Friendly and professional. Good prices on oil changes. Its actually cheaper for me to get my oil changed here than to do it myself. I have bought multiple sets of tires here and they take good care of you.

I disagree with just about every positive review here.I brought my car in for a brake fluid service. It was cheap and done in a timely manner, however the job was not done.I went to pick the car up and Dale began to rave about how great the breaks were Ive never even felt brakes this tight on a knew car. You can stop on a dime.Saying he was wrong would be an understatement. I pulled out of the parking spot and i could feel the brakes dragging on the rotors. When you know how your clutch feels on your 5 year old car it pretty easy to notice.When I was getting close to the roadi attempted to stop but almost rolled into the street. I had to put a TON on pressure on the brake pedal.I took the car on some quiet roads to do some break tests. The car just didnt want to stop. I would stand on the pedal with all my weight and it barely would slow down nor would the ABS kick in like it would in a stop like that. At this point the car is pretty dangerous.My lunch break was over so I had to get back to work. When I brought the car back in I explained the issues to dale. I should also add that a plastic filter to my brake fluid reservoir was missing so I mentioned that. I told him just to check it out for me and no rush.Two weeks went by before I went in for an update. He said they just havent had time. I said i understood. A few days later I go back and he says first thing tomorrow morning. Right after the truck is gone. I will give you a call.The next day around 4pm I go back and sure enough the car has not moved. The part has not been found and no phone call either.I cant remember exactly when the other time was in this 3 week period but there was two times he failed to call me as promised.At that point I was fed up and took my car home. Dale is the most incompetent, unprofessional and unreliable person I have ever had the misfortune of working with.

Scotts gone and now prices are up. Seventy bucks for an oil change. Definitely just lost ya a lifetime customer. Especially when Im sure youve seen the total for my last umpteen oil changes.

Dales Goodyear is a great place to take your car. I was going to Monroe Muffler, and was tired of their lazy service, so gave Dales Goodyear a shot. Rick (the manager) is very helpful and knows his stuff. I had a few issues with their Dunlop tires and he has stood behind making it right. Great auto service and I reccomend this to all of my friends.

They went above and beyond to help me find tires. I will always go to them for service on my car.

They have a banner saying free brake inspections though they had no intention of honoring it. As the owner said im not going to diagnose your problem so you can fix it They had techs standing around doing nothing. Surprised with such attitudes they remain in business. I will never recommend them, take your car to an honest shop.

I went in to get a tire fixed, although my tire was not repairable they had a tire for me in stock. They were very helpful and I be be back for my other tires.

Great people came in at 445pm with a gas leak they took the time to take the tank out on the spot to show where the leak was coming from
