I wanted to give these workers a compliment because I went there this weekend and I observed 2 different customers treat these nail technicians with no respect. I would have refused service to these 2 rude women . They were selfish bossy and just rude. I had a relaxing experience and was treated well people like that give me anxiety and I felt bad about the negativity they demonstrated . Shout out to Tammy and her staff you do a good job

The first time I came to Tammy at Tammy’s Nails & Spa in Tracy, I was very sick and it had been months since getting a fill. She and her technicians welcomed me to their already very busy schedule. I have since, been a regular at the spa. This was the best move I ever made. Tammy is so nice, and patient! She is a true professional. Not only does she have skills that I had never seen, she’s perfect at them! My nails gets compliments every where I go! She’s got every color and kind of polish you could want. (She’s got a full inventory). And they’re perfect. My eyelashes make me so so happy. She makes time for me to keep them full. And they’re perfect. Bye, bye mascara! Getting my eyebrows micro bladed allows me to feel comfortable in the world without having to do them! And they’re perfect.The only guy for my pedicures is Andy. Of course hes great at the nail job. He even create a nail on one of my toes where I cracked it. You can’t even tell! Andy gives the best foot and leg massage I think I’ve had. I literally FALL ASLEEP! That’s how wonderful it feels. And let me tell you, I’ve seen and have watched him do nails ( gel acrylic), OMG this technician is good. He’s really good. If I had the extremely long and fancy nails, I might go to him.All the technicians at Tammy’s Nails and Spa in Tracy, seem to be really talented and are proficient with the use of the newest products and techniques.I’ll be getting my personal needs met here, for years to come. I hope to see you there.

Worst experience, Nails are not done properly. Nail paint gone in hours. They are very expensive and bad service. I will not recommend this place. Unprofessional behaviour when went to see them again to fix the bad .work done.They speak in their own language on customers to humiliate and make fun of customers including manager .staff will show rude attitude. very very bad experiemce. I would give zero star if option would be there.

It gets 1 star because the greeter, i came to fix a few nails since my nail lady wasnt available. I was seated quickly but nail tech was confused and didnt know how to do my nails.I wish i had of saved my money and just waited. She messed my nails up she didnt listen to me for 1 she asked what i wanted then ultimately did what suited her, all the nails she did were crocked, flying up, lopsided, and lumpy.She polished my nails with some kind of clumpy polish. Not to mention the rudeness of constant side conversations & once she thought she was going to lose her waiting customer she stopped on me to secure starting on her. Worst experience this is why i dont like nail shops.

Wanted short nails,stayed long and I asked 3 times. Only used one coat of each polish (now itll wear off faster). Left polish on fingers instead of wiping off. Left spots of old polish even though I let him know a few times before painting over in different color. Very dissatisfied !!!

I gave the lady that did my nails (not sure what her name was) 3 different options on a nail idea and she didnt know how to do any of them, not even the ones i left with. I even tried to give her a simple design. I picked the colors but design wise, they look nothing like the reference picture. I told her what i wanted and she kept offering different things cause Im assuming thats all she knew how to do. The nails are thick, paint job is bad and they werent what I asked for.

Tammy was wonderful and fun to talk to! She did an awesome job on on my lash extensions. I am very pleased with the work she did and her customer service was great. I will definitely be revisiting her place of business.

Tammy has been my nail tech for over 10yrs she is the sweetest person and the best nail tech in the valley her whole staff is so Professional Stephanie has been doing my pedicures for 10yrs every time I go there they make me feel at home..they know what I like and what I come to get done, if y’all are looking for a nail shop in the valley TAMMY’S NAILS AND SPA IS THE PLACE TO GO....hands down Tammy’s nail and spa is the best......Everyone that I have recommend is like it’s amazing we love it and it’s a must We go back there....

My pedicure cost $75. I was shocked. The water was cold and I would have brought my own nail polish if I had known it was gonna cost so much. the lady massaged my feet and legs good.

