Was with him for years and recently couldnt get a call back. Switched to another State Farm agency who had me sorted within 30 minutes. Do not recommend.

Weve had a lot of storms recently in our neighborhood, and I went ahead and called my homeowners to insure everything ok - they informed me that I needed a new roof and that it would be covered. We were then told our deductible was $23.5K - apparently they screwed up filling our policy and put the wrong deductible - now I am out $9k for a new roof. Dont use them & double check your policy if you do!!!
