This T-Mobile store was great! Nice store, very clean, lots of good help, lots of choices. Went in as a Sprint customer to get a new sim card for the new shared network. Better service now, and Im really happy. Also picked up a new tablet for super cheap! Will definitely come back anytime I need anything. Service was exceptional.

Miranda at this T-Mobile helped me activate 2 of my lines from Verizon and even hooked me up with a free tablet! The assistant store manager Starlyn was also very helpful with making the process go smooth and answering any extra questions I had! I would recommend this location and the people here!!

Came in to do an update on my sim card suggested by Jose which was completely free and quick. Was very professional and catered to my every need since i had multiple questions and answered them all.

Representatives were super helpful and understanding of my needs. I told them ahead of time i was in a bit of a rush and within no time at all they finished upgrading me to my brand new Iphone 12!

Incompetency and poor knowledge - go to “real” T Mobile store, but the best if you choose Verizon

We used this location a few weeks ago, and while we did leave satisfied I still think that the reps could use some further training. As soon as we walked in and weren’t spoken to even though one of the two reps was completely available, we knew the customer service wouldn’t be the best. The available rep did end up helping us after he was instructed to do so by the rep that was busy -that in itself was awkward and strange. I will say I really did end up enjoying the rep that helped us, BUT he had no knowledge of how to sell an Apple Watch and had to call the other rep over more than ten times throughout the surprisingly very lengthy transaction. I wanted the smaller watch and the rep said there was only one option and sold me the bigger one, which is inaccurate information and now I’m stuck paying more than I wanted to -which is fine, just not what I expected. So in short, I ended up enjoying the rep after the initial lack of customer service, but he most certainly could use more training not only in customer service, but also in working the system, selling the products, and what products are offered. He had mentioned he had had some time off, but still the lack of knowledge and initial customer service was a bit astounding.

Poorly trained group. Obvious need for work standards and an improvement process. Shame on the manager.

SPRINT doesnt work in tracy at all. I work in sf and all cities between and I rarely have internet let alone a signal. I will be giving them up as soon as my phone is paid. Horrible

Have made three separate visits in the last six months. At the first visit the staff was unable to activate and install the sim card on a new phone. Both were accomplished quickly and easily at home by calling Sprint customer service. Epic fail on the stores part.Another (immediate) family member took his old phone and a new phone in to have the new one activated and his photos transferred. This time they were able to activate the new phone but told him the photo transfer would take too long and they didnt have the time.Lastly, the third visit was the same as the one above (different phones) but this time a clerk named Stefanie (sp) was able to perform both tasks quickly and professionally. She is the sole reason for a three star rating instead of a one star.

The manager is useless at this location, he shouldn’t be the manager of anything ever for the rest of his life. The staff lies to get you out of the store and they have no knowledge of anything but how to scam people. They don’t provide any customer service and depending on the mood they may or may not accept cash payments. Don’t go to this store unless you want to be completely disappointed.

Strongly suggest anyone and everyone to go and see Armando and Tamanna for anything you need/want from this Sprint Store! Excellent service as soon as you walked through the door, (one if them will great you at the store, and say (very politely) welcome to sprint .They went out of their ways to ensure that I was more than pleased with what I got vs the 1 ended up turning in. They even took their time to help me set up with that. These 2 individuals went out of their was just to make me feel comfortable through out this particular transaction. Great team that complimets each other as well as the stores. Stay away from the sprint store inside the mall. I went in 4 different times, and not 1 emloyee stopped to greet me. Mind you, I went 4 different times! Oh and before I forget, these 2 are great conversationalist, so you wont ever feel uncomfortable!#StraightLoyalCustomer

I called the store and the manager answered and then proceeded to hang up the phone. I called again and no one answered. This happened at least two more times. I called a again and a girl answered “hello” I thought I got the wrong number. I called one more time she answered hello again. Confused I asked if I was calling the sprint store. She said yes and I asked her if that’s how they answer the phone. She said no. I just hanged up the call because of how rude she was being with me.

They will try to over charge and then ponit out they are not a corporate store only a preferred vender. I would not prefer them.

Was directed here after trying to activate a purchased unlocked phone. Claimed they didnt have any. Didnt even look.
