Paid $95 dollars for a new set and pedi. Not only did she hurt me twice trying to take off old set, she did a terrible job filing. Wouldnt recommend if your use to a good job

New to California and Tracy and deciding its time to venture out since Covid precautions are going down. I have been trying out local nail salons with a goal to find one in Tracy. So far this is the 3rd one my daughter and I have tried and so far our favorite.My daughter gets a manicure and I get a fill with my nails cut very short and we always ask for nail art.This was the first salon that didnt object to cutting my nails short, doing nail art on short nails, or doing nail art on all . The nail techs were very open to our Pinterest pictures and they were very friendly.

Every time I come to this place I am disappointed. I’ve had a gift certificate and finally used it. The lady up front was just plain grumpy and rude. And the lady that did my service looked like death in sweatpants! Another worker is crawled up in a chair taking a nap! I might have standards but you know…make an effort.

Its not the cleanest .. no COVID-19 precautions guards up. Also the only employee I have come across who was nice and friendly was Dianne.Also, they over charge big time and charge you different prices (even though its the same thing) every time you go in.

This place made me feel uncomfortable first of all they didnt want to give me what I asked for they didnt want to show the Dells the way I wanted them shaved they told me that they didnt do to sign but ended up telling me at the end that they can do it once I call another nail shop to make an appointment with them to go over there I just think they were very unprofessional and somewhat biased

My nails were alright.. litte crooked. My pedicure saved the experience (services provided by two separate artists).

Love going there, very relaxing and very nice! I couldnt wait for them to open back up!

I’m going to make this short:-paid over $100 (and tipped very nicely) last night for a gel mani/pedi. It’s been less than 24 hours and my gel polish has already chipped on my toes. Definitely not normal. I go in this morning as soon as they open and they can’t service me because I didn’t make an appointment for them to fix this one toe for me.Definitely won’t be back here again.I’ll make the drive to San Jose or anywhere else to get better overall service.

The best in Tracy no doubt, thank you. I had a pedicure and my left lower leg was really sore when I brought it up the lady was extremely kind and gave me an amazing massage which really relaxed me. She didnt rushed my stayed and treated me like I was her mother. It was more then a pedicure to me. Thanks a lot

I have been here several times because they came highly recommend and have taken friends here. NEVER AGAIN! Twice the staff has been extremely rude with condescending remarks. I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt because we all have bad days however, after today, I will not be back. EVER! The fact that they think it’s okay to talk down to their customers when it’s uncalled for and when the customers are PAYING for a service speaks volumes. I have no problem taking my business and my friends elsewhere. If you hate your job so much, quit and go do something that will make you a better, happier human but please stop taking it out on your customers!After reading some other reviews, I thought I’d back up a review a few reviews below mine. My first rude encounter was EXACTLY like the one described, where I also called in, for an appointment and “Helen” did the same exact thing to me. Told me I didn’t have an appointment with Teresa, told me it was the wrong date/time and proceeded to be extremely rude as she opted to do my nails. It wasn’t until she found out that I was military that she decided to be nice to me.At this point, I don’t need or want an apology from the owner, asking to come back in so they can take more of my money. Obviously, I’m not the only one who feels this way. If you really want things to change, the staffs snarky, condescending remarks should be addressed. A refresher in customer service skills would be helpful. Otherwise, you’re going to keep losing customers.

Was a Long time customer....I have been coming to queen bees for years.... I always find one technician to stick with that does fairly well but I cant take the price gouging anymore... I ask my technician if I was going to get charged more for a certain color he said no but when I went up to get charged they up the price $5 For having a special kind of paint on 3 nails I couldnt even say no because they already ran my card before telling me..... Theyre not the best place in town but I was loyal for so many years just be treated Like Ive never been there I guess on to the next shop.

The lady who did my nails was friendly . But she rushed through. Didnt tell me how much it would be until I got my payment receipt. and it was $40 for a basic polish..no lotion. No massage. Nothing .. kind of disappointed... I went in for autumn nails and walked out with Christmas nails. . . This is my second review for this place .. definitely wont be back

My friends and i went late at night. It was nice of them to stay longer for us. I got acrylics and they look nice, but were $40 even with a 5 dollar discount. I also asked the lady if i could get a gold accent and she said you better not we are running out

I got Classic Spa Pedicure for the first time here and it turned out beautiful! The lady that took care of me was very easy to talk to and patient while working on my nails. I didnt feel being rushed at all which is always a plus. Their price i paid was totally fair for such a great services and high quality works. The interior was super clean and had a very welcoming atmosphere. Needless to say, ill be back!

