This store is quick and efficient. The employees were busy, but they made sure to always look up and say hi to customers as they walked in and out of their store. I worked in retail for a long time before, so I always appreciate good customer service. Brandon was very helpful and he answered all of the questions I had. I’ve never had an experience as great as the one I’ve had today! Camilo (the manager) was super helpful and helped put me and my family of 5 on an amazing plan and hooked us all up with brand new iphones. He also made sure we were hooked up with the latest and greatest gear all for an affordable price. He’s a really swell guy and I definitely plan on taking my business back to them!!

I recently went to the Tracy mall to do some Christmas shopping, as I was passing by this at&t store, a rep named Camilo came by and brought me into the store and showed me a couple of phones and deals they have going on, he’s very knowledgeable & persuasive!

Terrible service closing at 8 when google clearly states that they close at 9 like everywhere other at&t Ive been too. Idk if the workers are just lazy or what but thats just ridiculous

I had a great experience getting my new iPhone with Maria and Camilo. They were both friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me. The process took Several hours considering my husband and I were changing from metro to att&t and keeping our same numbers. My son then got impatient and kept crying for 2 hours straight and I felt like I was going to loose my mind lol but Maria was a trooper and kept doing her thing to assist us. The second time around I had to come in because my phone wasn’t hooked up for some reason ( even though it did work after Maria hooked up my phone the day I went and I made a call to assure everything was good) not sure why it didn’t work the next day. The following day after my visit with awesome Maria, Camilo assisted me in a prompt, friendly matter. We just needed the password transfer from metro releasing my number. He got it done quick and now my phone is all good and we are set with our new metro phones. Also, they both have a great sense of humor. They will work with you on prices and they know the, “what’s “ to the “why’s “. Shout-out to Maria though! Thank you for all your patience and staying with us till the mall closed lol

Everytime i go into the store i never see a manager on duty, i believe this store is operated only by store reps . Wheres the manager everytime i request to speak to one hes never in store or on lunch, working inside the mall doesnt mean leave for hours and come and go as you please went to corporate they were able to get me taken care of, jerry and luis were able to help me as much as they could .
