I give them one star because of the great and clean overnight parking but they’re very very slow no bathroom it’s one of the worst receiving ever in my life time.

FreshPoint was a great place to unload at. It only took them 3 hours from the time we arrived up until we got the paperwork. They were very nice and let us bobtail. There’s a Cafe next door.

Fresh point is a great company to work for fresh fruit clean environment

Don’t come here earlier than hour prior to appointment they just wont load you even if no one is on dock almost 2 1/2 hours loading time for less than half of a trailer.Only good thing they staging area dirt lot next door

Beware of delivering during winter. 40+ inches of snow on the ground with half the roads closed around them and they still charged a late fee of several hundred dollars.

Worst company to work for as a truck driver got unload all heavy produce 20 stops modern day slavery for 20 an hour while rich white guys sit in office and make 200k a year shut them down

1 hour in & out loading. But exactly by appointment. There is big parking lot (but not sure for overnight). Easy to back in dock. Nice guy work in warehouse.

The staff at the facility rude, got the door right away to appointment time, unloaded half a trailer for 1.5 hours though. Coming at night: no check-in signs, no parking signs, has to figure out where to park for night (not allowing road side parking).

S L O W .... S L O W.... S L O W....Arrived at 5:15am. Checked in and went to the holding lot. 10:30 and still waiting to unload. They claim to have no room for the product. Not my problem. Totally mismanaged. Do yourself a big favor and avoid this place at all costs or make sure your rate is high enough to loose a complete day and revenue.

Easy to find, specking to someone from security they said there is overnight parking as you come in to the entrance to 101 Reserve Rd on the left. Thats where I believe you park for fresh point as well. Fresh Point is a first come first served basis once you book in its a waiting game. 😎

FreshPoint is the cleanest, freshest, and best quality wholesaler I’ve ever seen- yes I work there too! If it wasn’t great- I’d say nothing. Hardworking warehouse team make this building what it is! The drivers are fantastic and of course the buying team brings it all home!!

Best of the best they open at 8 am parking opens at 5am pass the main #105 gate and will be on the right side #80 stop and check in before you go to the parking lot, this place is first came first serve, nice place nice people, i see drivers going in to the warehouse in sandals, drivers that is nasty you should act profesional or go drive for the cattle haulers, after they give you the door they take like one hour tho get you unloaded they call you quick,

Showed up early (4am) parked in their lot and was told I could check in and had to leave and I could park next door at the public market. When checking in was told it’s first come first serve. Parking lot next door may offer overnight parking as their is a sign that says overnight parking rules. It is now 11am I called them and now I’m told I had a 10am appt (not first come first serve anymore) and I have a big truck so it’s going to take longer. I’m an hour past my spot time still no dock and bunch of liars.

Bad client is my check-in 6 am and they gave me door at 10:30 am and then I left the door at 3 pm I brought product from yuma arizona you lost the driving hours and the work day to make a delivery here

Quick unloading but I only had one pallet so. Easy docks to back into. Has parking opening at 0500 but not overnight. So no 5 stars. People friendly so for instead of three.

This was my first time delivering at this location. Lets start by pointing out that I arrived 3 hrs before my appt time.(appt was set for 6am). I checked in right away and was told to go out to the dirt lot next door. (Lot will be on left side right after the gate). I then got a call around 8am and was a assigned a door. Unloading took about 1.5 hrs and then they called again to tell me to go inside and get paperwork. All in all good experience. Friendly people.

7/28/19 8AM appointment. Arrived at 7:15AM. Waited till 10AM for a door. Didnt start unloading me until 1:15. 4 pallets thats it, 4 pallets. 5 hours to have 4 pallets removed. My next appointment was scheduled for 1PM an hour away from here. Horrible service in receiving to say the least.

Avoid this place even they r not busy I am the only one one here from 8 am but no response att door its 7 hrs still att door they have also rude behavior

This place is terrible. Avoid it. Expect to wait most of the day here to get unloaded. Numerous excuses (we are first come first serve, quality issues with the product, lumpers are on break after unloading half a trailer). Mismanaged sums it up. First and last.

This distributor indeed is massive but rapes me in price every time I drop in for an emergency pick up. I usually shop at M&M but this morning I needed thicker stalk asparagus. Fresh Point wanted $75 for a 28lb case. I walked away and stopped by Harkens Market - East Windsor (Retail mom & pop grocery store mind you) and left with the same box for $40.

Check in at 5am appointment time 7am got door at 7am its 11:10 am now i am the only one here since morning they are saying they are doin their best will be done as soon and its Friday i have to go and pick the load before 2 pm which seems impossible now and i am gonna have to wait till tuesday 3 days loss cz its saturday sunday and labor day. not coming back here again

Fast unloading.keep your produce temp correctly.they pulp every pallet.

They are completely rude to any drivers who delivers to this place. And talk about slow Xmas is faster than they are

Extremely bad service and experience at receivers! They had driver wait 12hrs due to their ego issues. They told driver they will load him at the end and thats exectly what they did. Didnt follow appointment timings. Talked very rudely with driver and made fuss about everything. 😡😡 they need to get on with the program and treat drivers with respect!!!

5star for fast unload but 4star for loading

Loaded me pretty fast, but the lumper fees are skyhigh. I just hope the broker refunds them too. Ridiculous prices.