They are always so understanding of my torn up nails and I am so grateful for that. All the ladies are seriously talented and creative. They have lots and lots of samples you can choose from. To sum up, I love Queen B Nails! I always enjoy my conversations with the ladies there

OK about my nails, I got gel nails and they were so affordable I decide to get a pedi too, I had one nice lady doing my nails as the other did my feet. Not only did they do a really great job but I was in and out in less than an hour! She made sure I had magazines to look at and was very polite and courteous. Ill be back for sure.

I wouldnt even give this place 1 star, showed them photo of what i wanted yes yes we can do it... when they started they couldnt even come closer to what I wanted and still charged me full price of whatever they did to make it easy for themselves... such a bad service... theyre not even worried of loosing customers, paid $101 and they not even once well not charge you extra for design they couldnt do.

Horrible. Ive given them a few chances because theyre so close to where I live. Each time was disappointing but end results were okay I guess. But today, I just had the worst manicure. She didnt file the ends so theyre jagged. She didnt paint the whole nail across. When i asked her to fill in the missing spots, she have me attitude but didnt fix it! I have more polish under my nails than on my nails. I had to go home and try to file/fix the massacre she did to my nails.

Horrible! Rude ! Very unprofessional! No sense of customer service n common courtesy. The workers seems to be in control n micromanaged. They seems working like slavery to a very rude female. I wouldnt be surprised if theres human trafficking in this establishment. This place needs to be checked for proper documentation. Most horrible experience ever. Even feeling the female acts as a pimp.I walked out before work started. I felt sorry for the girl that was going to serve me.

This is probably the WORST place Iv been to get my nails done. I went in for a full set of acrylics and got to half way enjoy them (looking past the bubbles in the polish and uneven cutting of the nails) for less then 24hr before having one of my nails completely break off from me putting my shoes on. The customer service here is also really lacking every person I interacted with was pretty rude and seemed almost irritated every time I spoke if I could give zero stars I would! Spend your hard earned money else where!!!!

New to Tracy trying to find my spot! Decent prices but horrible service. I have tried them four times and only once did I walk away somewhat happy! One of the ladies rolled her eyes at me and acted like I was dumb because I didn’t want gel nails. When I told them it’s because they don’t know how to remove their own gel polish before they filled my nails over it or re painted over the old polish, they didn’t have anything to say then. Still filled my nails over the gel after I pointed it out to her and asked her to remove all my polish before she filled them.When I did get gel it was bubbly, and the clear gel coat wasn’t covering my whole nail so the middle towards the tip was not glossy and you could see the separation from the colors gel to the clear gel!Find another spot that cares about the product they put out there. Still looking!

I hate to write a bad review and always give several chances to right the wrong ! However, I have made several appointments, only to walk in to Queen B and be told I had the wrong appointment time and my technician (Diana who is wonderful) is busy. Yes, one time, it was my fault, I arrived 7 minutes late and had to wait 50 minutes before Diana could start my fill (which was simply an overlay, no tips) but I waited. I have several times walked in and said Hi to Helen and the other ladies with no response at all from Helen. (face of the business) I called yesterday morning for an evening appointment, and was told shes to busy, so made an appointment for 10:30 the next morning, btw.... they did not ask for a name or phone # . (also note my phone is a company phone and does not display my name) I happened to be at Raleys last night during original requested time and they were cleaning to go home........ Anyhow, had the appointment for today at 10:30am so no biggie. Walked in at 10:30 and Helen acknowledges me this time, and yells Youre late. appointment at 10:00. I tell her no, its at 10:30. So frustrating! she said no 10 oclock she (Diana) has appointment now,. I point out this is the third time this has happened. No response. I thanked Diana for her service and left!.... Unfortunately, I will NOT be back! I am bummed as Diana is always professional and kind, she has been doing a great job on my nails and does all of my waxing. I wish she was in a salon of her professionalism. So, starting from scratch again.....

