I had my iPhone 11 screen/digitizer replaced it. it took them about two hours. it came out looking original.. cost was $154.00 all taxes included. Id use them again if needed.Friendly young men!

I took my 2011 i7 quad core MacBook Pro in for repair it came back as a 2010 i5 MacBook with a different serial number... also before I got a chance to paid the MacBook shut off he said that’s the battery smh it turn off 30x in one day... I would say take pictures of your device serial # and specs

I took in my ps4 for a hdmi port repair it can in tomen and all burbuja when I got it back it was missing a screw and the Bluetooth hard drive and blue ray thing was broken too

They have some excellent people there who care a lot about customer satisfaction. I went there to change my phone screen on my Samsung Note 8 when my original cracked screen stopped working completely. I purchased the premium screen (LCD) from them. The screen was good but not as good as the original. I would have lived with it. But there was a small problem with the screen, the S-Pen (stylus) was not working on it. So I went back to tell them. I was half expecting that they would say thats how it is and it cannot be fixed. But they tried fixing it for almost two hours and when even that didnt work they got me an upgraded OLED screen like the one that comes with the original phone. And they did that for free. They ordered that screen specially for me. Now my phone is as good as new and I hope to use it for at least another 2 years. Getting a new case and screen protector for my as good as new phone. Really happy with how they went out of their way to fix my problem. Thank you so much. Ill definitely go to you whenever I need any help with my phone.

Complete rip off sold me a faulty screen for my iPhone and it was literally lifting from the phone and the person who did my screen even said he didn’t know how to do phone screens completely unprofessional and made me pay again for a new screen. SCAMMERS

I brought my sons i phone to get the screen replaced, it was cracked and had really bad water damage in the screen you could barely see the screen... these guys were SO nice, professional, and the fixed my sons phone in 30 minutes!!! I was VERY impressed!! Highly recommend this establishment!!

Fraud fraud fraud. Do not go here. They spoiled my laptop completely, my laptop no longer starts up. Gave them to fix a small broken hinge, and they ruined the laptop completely. Completely unprofessional, they do not stick to their time, and they have a very very poor service.

Not sure I would use this particular location. They said they were waiting for a part had my phone for a week. Now Im waiting for my refund. The phone is still broke.

After getting my phone fixed, it was ruined. It freezes at all times, it won’t light up when someone calls me, and it’s constantly black and won’t light up. I want a refund and a new screen.

I had a pleasant experience. They were very friendly and have reasonable prices. The only flaw is that it took closer to 45min when we were quoted 30min. So it made my friend and I a bit late since we went during lunch.

They fixed my console so I dont want to give them 1 star but it took about 2 months. When I called to check the status they kept telling me it would be done in a day or two then I called back they told me it wouldnt be done for another week.

I came here to get my phone fixed and after my screen was glitching and it wasn’t letting me press any buttons so I took it back and it worked perfectly for a month now I can even text right . I don’t recommend this place at all .

Screen was defective after installation I came back later that day for replacement and all they were offering was a replacement with a used one when i paid for a new one. Lesson learned will shop elsewhere for my cell phone needs.

I got My LG Tablet repaired there and had the most time consuming experience, do to small little things that could have been easily avoided. I had to return to the store 3 times. 1 first time i came to pick it up it looked like there was still a crack in the screen, i told them i was unsatisfied and their response was that they could put the old CRACKED screen back on if ide like. (Come to find out it was just a screen protector that the employees didnt see. I even hinted at it but he said that thats just the way they are). 2nd time i ask the rep to correct something on the receipt for me because my carries insurance required it to reimburse me for the repair, he said he wasnt allowed to and that and the owner was away for 1 week. The last time i came in to finally just pick it up and cut my losses. When i got there another rep took care of me, easily and with out question corrected the mistake. (the receipt was written on paper with pen I really didnt see what the big deal was). In total from start to finish i took almost month to receive my repaired device back.
