My issue is with the owner. Otto who comes out and actually does the work is a great guy, who is always punctual and polite. Now the owner, that one is a different story. He’s rude crude and has no concern for the welfare of his clients. After years of being a loyal client, he just decided to not show up, no call nothing because he claims he called me to change my date and I didn’t call him back. Mind you this was after I had already spoken with him and set the new date. He also wanted to add a “new” fee to what I was paying. I am ok when prices need to go up due to running costs becoming more expensive but this seemed more like a vindictive move. And when I called him to see why he hadn’t shown up no call back. Just a nasty man who really doesn’t know how to run a business. Sorry Otto! I hope you find a better place to work!