I took my daughter in today for full set, our there. The lady in station #1 did her nails. My daughter asked for ombre white nails so she said it will be $45 and up for I dont now how many reasons and she got upset because I asked her why too much. My daughter decided to get just regular acrylic white set but from there, she started to speak only in her language to the guy behind her, pretty upset I can tell. Then my daughter told her she dindnt want her nails thick and she started again saying that it was ok, but she wasnt responsible if her nails break and she would need to come back and get charge for fixing them. All the time she was being rude with my daughters hands, when she was done, she told my daughter to put her hands inside under the UV light and asked me to pay, after I paid, she just went to the back and left us there without saying anything, we wait for over 10 min and she didnt came back, I asked my daughter to leave since we had to be somewhere else by that time. After taking her nails out, we noticed there were bumps all over, and they were uneven painted, ones with more nail polish than others and two of the nails got wrinkled all overHer job was just horrible, my daughter wanted to cried since her promotion its in Friday and the nails are just ugly and in white color looks worst. If I could just rate 0 stars Ill do, we are paying for a service, we are not getting it for free, they should learn manners in how they treat their customers, I wish I was able to upload pictures of the terrible job she did on my daughter nails, very dissapointed.

This is for all of the ladies that are picky as heck just like I am. I have literally gotten up from places and walked out because i didnt like the service.I was looking for a new place to get my nails done yesterday as I had an important legal appointment Tuesday. I searched in the  area where i work and after being told that i was required to purchase a refill that i didnt need, and then also hung up on, I came across Queen B Nails and Spa.I called over and asked what the wait time was. I was told there was none. I drove over and to my surprise there really was not a wait!! I was pleasantly surprised. I was taken right in. The wonderful woman who did my nails was Lena. She was AWESOME!!!!! There was a passion in her that demanded perfection. She CARED how the acrylic was applied. She was patient and tidious. I had shellac put on my nails. After I picked out the color another woman came to me and told me that another customer had said that after she got home her color changed, and that she didnt think i should use that color. I thought to myself, WHO DOES THAT? Most people just say ok and could care less as to what happens then. I chose another color that was almost the same just in a different brand.When completed- My Nails Look TERRIFIC!!!!!!the selection of shellac colors was large, and lots of summer bright colors. I had a specific color on my toes, and someone there took a picture to get the shellac to match. I was astonished.These women at this nail shop constantly make sure you are satisfied with what is going on, and that you are comfortable. I will recommend this nail shop to everyone I know.I am a picky, picky person when it comes to my nails and toe nails. I want them to be beautiful, not just done at the nail shop

I had a horrible experience my first time there dec 10 2018 my friend Norma took paid for me to get a pedicure the lady that did my pedicure cut my skin under my nail it hurt I didn’t think much about it two days later my toe started hurting bad I thought maybe I bump it and didn’t realize it kept getting worse and worse finally got in to see my doctor only to find out got a bone infection from the woman who cut the skin under my toe nail in the long run I had to get my third toe amputated,what a terrible experience I will never never recommend this place to anyone they don’t take accountability for there actions that cost me my toes

Awful! I showed a picture of royal blue coffin nails. He told me they dont have that color. I asked what they have and he handed a thing with only 40 colors and the only blue on there was a teal. After choosing another color he was hurting me during the Shaping part and it was not coffin just regular square. Also they were very crooked, one popped off a week later, another on my other hand is starting to come off. I am NOT happy. I only went here for Mothers Day with my mom because it was her choice. Never coming here again.

I went here to get my sisters nails done and I walked in and asked if they did designs and 3D nails..and they said Yeah. So I have my nails on ready to be painted and pick out a design and they say we dont do designs or 3D....I was like that one girl said you do. I looked over to the girl n she acted like she never even talked to me so they said oh its ok Basic is better I said I love glitter and designs and they continued to all say basic is better. So they get somebody to do their best to try to add glitter n designs as if it was rocket science so Im relaxing because its for my siss birthday. So finally I have a little sad design n some glitter and a girl getting her nails done looks over n says ooh I love her nails..I said thank you then the lady doing her nails says but Basic is better the whole shop was basically trying to make me feel bad for wanting glam nails. Its like they were anti glitter. Legit the worst nail place Ive ever been to. Almost zero creativity......This place is perfect for the most basic nails ever. What annoyed me was that they straight up lied to my face and then criticized me for liking glitter.

I went today for the first time, and I wont go back. I called and asked if they had time for a new set of acrylic nails and the women was so rude on the phone. When I got there I said all I want is a set of acrylics. On the website it says they are $25. I showed them a picture of the color I wanted and they didnt have it. So I chose a similar color. Well they didnt tell me that it was gel or that it would be an extra $25 which is really unprofessional. Also, they didnt give a hand massage or barley speak to you. When I went to checkout my total was $40. I dont have any designs or anything. I do not recommend this place. Really $40 for plain acrylics?
