Mr. Sam Samani is genuinely a very professional person. He is very concrete with all the information he provides. He will work with you until the end and make sure all your questions are answered. I personally enjoyed his services because he is very straightforward and won’t make you jump through hoops. In my experience, we talked in his office and he explained everything I needed to know about my coverage. This shows the amount of experience he has in the field. To anyone in the process of getting a policy written, I highly recommend Sam because he is the true definition of what an agent exemplifies.

Dont get me wrong Sam is the best insurance agent out there who is polite and professional. However, the guy who answers the phone when he is not available is extremely rude and unprofessional. He always has an attitude if you call him with a problem or an issue that needs to be resolved. On several occasions I have had him hang up the phone on me or he gets easily annoyed. All i have to say is if you don’t want to deal with customer service GET ANOTHER JOB!
