Excellent cleaning job on some very dirty carpets!

I have tried for years to be able use Pristine for floor cleaning, and this week I needed a rental carpet cleaned with bad dog smell. His price was very reasonable and the results where great! The place looked wonderful. He even did the hallway and stairs. Definitely no one else I will call!

They are clearly passionate about cleaning floors, and were awesome with communication and scheduling. Great care when moving furniture and remarkable attention to details was given down to the tightest corners. Our carpets were fresh and soft as new when finished. When nail polish went flying from my fingers and splattered on our off- white carpet I was panicked! I tried several remedies to no avail. I was referred to James at Pristine Floor Care and got a quick response from him. After 3 hours and several of his special solutions & scrubbing he was able to remove all the polish and restore our carpet to what it was! Fantastic service and a nice person too.

Pristine did a great job cleaning my carpet and couch. The owner, James, was very courteous and professional and I felt very comfortable having him in my home which is important to me. The last company I used the guys who showed up were a bit rough around the edges. I will be using this company every year now for my annual cleaning.

Pristine Floor Care did a fabulous job on our carpets! Its been over a week since the carpets were cleaned and they look just as bright and clean as the day Pristine cleaned them. Pristine was able to remove an oil stain, as well as some tough stains created by our little ones. Both my husband and I are pleased with not only the efficient manner in which Pristine operated but with the quality of their service as well. Pristine Floor Care performed a miracle on the carpeting on our stairs (and family room) recently. I challenged James....told him that I knew my stairs were very bad and that he probably would not be able to do much to get them clean. Boy was I wrong! This carpeting has seen 15 years of kids, dogs, parents, friends, food, drinks, snow, dirt and you name it. I actually almost did not have the carpeting cleaned because we were seriously thinking we had to replace the carpeting. Well no more! The carpeting...especially the stairs look new again! I look forward to another 15 years with this carpeting...good thing I still like it! Thanks for a job well done! We were not at home when James cleaned. I felt very comfortable having him work in our home without us being there.

Received a reminder call about my suggested next cleaning date. Agreed to a time in the future for the cleaning. Vendor was on time and proceeded to provide a cost for the work which I approved. Work was immediately began and quickly completed. Appreciated the equipment used because it had an independent power source producing a more powerful suction and a better cleaning process.

My dog got sick a day before a house showing to sell my house. I called James to see what he could do. Not only did he come over before the showing, but he cleaned the entire room, plus the stairs. Pristine Floor Care has been to our house two years in a row. Both times, James has been professional and thorough. He arrived on time; interacted with the kids, showing them how everything worked; and got everything as clean as he was able to get them (darn berber carpeting!)

Rogue kitten peed on upholstered twin sleeper chair and then my cat overpeed to mark her territory. I tried everything - vinegar, citrus cleaner, upholstery cleaners. Hmmm. When we first installed the tile in our entry way and kitchen (about 1997) I chose a tile that wouldnt show the dirt and i guess I believed it! After years of many dogs coming in from a muddy back yard and 3 teens with friends stomping around, I thought that the tiles were a darker color than they really were! James from Pristine came in and in a very short period of time he made our old tiles and grout come to life to look brand new again! We have a beautiful design in the entry that looked faded and worn until the cleaning and now we can see patterns that we forgot were there. I had tried and tried to do it myself so many times that this cleaning seemed like a miracle; and Im not exaggerating! From now on well do this at least once a year.

James is a IICRC Certified Cleaner, he operates a truckmounted steam extraction system. These are the minum levels of training /equipment you should require when looking for someone to care for your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs ... I am a IICRC Certified Master Textile cleaner with advanced training in the care of fine rugs . Unfortunately I am not able to accept new clients for wall to wall cleaning at this time.. . I receive many calls for my services, but I am usually to occupied hand washing rugs in my shop..I recommend James on a regular basis, he employs systems and techniques that we both practice ... We have both taken instruction from a highly skilled and respected instructor (Thanks Joey) .There are only a few individuals who I feel comfortable referring work to, or for taking care of my own carpet cleaning, needs ..James is one of the best in the area ..

We have light carpet and 8 kids. Can you spell dirty carpets? That being said, we have our own Bissel carpet cleaner that we use on a regular basis to get out stains and keep the carpet clean. I honestly didnt think our carpet was that bad. WOW! Pristine vs a regular portable cleaner is no contest. We couldnt believe the difference! I didnt realize how dirty our carpets actually were.
