Great service needs more staff company received a budget cut from its parent company

I will ONLY use Cool Cab! They are WONDERFUL! I use Cool cab a few times a week and will not use another service. Ashley goes above and beyond, they are fast & efficient, good rates and just genuinely really good people! You wont find another company who cares as much and will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.

Go the extra mile for their customers. Met a woman this weekend who is disabled and was stranded at a hotel with no car, Cool Cab picked her up, dropped her off, and even went shopping for her when she was unable to go herself. I overheard her telling hotel staff about how amazing you guys are, so I asked for the full story since when Im in town I use cabs pretty often. Very impressed with the dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Will definitely schedule a ride with Cool Cab next time I go out.

They are the best. I will always call them from now on!!! The prices cannot be beat. I have called them on almost a daily basis and they treat me like I am a member of their family!! There is no way that I could afford to use any other taxi service this often. The drivers are friendly, the cabs are clean and comfortable. They offer extra stops if you need to do something on the way to your destination and they go way beyond what any other private/public transportation can offer. I will never call another taxi service again. They have me as customer for life.

In a time where Uber or Lyft is around $14 for the same trip I feel like $34 was a bit excessive. Especially when the driver is texting while driving. I didn’t say anything at the time and maybe I should have but made me very uncomfortable. Driver was pleasant enough and seemed like a nice guy. The van was also really uncomfortable to ride in.

By far the best cab company in the Traverse City area. They are always on time and ALL of their drivers are incredibly friendly and very personable. Definitely call them if you need a ride, with them you know your gonna get a responsible and respectful driver, someone who actually has a boss, not some young kid uber driver who is just trying to make some easy money and has no real person/boss to answer to

Ive had to use this service a few times recently, and twice, Ashley was my driver. SHE IS AWESOME!!! Shes super friendly, cracks jokes, even stopped at the gas station so I could get something. I HIGHLY recommend using their service. Theyve been on time everytime I had a scheduled pick up and are fast getting to me when I didnt.

Great 45min ride from Traverse City Airport! Our ride was ready and waiting for us right when we landed and picked up our bags. Please safe, comfortable and pleasant ride- Would highly recommend!

This taxi service is absolutely amazing! Highly reliable and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy their customers! The night before Thanksgiving they stayed open extra late just to make surethat I was able to get a ride. I will only ever recommend them and will only use their service from now on.

I wish I didn’t even have to leave a star. Cool Cab allowed an uninsured driver to drive their vehicle. Said driver ran a stop light and caused a serious accident. Now Cool Cab is saying they have nothing to do with the driver to protect their name. Even though this driver also had a passenger at the time and they knew he was driving their vehicle. If you get into one of these cabs make sure you sign a waiver, cuz obviously they are just irresponsible and shady.

I have been taking taxis here and there my entire life. Ive used several companies over the years, including every single one that you can use in the Traverse City area. Cool Cab is far and away the best company I have used so far. Friendly, punctual and professional. I cant recommend highly enough.

Everytime I have ridden with them they have been friendly, fast and affordable. You can even choose your own music. Highly recommend them for your next wine tour or event! Too much fun! 5 star service for sure. Thanks Cool Cab!

Came within the time they told me and car was the cleanest cab I have seen in Traverse City lately. The driver (sorry I cant remember name) was friendly and knowledgeable of the town. Learned a lot about Traverse City and the best places to eat. Next time I am in town for business, will be definitely calling Cool Cab again!!!

Best cab service Ive used this far. They are always on time, drivers are always a delight, very polite and helpful and friendly! The rewards card is a bonus and it helps alot! These guys do a great job and are ridiculously patient with alot of passengers who might not be greatest. Especially to the female drivers. (Some of my conversations have been stoytimes)Please Be kind to these drivers. They work hard to provide a service... make sure to tip your drivers.

Honestly I cannot rate the service but found out that a man that not only slandered me, bullied me, and shoved me while at the Cherry Fest is a driver for this company. The man was highly intoxicated. Hope & pray he wasn’t actually driving a cab that afternoon. Need to screen your drivers more for interpersonal skills outside of work as this reflects on you.

Airport junkie, I wont name the company that has always shuttled me to and from for years to TVC but they told me no today and did not give me a good excuse for I always call ahead of time to schedule. Found Cool and a guy named Dave picked me up in a very clean/new van it was to me impressive.

Scheduled a cab for four a day ahead. The pickup time came and went without any word. They didn’t pick up the phone when we called. As stated by other reviewers, we were just ghosted. Not a reliable service.
