AAAAAAmazing! That’s the best way to put it. From price, to food, to how the wedding day went, Stillwater valley catering was just amazing. Everybody raved about the food. It was exactly what I pictured when I thought of my wedding day caterer. Thank you so much for everything, Simply Catering!! Stillwater Valley Catering is absolutely the best around from the quality of the food to the friendly staff - I give them a 5 star review! The food presentation and taste was superb along with the professional and polite staff who served at the wedding event that I attended recently. I highly recommend them so a big thank you to Robert and his staff for a memorable event. You all went over and above to make this a wonderful day for the bride and groom.

Amazing! They catered all three of my children’s graduation parties. They went above and beyond with ideas, little extras, and even decor. The taco bar was a huge success. Everyone raved at each event. They were also very concerned with food safety and regulations. They worked hard and it showed. Thanks Stillwater Catering.

Amazing wedding thanks to Stillwater Valley Catering. The food was absolutely Delicious! The staff were attentive, courteous and went above and beyond to make my nieces wedding everything she had hoped for. All the guests mwere taking about the beautiful appetizer charcuterie and how great the dinner was. I will definitely be using them in the future. She told me that their cost was over $2000 less than the other caterers quotes. You would be crazy not to hire them in my opinion! Awesome night and thank you Stillwater!!!

Robert and his team are extremely fast and good at what they do! The food is wonderful and pricing is right! I have had him cater for a school event and my son’s graduation! Plan to call on him again!

Robert and his crew catered my wedding and other family members of mine weddings and they was excellent every single time,great,delicious food,great attitudes of the employees Robert and his crew took awesome care of all of us,I would recommend Robert and his crew for any event!!!!!

Stillwater Valley catered our school staff luncheon- it was wonderful and made our staff feel soooo appreciated!!! Later that year, they catered my daughter’s graduation party and all the food and cupcakes were amazing!!! Moist and well seasoned and beautifully presented!!

Extremely disappointed!! Robert tends to have a bad temper. Stillwater catered my daughters wedding. While in line waiting to be served one of the bridesmaids (brides sister) asked for a smaller piece of chicken. He got so angry and yelled at her and then flung the chicken into to the trash can. He also snapped at the photographer and the grooms mother. He was very late. The green beans were not the ham based ones that we had taste tested. They had absolutely no flavor at all. When we taste tested everything was pretty good. They also brought Mac and cheese which was not even what the couple had ordered in their contract. The couple was told that all left overs would be put in fridge for the couple to send home with guest. But that did not happen. Robert throw it all away. They never did a second call on the food therefore some guest that had been outside did not even get to eat. The tablecloths were not picked up we had to deliver them to his house. Very unprofessional and very embarrassing that our guests were talked to in such a way. In my opinion they don’t even deserve 1 star.

Food was good it was the main guy in charges attitude that left several of us at a wedding this weekend appalled. His attitude left a bad taste in my mouth. No matter how good his food is, i would never hire him due to his attitude. He threw food off a plate because one of the girls in the bridal shower decided to change her food options. She had never touched the plate they served us and he still decided to throw it away and have an attitude about it!

Robert catered my best friends wedding and many people were HIGHLY disappointed. The chicken was so dry and the food wasnt even close to being what was paid for. The green beans were so plain, they tasted like the can was dumped straight into the pan with no seasoning. Then!- we paid for containers to pack extras in to send home w guests and Robert and his staff disregarded our wishes and threw all the food away.Robert was rude, extremely late and it felt very sloppy. He decorated the buffet area w old dusty greenery and flowers that in no way matched the brides vision.Overall very disappointed.

We used them for my brothers wedding, giving one start because setting up the day before the guy was helpful wanting to help up set up tables but the linens we got were dirty and so wrinkly. We also had them cater. We decided to do Kroger’s chicken and have them make green beans corn bread mashed potatoes & Gravy. They ended up bringing processed cornbread, Mac n cheese that we didn’t order mashed potatoes that just tasted like straight sour cream and not the same green beans we tried when ordering it. The staff was extremely rude to the bridal party and guests. One employee got so mad at a guest because they asked to change something he yelled and threw a piece of chicken to a trash can that was 6 feet away from him. On top of all that we were told we can bring home all the left overs THAT WE PAID FOR and they just threw away everything without saying a word. Would not recommend.

Robert and the staff at Stillwater Valley Catering did an incredible job catering the rehearsal dinner for my son’s wedding. The food was delicious and they went above and beyond to accommodate last minute changes to the setup made by the venue. I would definitely recommend them for any event.

We have went with still Water Valley catering many times for our lunch gatherings and holiday parties at my place of work. These are one of the only caterers in the entire area that do all the food set up decorations and event rentals altogether so that you dont have to deal with multiple businesses. We have always had nothing but an exceptional service from the owner Robert and his team. There are only a couple other caterers in our area and let me tell you it is a night and day difference with what still water provides in their service. We will continue to use still Water Valley catering and I personally would like to recommend that you check out the Facebook page as well as it is always getting updated with new things. You will not be sorry for going with Stillwater.

Stillwater catering is amazing!! They went above and beyond our expectations for our reception. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere they created was better than we expected. The staff was friendly on took care of everything. I would totally recommend Stillwater Catering for all occasions.

We had an awful experience with this company. They have a really big problem with scheduling appointments then when you show up they have you down for another time Our taste testing was supposed to be at 11:30 pm on a Saturday... we go there and he states that he had us down for 2:00pm which is not at all true because we had our engagement pictures that day at 4pm. I also had the text message from him showing him we confirmed it for 11:30 that day. Then, about 10 minutes after we left he calls my phone and asks me what time we had our taste testing set up for, I explained that we had it for 11:30pm and we JUST left his house...he then stated he was very confused and I just hung up at that time as I have had enough. This was the second time he had set up an appointment and had us down for a different time. Before this had even happened, I had tried contacting them to just set up the taste testing appointment and it was a run around and they were supposed to contact me back but never did so I would constantly have to contact them. I do no at all recommend this place. I feel as though either they have entirely too much going on for what they can handle or there is some serious issues going on. After the phone call I received from him we were done. We are now in the process of finding another caterer who can actually do what we need them to do. I am very upset as they were supposed to be able to provide the food, the cupcakes and the cookies in which I was wanting and now I have to start all over.

I wasnt impressed with how they treated my sister in law. We sought Stillwater out because of their great reviews and recommendation from the venue. After meeting with the owner and deciding on the menu we set up a tasting. The tasting was rescheduled multiple times and at the last minute. When we were finally able to do it neither of the owners were there. The employee they did send couldnt answer any of our questions. The employee said she would have the owners contact us. After weeks of not hearing ANYTHING from Stillwater my sister in law moved on and found a better caterer. It wasnt until 3 months before the wedding that Stillwater decided to contact my sister in law to see if she was still interested in their services. All that being said I wasnt impressed with the food at the tasting. The macaroni and cheese was very bland and the green beans were over cooked. Their obvious lack of customer service skills is another strike against them. If you choose to use them I suggest being prepared to be the one who has to seek them out to follow up on anything regarding your event.
