Efficient, but expensive. Driver (possibly owner) was extremely polite and theyre tracking system helps to keep tabs on where the truck is in route to you. The transport vehicle was absolutely amazing though. Never seen anything like it before in my life. My bike arrived safe and secure. In a pinch, I could highly recommend them.

I broke down on Betsy Ross Bridge today. I coasted off the ramp to Aramingo Ave and under the bridge. In 45 years I never needed a motorcycle tow until today. Deptford Honda recommended Spin Cycle Towing. I could believe my good fortune when 30 minutes later Jerry arrived (in the photo) and had my Honda on the flatbead. We then headed back to NJ and Deptord Honda.

Top drawer service in every way. They responded quickly to my service request, quoted me a very fair price, and safely transported my Moto Guzzi California from a local dealer to my home. The driver, Robert, was in communication with me the entire time, and expertly positioned the bike in my backyard driveway with a level of care that Ive never seen displayed by typical tow companies. Wow!! I never had such a positive tow experience before. This was the first time I had to get my motorcycle towed. These guys were out to my location within 30 minutes on a Saturday night!! The gentleman had the bike loaded up and secured within 5 minutes. He was very careful and strapped it down properly. When we arrive at my garage, he even pushed it into my garage. Great, professional customer service. If I ever need a tow service for the bike again, I will definitely request and use Spin Cycle again!! I used these guys because of a bad AAA motorcycle towing experience in past. These guys do motorcycles only and it shows. They had the right equipment and the tower Bob was clearly experienced. AAA will send them out... but you must request them. I highly reccomend them.

I have three vintage bikes with sidecars that Spin has towed to various shops for maintenance. The service is prompt with care provided to assure the bike is safe while in transit and includes a courtesy message at delivery. Spin responds quickly to infrequent failures of these bikes to minimize the frustration of being stranded.

Ok... so I went down in Jackson and I called AAA to pick up the bike. They had me waiting for an hour to tell me that they had no truck that could pick up a bike. I was on my own. So, I did a Google search and after calling several other companies, I tried Spin Cycle. I spoke to Jodie who was the dispatcher. He told me that I would have someone out to my location within 45 min. 44 min later, the driver, whos name is Bobby pulls up and loads up the bike within minutes. In less than one hour after I called, I was back home safely. Thanks guys!!

Great service from the initial call on Friday to set up an appointment to the actual pick up Saturday morning.....rate for 14 miles was 85 dollars. Driver was here at 9 on the dot like asked. I have done everything from towing to tell and believe me when I was told the price I didnt even bat an eyelash. Local company in town wanted 175. Driver was very professional from the way he worked down to how parked far enough off to the side of my small street so cars could get by. To most people that might not mean much but it is those small details that go a long way. As a new bike owner it feels great to have this company in your pocket when needed

Wow! Im impressed. I recently purchased a motorcycle from someone and decided to get it towed to my place. I found and called up Spin Cycle and they answered in 2 rings and had a guy to me in 35 minutes (right on time)! The bike loading system that comes out of the back of a pick-up truck was incredible to watch and was very secure, I had no worries. The driver helped load up the bike and strapped it down and we were off in just minutes to its destination. The driver was a great guy & definitely a bike guy, we talked about the bike I just got (Kawasaki Ninja Zx-6r) and he talked about his many bikes. I highly recommend their motorcycle towing services and for sure have their number in my phone now in case I ever get stuck up on the side of the road somewhere. Also they are 24/7 so thats very convenient. From the pick up location they took the bike about 7 miles and it cost $85. The service I received was stellar and my expectations were exceeded.

I had my throttle cable snap on Rt 78 westbound in Lebanon, N.J. last night, Called Rider Insurance Roadside Assistance, Thankfully they were able to reach Spin Cycle Towing,They dispatched Demetrius all the way from Irvington, N.J. He was on site quickly. The loading system they use is incredible and secure, I have too admit when I saw my bike on that lift at the angle it was, I had some reservations, took the driver all of 3 minutes for Us to be on our way with my bike level and secure. Hats off to Demetrius for a stellar job.I will definitely spread the word among my fellow Motorcyclists, Thank You. p.s. Spin Cycle exceeded all my expectations of excellent service! My bike cut out on Kelly Drive in Philadelphia and they picked me up within an hour, and this was around midnight on a Friday. Joey was a heck of a guy and we talked about bikes and beer on the ride back. He made sure I was all set with receipt and had everything I brought into the truck when I was dropped off. I did accidentally get charged twice, but the extra charge was remedied as soon as I called them. I have to say, I did not expect such quick, friendly, and efficient service from the driver and service desk. Would absolutely recommend this company, especially since I couldnt really find any others for the Philadelphia region on that cold Friday night!

Their charge for towing my motorcycle was astronomical.They provided no cost in advance and when I went to get my bike was totally shocked when the dealership informed me that the towing charge was $190.00. When I called Spin Cycle they told me I was lucky it was not $295.00!!!
