I was skeptical of a machine making a copy of my key, but all the copies I had made work just fine. It wasnt nearly as fast as the person with the old key machine at my local hardware store, but when I need copies made at 9 pm, this was my best option. The price was higher then I would have paid at the hardware too, but again, beggars cant be choosers. If I ever find myself in an after-hours bind again, I wont hesitate to use the KeyMe machine again.

Best customer service. Even when our key didnt work. The where very sorry and very fast, on reimbursement. Key came in mail very quickly. Definitely will use again.

The kiosk worked fine but it did take longer to get the keys than planned. Even after you said they were on the way it took a while for them to get to me. This may have been a USPS issue. Because of this experience, I would not do the mail order if I was in a hurry for the keys.

Keys still had burrs on them where cut.

Fast easy keys made. In a hurry this is the best option. I have had keys made here previously and all keys work!
