Love this gym! Always an amazing workout and the staff is the best and so motivating! A must try! You will be hooked!
This gym is AMAZING!! I workout so much harder in SHRED classes than I ever would on my own and I feel like I hit new milestones in every class...longer distance on the treadmill, heavier weights during the strength moves on the floor, a new personal best speed during my runs. I’m seeing definition in my arms and legs again that basically disappeared when I had kids 🤣🤣!! The instructors are fantastic - so encouraging, high energy, and quite honestly, kind of a riot, which I love! I’m really impressed with their safety measures to keep everyone healthy during this pandemic - the cleaning procedures are top notch and the smaller class sizes ensure that everyone is really spaced out. I’m happy to be back in the gym after a long COVID break, but I’m also glad to have a place I feel takes safety precautions so seriously. Definitely give SHRED415 a try if you haven’t yet - you’ll love it!!!
Love this place! The workout is intense. I burn so many calories and the hour seems to fly by. The instructors are amazing. They will push you and also make you laugh! They are doing so much during covid to make us all feel safe. Come check it out!
Deciding to commit to strengthening my body, through Shred4/15-Troy, was the best decision I could have possibly made for my body AND my mind. I have yet to find a program that doesn’t only push my body and challenge me but leave me feeling the very best version of myself. Beyond the workout (15 minute instructor lead intervals between treadmill and floor/weights) the community is everything. Brittanie and Emerson have set up the most positive environment with the most effective energy. I walk through their doors with a smile on my face and leave with an even bigger smile. I am grateful for their commitment and showing up day after day. You guys are the best!
Ive taken several HIIT classes over the years and Shred415 has been the best of the bunch. What sets it apart is the way the class is broken down into four 15 min sessions that allow you to focus on specific groups. Whereas most other HIIT classes has you changing stations every 5-7 minutes.What I like about this particular location is the staff and instructors. Theyre always super friendly and very professional. The instructors are fun and know how to help motivate you to ensure youre getting the best out of yourself.The facility is very clean and, the staff sanitizes all of the equipment and workout stations after each class. Also, the staff is always wearing masks and checking temperatures of guests on arrival.Highly recommend.
Apparently they didn’t get the memo that there’s a mask mandate. Their workouts can’t be that great if their clients can’t use a treadmill with a mask on, so much for cardio endurance esp considering a mask doesn’t hinder breathing. These guys are unprofessional. Want Covid, come on by and workout in an enclosed room, on a treadmill, with no mask. 550k people dead and they can’t play by the rules for the public good. We went from storming Normandy to “I can’t wear a mask during a pandemic” in this country.
I love Shred415 Troy! I actually took Shred classes when I lived in Chicago and I was so happy when I heard they had opened one in Michigan! The owner Brittnie and her staff are absolutely AMAZING! I have loved every class I have taken there. Their energy, professionalism and positive attitudes make me actually look forward to my workouts every week. They have definitely created a wonderful community. My kids even love going to the childcare room! After I had my second baby, this was the only workout that was going to get me back to running again :) Amazing place- check it out if you can!
The classes are great and the instructors are fantastic. This beats weightlifting or running on my own by 10x. Worth the price. Im burning around 900 cal per class and feel like Im making improvements on multiple levels of my fitness. The instructors have so much positive energy that motivates me even when Im feeling lazy. It has been a great stress outlet and I really appreciate all the advice from the instructors, continuously helping improve form and technique.
Amazing workout!! Every workout is super challenging and feels like a really effective use of time (with plenty of room to make it your own). The staff is very friendly and always makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend!
Love this place. High intensity interval training definitely a good work out
