Its rare that you can totally trust the people that are working on your vehicles but I can leave my vehicle there and I know Rex will do exactly what needs to be done and nothing extra. Never up sold never lied to. Wish they could all be like Kellys

I called Kelly Tire Tuesday morning. I got put on hold for about 10 minutes before I was hung up on. As in, I actually heard the receiver come down on the other end of the line. I called them back. The lady, without apologizing for the hang up, connected me to a guy who took my address and said hed be by late afternoon to take care of the issue I was having. 5 PM rolls around. No call, no show. I tried again today (Wednesday). The lady who picked up greeted me with Good Afternoon despite it being 10 AM. I told them I had called the previous day and no one ever showed. Again, no apology or explanation, she just wordlessly connected me to who I assume was the same man from the first time. I explained my situation (Big surprise, no apology upon hearing no one came out when they said they would and that I was hung up on) and he said he was out of town, but hed be heading back soon. He once again took my address and hung up the phone. Its almost end of business hours and no word back. I understand circumstances come up that might prohibit you from doing something you intended to do, especially in a business like this, but I would have really appreciated a call back explaining that they wouldnt be able to get to me either of the two days they said they would. I see that this place has several positive reviews, and I was recommended them because they were cheap. I guess you get what you (intend on) paying for.Oh well. I guess its about time I learn to service my own tires anyway.UPDATE: They came as I was unscrewing the lugnuts on my tire. Im changing my one star to three stars, but I still have no plans to do any future business with them.