My manicurist, Kim, is wonderful. Ive never had a more perfect manicure and pedicure. She pays attention to detail and she is as sweet as Apple pie. I would recommend her to the world. She is wonderful. You wont find any better. I love her.

Tammys is my favorite nail salon in Tracy. My favorite regular nail tech is Andy. He wasnt in today so Tiffany did my nails. She was so sweet. She didnt try to over charge me for all my extra designs I wanted. Every one is so kind

Theyre the Best in the Valley!

They rush too much and dont really listen to all of your requests. They didnt put enough nail color powder on my nails and after only 3 days I had to go back and get them re-done. Which they just painted over my acrylics with nail polish which disappointed me. But I also understand it would have been more difficult to do them over. I just wish they did them right the first time.

Tammy nails is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to. They are fast friendly efficient, practice perfection.

I have gone to multiple nail salons and this one from MY EXPERIENCE is the worst one yet. I went in and asked for a refill but to switch it up. I ask for Half black and other half red matte acrylic long nails. I throughly explained it two times and the said that they would be able to do it 1 week later one nail broke off with proper care. The did it very uneven on the surface and crooked on the half line not to mention the only did my ring fingers when I asked for all fingers saying that I would have to PAY MORE to get all of them done and they have very unprofessional Communication. Over all I don’t recommend which is completely my option.

Becareful when purchasing gift cards.I purchased a gift card for my wife for her Birthday so she can get her nails done by her nail lady.My wife went to book the appointment with her nail lady and was told she wasnt there right now.This lady made it appear that my wifes nail lady still worked there. Well after a couple of days of trying to book an appointment, my wife found out that Anna was at another salon.The lady at Tammys Nails isnt telling people that certain techs no longer work there.Feeling deceived and lied too.I called to see about getting a refund for the gift card and was denied.I tried to explain we only purchased gift card for this certain nail lady and that my wife doesnt want to have anyone else do her nails there.Make sure you check to see if the person you go to works there before purchasing gift cards.If we had known Anna wasnt there I wouldnt have bought the gift card.

The best ever

I have been coming here for a few years now. Han does my nails and she does an amazing job. The staff is very friendly and salon is clean. The new staff that makes apts and does reminder calls is such a great addition to the salon.

I went with my sister and my mom without an appointment and they were so welcoming. I had Tony do my nails and I have to say that this is the best pedicure experience of my life so far. He was so gentle and actually spent time doing the nails and I ended with a nice foot massage. I’ve never been more satisfied with pedicure as much before.

Rushed services, and not clean.

The people were nice. Prices are fair. When a customer harassed the front desk person, she handled herself great and never succumbed to the customers rudeness. Ill be going back.P.s the only reason I took a star away is because the location is a little run down. Holes in walls and cabling just laid about everywhere. Just wish they could give the place a small face lift.

I came in for the first time on 8/15 asked for a mojito pedicure. They didnt even use the ingredients the paper said it had didnt massage. My feet are dry and peeling also. The polish came out good. Then I got a gel manicure. Side not I have natural nails. She filed one down so low that its almost down to my skin which I didnt want. My nails were super thick when i walked in and walked out with them being paper thin. I worked hard to get my nails the way they were. Lets just say Im not a happy customer. The only reason I put three stars is because the price was good but didnt get what I paid for.

Really great service. there is a bit of a communication issue but that wasn’t really an issue. i did hurt my thumb and pinkie in the UV ray light box they have. my nails are great and i think they’ll last a while! you should also probably call ahead instead of walking in. i was told a 10 minute wait was ahead of me when i really ended up waiting 30. am definitely going back :)

My mom made an appointment, came in 10 min early and then had to wait another 15 minutes while walk ins went before her. Quoted $25.00 on phone, then was charged $35.00 after nails were done. Even saw sheet that said $25.00, but did not want to cause a scene. Tried to tell her she wanted her nails rounded, she shrugged her off and squared them anyway. Tech did not know what she was doing and another had to redo nails, fortunately my mom had no other appointments. Will NEVER go back. One star (too bad they dont have 1/2 stars) because they were close to home.

