Super fast and easy when I got locked out late at night. I have AAA, they were there and into my car before I was even able to talk to a AAA representative to get roadside started.They even explained how to go about getting reimbursed through AAA since I was already on the phone waiting! Lol

I had a moment and locked my keys in the truck lol. So I called Lyons towing and they said Ill try and get someone out to you soon, but just to let you know we are very busy. I was at Kroger and it was raining. Because of Covid-19 they closed right after I walked out, so Im sitting in the rain. Well less than five minutes after talking to Jeff from Lyons, he pulled up! What great timing, customer service, professionalism, and more. He had my truck open in no time! Theyre very reasonably priced as well. I cant say enough good things about this company. I would refer them to everyone.

Ive been going to Lyons Towing for several years now (Im with another tow company), and I cannot say enough good things about the whole group. Theyve dropped what they were doing to help me, offered me food and beverages, a lending ear when Ive had my own issues. Ive never once heard anything bad about these guys. They help everyone in the community and its been a huge blessing getting to know them. Theyre very professional at their jobs and I KNOW their services are great. Keep up the hard work guys!!!

My car was having a wild techno dance fest all night long. Which the local dealership told me could be $1000+ to correct the electrical issues. Lyons towing came out and informed me it was just a dead/dying battery. They helped me out for $35 verse the $1000 the dealership wanted. Will always use Lyons now and in the future.

We had to deal with Lyons towing this morning and I swear it’s probably the first towing business that was friendly helpful and not there just to make money at your expense.

Contacted two other tow companies prior to calling Lyons. One never showed up and the other literally said “ my guys are idiots and I wouldn’t trust them with your car. I called Lyons and they were polite, professional and responsive. They called prior, showed up on time and moved my classic Cadillac without issue. Definitely a company I’d recommend!

Great guy Rich came sooner than promised. My key was locked inside my van & it was raining. The way my van doors are made caused the process of getting the door opened take longer. I received it with everything still in it & how I left it. My battery was dead. (my fault ) Two men brought a jump box before I could ask for help.. Thank you again Lyons Towing .

I got pulled over and was arrested on a Sunday night. My car was impounded by Trenton police. I was finally able to get my car out of impound by Wednesday. My fees were 185 way less than what I was anticipating and every employee that I talked to at lyons was very informative and very professional.

We were broke down on the exit ramp at West Road not a good place to be. They got there quick and the driver was professional and friendly. Our price to get back to Monroe was also very reasonable priced..

I cant believe I havent reviewed this company yet because the help theyve given me has been incredible. I run have a machine shop in my garage loaded down with oldschool cast iron, when I picked up my lathe I knew I was facing an $1500 minimum call to the riggers. Something made me think to call Lyons and see if they could help me out. Well, they pulled right up with a boom truck and had it in my garage in no time. To my astonishment they charged me a flat hourly rate and it cost me a fraction of calling a machine moving crew out. Before I consider buying a machine now, I give these guys a call and make sure we can schedule it in. So far theyve helped me on three such occassions and would you believe it, they even tow cars, here I am bright and early when I blow out a tire, you already know who my first call was to.

5 years ago, I had a Ford Bronco catch fire off of Fort Street and The Trenton Police department forced me to have it towed here. It was about 2 1/2 miles from where my truck caught fire. The next day, I went to pick up my truck as instructed by the officer and these snakes charged me almost $300 for storage and fees. What a racket they have with the Trenton Police. I couldnt pay that kind of money (mind you for their services that I didnt request, the responding officer did) so they would call it even if I brought them the title and signed off otherwise my truck would occur daily storage lot fees. Talk about adding insult to injury. Be warned, they work with the police to screw you.

One of the worst towing services Ive ever experienced. Do no use this company if you want a decent price on towing. They charged me $1,000 to tow a tractor from Allen Park, Michigan to Warren Michigan (30 miles!). By the way it took them two days to bring it to my shop because their guy had an emergency to go make more money somewhere else while my truck is sitting in their yard.

Very Disappointed with the service. I called for a week trying to talk with someone about this and was promised that someone would call me back and no one ever did. The owner told me to call back on a certain day, and when I did I was told the owner would call me back... he never did. I cant help but feel like they lied to me to get gain of their own interests. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Bad first experience!! Called numerous times to get car out of tow. And was denied because the drivers went home ..says online they close at 5pm but they said its 4pm -_- ..grumpy old guy at welcome desk was rude and unconcerned with customers. Told me i cant get my car! At all... because of the lack of drivers yet again!! Had to pay $400+ in total I was told over the phone they wouldnt charge me for the extra days it had to sit at the tow but that did not get honored
