I have been using Normans for many years to service my company and personal vehicles. They are very honest, reasonable price and always was able to accommodate me on getting my service done. From the front office to crew in the shop all very professional and accomodating.

Norman was able to tell me if the ding in my windshield would able to be repaired within a few seconds. I brought my car there the very next morning. He explained what I could expect at best and at worst before the car was worked on. The results were excellent!It was a pleasure working with this facility.

Literally this place is unbelievable. It has repaired windshields for me twice. Both amazing jobs, speedy, quality and great customer service! I was referred by my fiancee and she has been to Normans various times throughout the years, she is picky and I am huge on Customer Care and experience. You have to try them..wait did I mention affordable but not so cheap I would drive 40min away for it. Theyre GOOOD!!

My 20+ year old Grady White boat that had torn, stained, and worn seats looks brand new again thanks to Normans. They reupholstered 8 cushions, even recreating one from scratch that that we had lost when it flew out of the boat. The price was reasonable and completed ahead of schedule. The staff were pleasant to do business with.

Today was the first time I had to replace the windshield on my 2014 Accord. I did some research online and most of the vendors have web cites which dont give you an estimate on the spot but they say that someone would contact you. Normans Glass is completely the opposite. I got an estimate online as soon as I entered the year, make and model of my car. I made an order and Lisa, their sales representative, called me within 15 minutes to schedule the glass replacement at time that was most convenient for me. They also do not charge extra if they come to you to do the job.I called them on a Monday and I got the new windshield installed in 2 days. The person who installed the windshield was Vincent who was very polite and answered all my questions that I had. The job was done in 1 hour in the parking lot at my work place and my car key was with Vincent the whole time while I was back in the office. The new windshield was installed perfectly and there was not a single scratch on the parts around it when they were taken off and put back on after the installation.I am extremely satisfied from Normans and Vincent and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is in need of auto glass services.

Customer service is lacking and their prices are too expensive compared to other places. Its the take it, or leave it attitude thats a big turn off.

While driving on the highway, the windshield became lose. Tried to find a place to stop to get it repaired and found Norman’s Glass and Auto Services. Spoke to a gentleman named John and went above and beyond to fix the windshield. The crew was able to stay open to get it fixed. All and all highly recommend.

They have always been polite, direct, efficient and reasonably priced. Normans have been maintaining my car for a few years now doing everything from repairs, new battery, tire upgrades & rotation, oil changes and miscellaneous but necessary upgrades/replacements. If they notice something off about my car unrelated to what I brought it in for, they let me know and provide options. They dont pull fast ones on me just to make more money. What I appreciate the most is their no-nonsense style of business. They are polite and friendly dont waste anyones time and get straight to the point and deliver what they promise. The trust factor is also there and I find this personally crucial for a car shop.

Very good price, but the five stars is really for their service. The replacement windshield developed a crack, and with one thing and another we didnt bring it back in for over six months. They gave us absolutely no problem, just replaced it at no charge. Its rare to find that kind of direct honesty.

They replaced side window and windshield for me on two separate occasions. Both times they gave me excellent price and did the job nice and fast. Better drive up there for an accurate quote - might get a better discount this way :) Mobile service is very convenient and reliable.

Normans gave us a reasonable quote, asking for the vin to be very vehicle specific. They gave us options for install dates, answered all my questions and concerns. They showed up on time and had the windshield installed within an hour. Very professional and courteous. I would use them again and recommend Normans to everyone.

A job well done, the owner was professional, the guy who did the install was also very experienced, he knew what he was doing, didnt mind that I watched. he had his 10 year old son help with small tasks. The kid was eager to learn. Price was very competitive, better than Safelite.

If you’re looking for efficient and timely service and reasonable pricing then Norman is the place to go. I fixed my window regulator and window here which costed much less than what others were charging me. Will be using their services again.

Was very pleased initially with the fast service replacing my windshield. However, after I had my car back for 2 days I realized my air vent was broken and was missing 2 blades. I had a phone holder blocking the vent so I initially did not see this damage. The company was very defensive in the fact they did not do this but indeed they did because no one else uses my car. Absolutely furious that one of their workers can be this dishonest. Sad part is I have no way of proving this but I will warn all of you to beware.