They are always ready to squeeze me in last minute even during a busy Saturday. My nails and eyebrows turn out better than expected everytime. They listen and take their time with you. And! Its always so clean and the staff is friendly. They are like my familys extended family. Weve been following Tammy for years. Im so glad she is running her own shop now.

This was my first time here and LISA is the bomb!!! She did an amazing job on my nails.The place is a bit snug for the amount of customers coming in on a regular basis. I had an appointment for mani and pedi but in the end only received the mani. Probably was forgotten and I didnt bother to ask anymore because all the chairs were occupied at that time too.I will definitely go back.....so Tammys Nail and Spa....you have yourself a new recurring customer!!👍👍

I have been going to Tammys for years. Once I went there without an appointment, they were very busy and the wait time was very long. I had an event coming up so I decided to go to another salon. When I went back a couple of weeks later for a fill they immediately recognized it wasnt their work. I had completely forgotten that I had gone to another salon! I have tried several salons but in my opinion, Tammys is the best!

First time here and I will NOT GO BACK. Andy does not know what he is doing! I called ahead and ask for dip nails. When I got here Tammy assigned me to Andy. He did not understand a word that I was saying. I specifically told him not to file my nails, they were already the length and shape I wanted. He said ok only a little bit. I said ok. He aggressively filed my nails WAY too short. Then he gave me the color selection for the GEL colors. I specifically asked Tammy if these are the dip colors and she had to correct his mistake. Once he started doing the dip, which I have had planty of times before and I know the processes, he kept skipping steps and even said oops because he kept painting and not dipping and had to go bad through and re paint and dip. Then Tammy came over when I was close to being done and I asked her if he knows what shes doing and he said oh yes yes. Well at the end he proceeded to not wipe my nails down, left a powder mess and painted GEL TOP COAT OVER THEM. I have NEVER seen someone do that. I was so irritated already I thought oh well maybe it will work, she says he knows what hes doing. Well... Now Im back again the next morning and the top coat peeled just from me sleeping and showering. They made me wait 20 minutes and the girl just wanted to do gel top coat again! Dont do Dip here, they dont know how to do it properly!

Wow. Not sure how this place has a 4.1 rating. Its filthy!!!!! horrible nail job.. and the nail tech kept asking me if my nails grow ? What kind of question is that ..just because i prefer short nails does not mean my nails do not grow. I walked out of there with one hand shaped square and the other round.. def not returning back to this place.

And yet another disappointing nail salon. The nail tech didnt do what I wanted with the added gems because she said she couldnt and she told me this after she made sure to put on a crappy line of gems so she could charge me the extra charge... I asked her for an extra coat of polish because it looked str eaky and she said no that I didnt need it.. I wanted regular polish and she insisted on the gel of course since it is $10 extra the place is crowded and dirty and the the tech I had rude. I will not be going back!

Best best mani and pedi. Julie is so kind and great at taking care of her clients. Go to this salon you will not regret. They are also very sanitary with soak tubs.

I was disappointed with this salon! $35 for a mint pedicure seems really steep! I can go to San Jose or Capitola and spend $22 for calf massage as well as paraffin wax on feet!! Terrible! Only gave one star cause my polish is still on my toes after 2 weeks

Bad service i definitely not recommends this place 👎👎👎👎 they are rude and when you enter to the salon the look at how you are dressed and they treat you okay if you are fancy but if you are with work clothes tired and you just need you nails done, they make you wait and no body have time for you.

Love love love Tammys. I got my eyebrows done there. It was my first time getting permanent makeup & I herd it hurts. Tammy made me feel completly comfortable the whole time and did an excellent job on my eyebrows. I was nervous because I didnt know how they would turn out but she made them look so good and let me see how they would look before she tattooed them on. It hardly hurt at all becuase she used a good numbing technique. And she kept me distracted the whole time by conversating with me. I had a great experience there. Also her prices were very low. I definately recommend her salon.
