Very impressive job! We have a lot of foot traffic and a dog friendly office. Our carpets were in pretty rough shape. I didnt have high hopes on the carpet not being ruined, but was extremely impressed on how clean the carpets are; just like new. Friendly, fast service, and best prices in town.

We scheduled the appointment, gave them the door code all by email. When the service was complete I got an invoice via email and was able to pay with my credit card. Simple!! Thank you! We loved the service we received from Wayne at Up North Carpet Cleaning. Our carpet in the salon had some bad stains, in the high traffic areas, Wayne was able to lift and remove the stains. Our carpet is like new. Plus he was able to clean our tile flooring as well and it looks great. Wayne is reasonably priced and the quality of work is well worth it. Our dogs go out of their way to make a mess of our carpet and sofa. Its as if they are being paid to trash the house. Up North Carpet Cleaning came in (at the last minute, mind you) and did a fantastic job on the sofa and the carpet. This is my 1st time using Up North Carpet Cleaning. Our family is Very impressed! We live down state but decided last minute to spend Easter/Spring Break at our cottage in Traverse City. We were hoping to get the cleaning done on the Sat before the holiday weekend. After calling around, we were surprised to find no one willing to work weekends... Really?! After talking with Wayne we felt comfortable sending him to our home with the garage code. (Fast forward) We arrived at the cottage late last night...Everything smells fresh like spring! The carpet looks great! I have mold allergies so I cant have my carpet wet for days so I really like the fast dry time.

I was searching for a carpet cleaner and noticed that this one was located right by my work place on Garfield, the problem is there is no carpet cleaner located there. Seems a little fishy, good reviews but buyer beware.
