Ive been using Pest Blaster for 6 years. They perform an annual termite inspection and it gives us peace of mind. The service fee is very reasonable. When the inspection is done every year they provide a yearly warranty should you get termites. You cant beat it.

Termite and radon inspections done as part of home inspection . Agent was thorough and inspection completed in a timely manner. Would certainly recommend their services.

Run away from this place. They will only cause you headaches. Office is run by a manager that never seems to be there. They set up appointments for two weeks after the call in and then cancel it for saying they didnt get a payment the day after an invoice was sent without letting me know until I called in that the appointment was canceled and tenant already stripped their place to prepare for bed bug treatment. THE WORST. Do not use!

I needed to have a termite inspection done on very short notice and can not be more amazed at the incredible customer service provided by Pest Blasters. Pat worked with me to find a time on the same day and the inspector could not have been more professional or nicer. This level of customer service is almost nonexistent these days which makes it all the more commendable.

To reiterate my previous review thsi place is awful and the owners response to me contained LIE AFTER LIE. I dont fathom how anyone can work with this place. AND btw the owner and manager are the smae person but they pretend to be two different people. I work with hundreds of vendors and have never seen such unprofessionalism previously. Cheater liars and thieves. They should be put out of business

Use PestBlaster once a year to check for Termites. Last few years have had them out once per summer to take care of Cicada Killers as well; each year less of them around due to PestBlaster. They do a great job, and are always full of useful info to help protect my house from pests.

Over the years, Pest Blaster treated for termites (after recently purchasing our home), then bees and birds. Their preventative measures ensure mice never invaded our home! The technicians are prompt to take care of any problems and the cost is reasonable. Trust and honesty are important to me, and Pest Blaster has demonstrated both in the decades they have taken care of our property. I haven’t used Pest Blasters (and definitely wouldn’t) but they did come inspect our home when we were selling it as part of the buyer’s home inspection. They reported that our detached garage had termite damage and they quoted us $300 to treat. Luckily, I decided to get estimates from both Terminex and Viking Pest Control and sure enough when they came out to inspect both companies said there was definitely no termites in the house or garage. Instead, they said we did have some carpenter ant activity in the garage and areas of the wood that most likely squirrels had bitten at. I can’t speak for everyone, but I can say I wouldn’t trust a pest company who can’t tell the difference between carpenter ants and termites. Beware of unknowledgeable technicians.