Very reasonably priced windshield replacement. (I had it done at the shop and they were finished in about an hour.) I would definitely use them again.

In and out in half an hour to get my power window replaced. No nonsense, just straightforward good quality work and good customer service. Pleased to find out they do oil changes and tires!Update: Sadly, I need to change this positive review to a negative review. The newly installed glass cracked again just a few months after I had it installed. I noticed there was no originating point for the crack and it seemed to be extending from something going on inside the door. Id never experienced anything like this before and wasnt sure what to do. I called the office and all of my concerns and questions were shot down without a second thought by the woman who answered the phone. She said there was no way it could have been anything theyd done and had to be the difference in temperature, even though I told her the car had been sitting unused for weeks, so there was no difference in temperature. Didnt matter, wasnt their problem. The end. I had to laugh because I asked her if there was any way to keep the crack from spreading. Oh nooooooo. was the answer. But as soon as I hung up the phone I Googled it and right away the answer came up -- crazy glue and clear tape on both sides can keep it from spreading for a while. And it did! And I sold my car to my neighbor, who fixes his own cars. He replaced the glass himself, and when he took the door apart, what did he discover? The glass had been installed incorrectly, and had cracked inside the door. Its not so much the incorrect installation that disappoints me. People make mistakes. Its that when I called, I was not even offered to bring the car back for someone to take a look at it, and this really stung when I found out it wasnt installed right.

Great service, they have done several windshields on our trucks, onsite within 24 hours every time and do a great job. Just had them do a custom glass top for a large conference table and we were very happy with that as well. Highly recommend this company!

Quick and easy windshield replacement. Waited for the replacement and it really did take about an hour and it was a significant savings over the dealer or any other shop. By the way, driving in the truck lanes of NJ turnpike when they have construction seems to be the windshield killer.

Normans took care of a loose windshield gasket that was not even their problem. Safelite told me the job simply could not be done at all by merely reseating the gasket, but rather, would require them replacing the entire windshield and costing me just over $400 after taxes and fees.Normans merely asked that I bring the car to them to look at (a minor inconvenience), and they resealed the gasket in perhaps 5 minutes... and for free!I own my own business, and there are times great customer service is worth more than money. Thank you to the folks at Normans for saving me $400 and doing the job ethically and professionally.

Normans Glass = SHYSTERS! I had them replace my cracked windshield, preferring a more local company. BIG MISTAKE! The first sunny day after they installed the windshield, I noticed scratches in it, front and center on the drivers side. I called them right away and they asked me to bring it in for them to look at it. AFTER saying they couldnt find the scratches, I pointed them out. Then they said the thoroughly inspect every piece of glass they install. HAH! They couldnt even find the scratches without me showing them! Then they said it must have happened after they installed it. Really? Was the glass THAT CHEAP that it wouldnt last a week? And theyre scratches, not cracks. Why and how would I scratch my windshield there? Safelite is going to replace it. They have a one year warranty. Apparently SHYSTER NORMANS doesnt even have a 7 day warranty! Word to the wise, if the company doesnt have reviews that are easy to find, do business with another company. A few bucks could have saved me the hassle, big time.

I have a 20 Nissan Altima and because of all of the snow and plowing a truck threw a rick into my windshiled and left a huge crack. I at first called the Nissan dealership, but they wanted upwards of $400 which I knew was wayyy to much. I called Normans and they replaced the winshield in about an hour for under $300. They were very nice and gave me discharge indtructions on how to care for the car right after having the window replace (leave the windows cracked, no car wash for a week). This is the 2nd time I have had a winsow replaced by them, I also had a Dodge Interpid about 5 years ago and had the same incident, only this time it was a car that threw the rock, and they replaed it for (from what I can remember) about the same price. The repair on the Dodge never gave me any trouble, and so far so go on this window. I dont think I will have any future issues with this replacement window unless another rock attacks my car.

Good price but they had to come out twice because they didn’t seal the windshield correctly so air was getting in. Also left water marks, dirt and scratches on interior sides of windshield.
