not right. If you value your life and/or your childrens life avoid them at all costs.

Billing and invoicing is a mess!One of the doctors examined my newborn over a year ago. Couple weeks back I start receiving account statements (final notice - avoid collections!) for services supposedly provided almost 1.5 years ago. Turns out they are not able to correctly submit the claim to my insurance to get reimbursed. Not my problem. Stop sending me statements. Wasted enough time on the phone with your billing department.

I love this place!!!!! The staff is always pleasant, great customer service. Everytime I am in Atlanta and need great service for me or my child, there always available they have never turned me away.

Inferior insurance, lab work, billing, and records keeping in general by staff. Christie was the type of doctor I was looking for (holistic, integrative), but receiving a bill from a lab in New York City 8 months after an office visit is beyond absurd. Christie has stopped seeing patients altogether now, unless they pay the concierge fees which are outrageously hundreds of dollars, each visit. He is HOURS late to appointments, unapologetic, and then has the nerve to say that anger is not good for me! Back when he was seeing insurance patients, I drove from Tucker TO Hapeville to get a first appointment of the day slot at 730/8am and then waited two hours for him to ARRIVE at the office. Complete disregard for patients time and energy.

One of the worst places to go. This is a doctors office that will have you wait 1 hour even if there is no one there. They hardly ever answer the phones and the doctors act like they dont know what theyre doing. For example my head and stomach hurts theyll help me with one problem then kind of brush off the other problem.They also try to stall for time by sending in students training to become Doctor. If you want to help them have them in the room watching what your doing the entire time. They should also ask patients on the sign in sheet if they even want someone whos training to be in the rooms with you. Some people are sensitive and just feel comfortable with only their doctor. Oh yeah youll love it there if you like seeing a different Doctor ever time you go.

This is hands down the best place in town for everything from hair removal to skin tightening to removing sun damage. I’ve been going for years now and I love it. They never make you wait, the staff is so customer focused and kind. James does my treatments and he is excellent in addressing whatever concern I have. His attention to detail and perfectionism is exactly what other places are lacking. I’ve had laser hair removal before and it hurts and doesn’t work great, but that’s not the case at Anwan. The skin tightening treatment firmed my post pregnancy belly and the skin discoloration removal is unbelievable. I have been to many other places over the years, but after I started coming to Anwan, I stopped wasting my time and money at the other laser centers. They are expensive with little benefits. I recommend it to my friends when they complement my skin or tell me they can’t tell I’ve had kids. Definitely a place worth trying. I am positive you won’t be sorry. If your are considering going, I would highly recommend you try it out.

I was a potential NEW patient and the service I received from there front office staff (Maca and Danielle) today was appalling. These two ladies lost a patient before I ever even made an appointment with Dr. Akita Evans. I will not get into all of the semantics I encountered with them over the phone, but DO NOT do business with this office. Unacceptable language, rudeness, and condescending ATTITUDES are intolerable in my book. Those ladies are really doing a disservice for this office. If I could give the service zero stars I would.

This place is one of the worst places I have ever been. They not only would not report to my insurance company things correctly or tell me about procedures they were doing that might not be covered to allow me to opt out, and sometimes they would straight up lie about it. Whether they did it on purpose or not doesnt matter, it still hurts the patient either way. I just got a bill for an assessment some girl came in and asked if i wanted a health and behavior assessment. Knowing their penchant for not telling their patients about charging I asked her explicitly and told her about how i ended up paying for things, the girl said, no it is free. I see they charged my insurance company 40 dollars and now tells me I owe them 24 bucks for this assessment. It was like 6 questions they asked me that you could find on buzzfeed to find out if you were depressed or had anxiety and it was done by a young girl who didnt seem to have a health background. Last year i ended up paying like 900 bucks because they neglected to tell me they were doing procedures I needed to get pre-approved by my insurance company. I also had a doctor here suggest going off synthroid and taking some supplement they sell for my hypothyroidism. Dont go here if you need to see a doctor. They are dangerous and rip you off.

I wish I could give this facility more stars. Anwan has seen my entire family since I was a little kid. However, I had no idea how difficult this place was to deal with when I got older. The wait times are insane, I have on numerous occasions, been on hold for over an hour trying to speak to someone. Staff at the front is not helpful at all. On one occasion I was speaking with reception about my daughters prescription, the phone cut out, I was able to still hear the receptionist but I assume she couldnt hear me, and she began to say I was unbelievable for hanging up on her, not knowing that I could still hear everything she was saying. Like I mentioned, I want to give them more stars, the doctors are ok, but having to get in to see them is a nightmare I am no longer wanting to deal with. Its just sad because I have been with them for over 8 years.

Whatever you do...STAY AWAY from this doctor office. You sit for hours waiting to be seen. They over book and it takes for ever to be called back. They are unorganized! They have my children medical records screwed up! Didnt report all their vaccines 😡.

I had a physical scheduled for 11:30. I arrived at 11:20, and waited one hour in the lobby and another hour in the exam room, waiting to be seen by a doctor. Gave up and left without being seen. The medical staff the I encountered seemed inexperienced, but were nice. However, the overwhelming feeling is that this practice is all over the place. I hate that I wasted my time here and scoffed at the offer to reschedule. As if.
