Got my nails done on 08/12 and two days later they were completely popping off throughout the day. I was in town visiting from Texas. When I tried to send photos and get a refund for my nails I was hung up on twice. I have file with the police department, BBB, and also the board of cosmetology today. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I am highly disappointed with the pedicure I received. I paid for the higher quality pedicure, but it only lasted 10 minutes and was not nearly worth the price. Then I had them add gel polish. The first individual painting my nails did a horrible job. She left whole sections of the toes without polish, left bubbles of paint from not brushing the paint to the end of the toe, and had paint covering all of the cuticles because she did not remove the cuticles like she was supposed to. After her “fixing” them, they looked worse than they did the first time. She then had a second lady take over. She could not grasp that there were clear impurities because they had been painted over 8 or 9 times at this point. I finally told her to remove the polish completely and I would have them painted elsewhere. This is by far the worst pedicure I have received in my life.

Been coming here for a year just for pedicures used to do a great job last couple of times not so great rush service, came in for a gel manicure nail tech smeared polish on my nail side skin and left my nails rough after filing with rough thick nail file also nails are not straight the corners of some are Pontier than the rest, nail tech might need glasses as I kept asking her to even out the nails poor quality its also dark in there. I wont be back will find another place for pedicures and manicures.

My favorite nail salon! I had my first acrylics here for prom and they looked amazing. When I went back, I got even better results for the next set I got. Great prices and the experience here has always been great, relaxing and peaceful. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a great pamper day and well executed nail designs!

I am absolutely obsessed with Hailey nail and spa! I have been going here for the last two or three years. I normally get a set of nails put on and I always have Tiffany do them and as long as I don’t decide to do my nails too long like I normally do they last 4 weeks before I have to go back and get a fill! I would not choose any other place besides here. I have tried almost every single place in Tracy and this is my favorite !! 😍

I always get the service I’ve asked for. No painted flowers on my nail, no extra fancy and costly pedicure. Just a perfect nail salon for all of your manicure needs.

Im a regular here. Dont know what I would do without the staff at Hailey Nails. Tiffany and Ivy are amazing and I always leave happy with my nails.

This place is amazing ! I was looking for new nails salon and I was reading the reviews for this place and decided to try them out.

Ivy was very nice, I had a peaceful and enjoyable experience.

Went there first time and it was bad experience...feel like I wasted my money. She was so rude and when I told her that I want to change the nail color she’s told me straight up ‘it’s too late now’ like seriously?? I paid the money not like I’m getting it for free. Will never go there again!!!

I wasn’t satisfied at all with how the nails were done. I get regular mani pedis every now and then but this time I was in Tracy for a party on 02/17/2018 and spotted Haileys Nail Salon. The lady did half of my pedicure and went to finish another clients pedicure and when she came back after 10minutes, she finished my pedi super fast. The second lady did my manicure and I told her I have a lot of cuticles that need to be removed and she just did it quick. Now I am looking at my cuticles while typing and it’s grossing me out. The two stars are only because they were friendly. Waste of my time and $30, could have done a better job at home.

They do a great job and their prices are cheap
