Jay and Dustin were extremely professional and very thorough. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and how it would impact (or not impact) us. I cant recommend them highly enough. Ive used lots of professional services in my long time as a homeowner and this may well have been the single best experience weve had. Top Notch.

Best thing I did was call Heat Rite and talk to Jay. Hes an expert and took the time to share his knowdege from his many years in the business and was super quick to assist on a rental property. PLUS! Jay made it as easy as it possibly could be and did it right the first time too! Call HEAT RITE and talk to Jay- I promise you, you will be glad you did.

The best money I have ever spent. The process was quick and easy. Just left for the day and came back to a bug free home! A month later and everything is still perfect and bug free.

First he was an hour late, after he was finished he called me screaming about the powder I had put down a long time ago. He said I have to get rid of all my furniture because theyre infested. Then he screamed at me about my basement he said he saw bugs down there too so my warranty is null. $1800 down the drain, Im still seeing bugs.

Called, Jay was out the next day in spite of a personal tragedy. He did a great job, very personable and explained things very thoroughly Treatment was done for my 77 year old mother for bed bugs. 10 days later found more but it’s an old house with lots of cracks, and there was a lot of clutter and carpet that was thoroughly vacuumed but didn’t get pulled up right away He came by 4 days later, sprayed and we set up to come back to seal cracks, take up carpet, etc. 2 weeks passed (I know he is busy) Again, did a great job. We found them again due to a mattress that was not encased before being put back in houseWe had some communication breakdowns but Jay made it out once again. He does stand behind his work and is really great to work with. Highly recommend!
