In a tight spot far from home.guy got me right in to get me bck on the road. 10/10

First time customer. They machined an exhaust manifold for me it took them a day longer to do it than they first told me and when I got it back there were a few spots that were in question of whether they should have taken a little more off. The guy said not to worry about it. So far so good manifold gasket is not leaking.

As usual Ron does a great job, used Getters for their machine shop services. His work is great and affordable! We had a piston issue the manufacturer finally got back to me Ron took the extra time after he had it right to make the bore perfect 👌 Thanks Ron

My grandfather was driving me to pick up a door from the refinishing shop next door to this place that I was having restored. While getting off the exit his fuel line blew. We were able to pull into this garage. Getters quickly diagnosed the issue and began work right away. We were close to an hour from home; they completed all the work that same day in very appropriate timing. We were not overcharged at all; our bill was right what we expected. Getters was so polite, professional, and easy to work with. I am normally really bad about writing up reviews for good experiences but wanted to take the time to thank these guys for helping my grandfather. Your kindness and professionalism will not be forgotten. I would recommend this garage to anyone. Thank you!

Go there get your car worked on

I have been taking my car to Ron for the better part of 2-3 years now, if not a little longer. Most of my issues have been suspension related, as well as a water pump. Between my accord & my civic, he has yet to fail me. An old coworker had referred me to him. Im very glad I listened! Hes always able to get me quick as hell, the job is practically always done in a very timely manner, and Ive yet to leave pissed off over any of the work he has done. I will continue to trust my vehicles to Getters for years to come for jobs that I cannot do myself! :)

Doesnt fix the problem the first time, and never answers the phone.

Replaced the motor in my 2004 Tahoe. Had 244,000 miles on it. Replaced with a Jasper remanufactured motor. Job done in a timely manner, runs great, no problems. Highly recommend.

Dropped off my son-in-laws car in late September of last year and was disappointed in the lack of communication... promised phone calls which never came, repairs not completed and charges misrepresented. Went to pick up car, after paying $600+ over phone, and it didnt run as promised...they hadnt even test driven after they repaired it.Excuses and silence...They finally did repair it and called us in late March...6 months and $1100 later. Not impressed!I gave them 1 star because I couldnt give them any less.

Quite possibly the worst service of any place, ever. Waited three months to get a part back. Part was not completed, so I took it with me in an uncompleted state. There were no front office staff, as I waited 6 minutes before I entered the employees only area, as I wasnt sure if anyone was even there. I was told the owner was plowing as he has quite a few accounts and was more worried about that business and his three plow trucks.
