I arrived and they got to me right away. The deluxe pedicure was awesome. Everything was clean. There was no paraffin dip but there was hot stone and very nice lemon cream. Blue ocean scrub and seaweed invigoration. They were kind and straight forward. I had a few special requests that were honored graciously and professionally. They stepped up and mastered the design I wanted. My pedicure and full set and eyebrow wax was dreamy.

After all these years of being there they need to take credit and debit cards. Makes it very difficult leaving a tip. Otherwise excellent service and did a great job on my pedicure!

I was a regular with the old owners, but these new owners and their staff is very good as well. Kelly did my nails and she did a wonderful job. Ill definitely go back again and again

Why they always want to do whatever they want, I ask her for only manicure no color and she was asking me every 5 seconds what color only 5 dollars more ok I told her no thanks only manicure and she was is ok only 5 dollars more... danggg i was so stressed 😩 and my manicure was horrible 😞

Long wait on a Saturday around noon as a walk in, but once I was seated Ryan took good care of me. I like my nails sharp and that is what I got. He listened to me and responded well to my specifications. I can be pretty picky. It was my first time here since I am from Fremont but if I need to get my nails done when in tracy I will go back. Full set $35, with gel polish +$20, and stiletto shape +$8 = $53 total.

Nga did a great job! 55 bucks so price went up. But I guess we should expect that. Nice clean place. Offering water tea and what nots

Always clean! Spa like service including being offered a beverage and full pedicure treatment menu such as hot rocks and leg masks. A large selection of gel and regular polishes as well as dip powders.

Today was my first time here and I must say the ladies were very nice very attentive and it was a very nice and relaxing atmosphere will definitely be recommending this place to my girls at work:)

Is there a way to leave less than a one star review?They have comfortable chairs...but thats about it.I have never had an ingrown toenail in my life..until 3 weeks after my pedicure with this place...now, after a badly infected cuticle, a few ingrown toenails and a couple of visits to a Podiatrist, my toes have finally healed.....is this a place you would want to go? Maybe, they should review on how to sanitize equipment properly and the proper way to cut mens toenails!

Had a great first time walk-in experience here. They were friendly and do really good nails. They also wear gloves and masks and use the sanitary things the clients and themselves need to stay clean and safe. I will definitely come back here for my next nail treatment.

Ive had better nail service before. Maybe i will find a new nail salon.

First time here pedicure is OK, looks as if I did it myself. I got the Regular SPA because I’m in a rush and going to a party less than 3 hours and it was only $25, but it seemed as if the technician was a little disappointed that I didn’t upgrade To the deluxe. Maybe the reason for my lack of pedicure? Don’t know. Prices are within reason.they do offer cold beverages (soda, juice, water) while you sit which is nice and rare. I would say place is probably good if you are going to spend more sure they’ll take their time, but if you just looking for something basic to get you by till you have more time this isn’t it.

Amazing pedicure and manicure! Entire staff was so friendly and made me laugh multiple times. Thoroughly enjoyed my relaxing afternoon here and will definitely be back.

Very nice staff. Price was very reasonable as well. I paid $35 for the deluxe pedicure which included a lemon foot bath, different scrubs for the feet and legs, massage oils, a foot mask with hot towels and even a hot stone massage. Ill definitely be returning.

Love my nails! Go see Iris. She took off an old set for me and was so gentle and patient. She took her time with me, and didnt try to rush me out like all the other salons. I showed her a picture of the ombre nails I wanted and she nailed it. Literally!...wish I new how to post a picture!

If I was able to I would give negative stars. I got a pedicure in December and ever since then my big toes have been in so much pain because the cuticle was cut out completely and has not grown back. I cannot wear closed toed shoes because Im in so much pain. My podiatrist said the only option is removing my toe nails and it doesnt guarantee a fix. Stay away from this place unless you want damage to your feet. They arent gentle and easily prick you which is an easy Access for an infection. I will never go back and please dont come here at least for a pedicure.

Good presentation, but Im sure if stateboard saw an Altoids box being used as a soiled container they would be fined immediately. They did not sanitize the pedicure bowl after they had finished my pedi and immediately seated another customer in that chair. Nail polish done for the manicure was chunked onto my fingernailsI didnt bother to complain as I already seemed to be a burden.

Great customer service. Great consistency. Wish it wasnt cash only. Almost ready to move on because of this. They have an ATM but still, it would be the right thing to do to accept cards.

They do really good pedicures 5 star. I would never go back there for a full set. The nail tech that did my nails wanted to do my nails how she wanted to not how i the buying customers wanted my own nails I was very unhappy how my nails came out.

Only giving 1 star for poor quality of gel manicure. I kept telling the nail tech about how my nails were not polished fully. I did not have extra to keep advising her the problem.

The only place I go for pedicure...my lady is gentle and does not become hazardous with nail clippers....

We had an appointment at 2:30, when we arrived at 2:30 we were told that our reservation was at 12:45. Me and 2 of my girlfriends made these appointments before 10a. We were told to come back at 3:30. When we got there the owner told us that we were late and he refused to take us in. There were no other customers in the salon at the time. They were rude and unprofessional. My 2 friends and I were forcedTo take our business elsewhere.

Shellac manicure chipped before 7 days after application. Had to pay to fix them all after I just paid $90 last Friday smh. The spa looks nice but they are lacking majorly in customer service. I would not refer anyone here.

I use to enjoy coming here till just recently... Rude staff, especially Iris which happens to be their best nail technician. She insulted my eyebrows, just got them microbladed and had plenty to say when i never even asked for her opinion, i was having a conversation with my friend next to me. She chimed in and said they looked bad and i should get my money back... overcharged me for a simple fill, didnt add any color. Literally just a fill, for 40 dollars 🤔 smh... horrible service. Will never go to her again. Pedicures are overpriced and they are lazy when it comes to scrubbing feet and also tech forgot to cut all my nails on my left foot. Only cut toe nails on right foot. Didnt notice till i got home... wowww

Horrible experience! Saw the clerk arguing with a customer back and forth about fixing a smudged nail which was ridiculous. They provide bad customer service and they charged me to take my own nails off! My friend got her nails done and they looked nothing what she asked for! I do not recommend
