Staff is nice. Allstate still has some updating to do with their apps. Haven’t had to file any claims. We saved money using Allstate. Not bad so far.

I got a call in December about a missed November payment. Somehow my auto payment was cancelled. Not sure how it happened but i took fault and paid over the phone. I thanked the team for calling. A week later, my policy is cancelled for non payment. Apparently the payment they took over the phone was lacking $29. I believed that I was paying up to date over the phone but they failed to tell me I needed to pay $29 more. I’m disgusting with Allstate. Then I call the office back and they put the blame on that person. I’m trying to figure out how to get my policy renewed and she gives no explanation, no apology, no solution. She just tells me to call the 1800# after hours to complain. I WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH THE OFFICE AGAIN. I WILL DEFINITELY TELL EVERYONE I KNOW IN THE AREA. Very poor service. Amongst other things.

I asked a question regarding my insurance 2 months ago and nobody replied to my question including Allstate and the agent

The agency is fine. There was an issue with documentation getting to the mortgage company but it appears to have been an email miscommunication or something to that effect. Overall it is fine as long as they keep their rates low.

This review is for anyone who might be applying for a job with this company. They made a false job posting, claiming to have a position open for Billing Coordinator. But then you go into a Zoom group meeting and THEN they tell you that you are applying for a sales rep position. Something to keep in mind if you ever decide to do business with them. Real clever.

Very ignorant people work here. I went there to add another vehicle in to my existing auto and home insurance. But the lady was so unprofessional and she has zero knowledge of how to work in the computer. So disappointed!! How this kind of people become a legal agents??NO MORE ALLSTATE for my auto and home again!
