The agent literally yelled at me:Just limit your answers to YES/NO to finish this so rude, disrespectful and threatening.Quoted one thing, 30 minutes later is $200 more based on non-sense.Stuck with them because I need cheap. I will need good luck with these people. Be aware.

Great great great place to go for insurance, reasonable prices,although I had to return the vehicle, due to it needing repairs, so I had to cancel my policy. I hope the refund comes fast in the mail like they sunt me my declaration page when I opened this account. But with that being said, this is a great place to go for reasonable priced insurance, I will be back with them when Im ready to purchase another vehicle.

I will never in my life get insurance with this company again. I had to pay $500 just to get my insurance started and that is ridiculously way to high...and they also require that you may your insurance every 3 weeks ....thats even more crazier. And also I got a notified that they would drop me from their insurance company due to my irregular signatures on paper...I went up to the Velox in tucker and spoke with agent Vanessa(Never go to her, she is just all about money and doesnt really care.) she acted like everything was fine and called me and told me a week later that I needed to pay insurance only to find out months later that I didnt need to pay at that time and they also sent me $94 in the mail due to me cancelling my insurance before 4 weeks....so basically they want you to pay 3 weeks ahead of time to get a extra week out of you...this is the worst insurnace company ever!!! its only good if your making money like bill gates or beyonce or jay-z no lie!
