Friendly team environment. Everyone so helpful and does a great job at what they do. I got my front tooth bonding and it looks and feels amazing. Other dentist I went to kept suggesting more severe treatment which I wasn’t ready for and their cleaning is not good. Teresa did an awesome cleaning my teeth. Best experience at a dentist ever!

Considering I haven’t been to the dentist in a little over 2 years and my teeth are in desperate need of work done in them, my experience was surprisingly good.The staff and the Dr were gentle, thorough, very patient, helpful and informative.I don’t like dental visits or dental work done and I rarely write positive reviews about anything but I highly recommend this office.Thank you

I had a great experience! The staff is very nice and very professional.

Every single tooth I had fillings on still hurts 2 months later. First, my crown cracked as they put it in, so I had to wait 2 more weeks with the temporary on. When he put the temporary on, it was loose and I could move it back and forth. He told me if it came off to just use some toothpaste to hold it in place. Then I had the permanent crown put on and it still bothers me 2 months later. On the other side of my mouth, he did 3 fillings, which never hurt before, but now I cannot even chew on that side. I have called 3 times, and they will not return my calls.

Today was my first visit and I have found a dentistry that I will stay with. The staff was energetic and nice. Their communication system is well above par from email confirmations and text confirmations and even going as far as texting me that I can come in early. I was greeted at the door they took me in and started the x-rays and cleaning immediately. Lastly the dock was great ask me questions and also asked if I had any concerns. This will be my home dentistry going forward.

I’m rating this office a 5 for one reason and one reason only, the assistant who did my teeth cleaning. Teresa is her name. It should be a new thing to ask for a dental hygienist just like you would choose your dentist. Teresa is so amazing. Not only did I feel like she cleaned my teeth like they were her own, but she sure does know how to make you feel welcomed. I felt more like I was hanging out with a friend than getting a cleaning. I know a dentist office isn’t for socializing, but what I’m getting at is there’s such thing as genuine people and that shows in both her worth ethic and personality towards patients. Quick and easy process. This was my first appointment with this dentist and it went very smoothly. They took all the necessary precautions for dealing with COVID-19. Masks were required and temperature was checked. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating!

Dr. Zhao and staff, Christine, Maria, and another sweet lady who I forgot to ask her name, were so nice and so welcoming. It was my first time going to this dental office and every one of them were so helpful and I can’t thank them enough. Dr. Zhao thoroughly explained procedures and the next steps which I really appreciated because unlike other dentists, they act like they’re 3 pts behind. I’m glad to have found this place!

Today was my first visit with Dr Armstrong since Smiles Dental spa was purchased and I went in a lot nervous, but the new hygienist (who’s name I can’t remember because I’m horrible at names) was great and talked to me and got me distracted enough to keep my nerves calm while she cleaned my teeth. Then Dr Armstrong came in and was nice and my check up was quick and easy.

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and Dr. Zhao does great work.

My experience was very positive. I usually dont go to the dentist since I dont really experience any pain. During my check up 6 cavities were discovered. I was so scared and nervous but the dentist was super understanding and explained the procedure step by step and was genuinely concerned with my needs. I felt so comfortable and am very pleased with all the staff here at Smiles Dental Spa. Also, they magazine material was up to date which was really cool.

I started going to Smiles Dental Spa approximately two years ago, when we moved out to Tracy and I needed to find a new local dentist. Ive had a couple of cavities filled and a cap put on. My wife has had a couple of cavities filled, a chipped tooth fixed and a deep root cleaning. We also go for regular maintenance appointments. We take our four-year-old son there, too.We love Dr. Menon. Shes professional and very polite at the same time. Weve always been happy with the service provided there. The pricing is usual and customary. And its never a problem to get an appointment. You know youll get in, get the work done, and get out. All the staff are are extremely friendly and helpful. If by chance your appointment is running a little ahead or a little late, theyll call and give you a heads up that you can come in earlier, later, or try to reschedule. Most of the time, the whole family goes at once, so were in there for about two hours at a time.

We have been going to Smiles Dental Spa for years and are very happy with them. The receptionist is very accommodating with appointments and reminders. My kids teeth are healthy and well taken care of by Dr. Menon and the dental assistants.

I went to Smiles Dental Spa to have my teeth whitened. I am normally very nervous going to the dentist for any reason. The office was very calming upon arrival. They told me exactly what would happen and how long it would take, which really put me at ease. Knowing what will happen helps take the edge off of being so nervous.I was very relaxed during the process and actually found myself almost falling asleep. Needless to say I was very happy with this. Normally I am gripping the arm of the chair. I was told my teeth might be sensitive after the whitening and was given appropriate things to help with the sensitivity. Most of which I didnt even need. I am very happy with the results of the whitening of my teeth and more so with the service I received.

The dentist office isn’t one of the places I see myself at on a Monday afternoon. I was dreading to go but had to because of an unfortunate mishap - I chipped my tooth while munching on a hard candy. Everyone at Smiles Dental Spa made it the most pleasant visit I’ve ever had.. ever! For me, this is the best dental office by far right now!!! I hella recommend them!!!

Dr. Menon was also extremely knowledgeable and kind; she even took the time to discuss dental care in depth with me, which I greatly appreciated. My wife and I moved to tracy recently. We found this place on Google and read reviews, so we decided to try it. The staff are very professional and friendly. They are one on one and very friendly especially the owner. They schedule appointments over the phone and the billing has been effortless.

Ive been going to Smiles Dental Spa for about a year, along with my wife and kids. I tried them after receiving a flyer in the mail offering a bleaching special. When I met the staff and doctors, they made me feel so comfortable I decided to get work done that I had put off for years. I had to get a crown, and I was a little concerned about getting one because I grind my teeth. They have an iPad that they use to show you exactly what they are going to do and why they have to do it. Its the coolest thing! They had the lab make mine out of zirconia which is made specifically for grinders. I thought it was going to come back looking like those ugly silver crowns we had as kids, but it looks just like my other teeth. I had some fillings done, too. Piece of cake! The staff are very witty and all get along very well. The office has a playroom for the kids and TVs for us to watch while getting our work done.

Weve been going to Smiles Dental Spa for about a year and a half, after being referred to them by a friend. Weve loved them since. I had veneers placed on eight of my front teeth. I have a lot of photos taken for work and advertising, but I always felt uncomfortable with my smile. Dr. Menon was very good explaining what needed to be done with the veneers. They use digital X-rays, so I wasnt as concerned about radiation as I had been with those old cardboard X-rays. She did such an awesome job that Im no longer apprehensive when a photographer asks me for a close-up.My husband had Invisalign done there. Because Smiles Dental has evening and Saturday appointments, they were able to give him late Saturday appointments didnt interfere with his commute. I only wish they were open on Sundays. Dr. Menon is a doll. She talks about her kids. She treats her staff well and they act like they are family and have been working together for ages. They make you feel very relaxed with their laughter. And they seem to care about how you are doing as a patient.

My husband and I have been going to Smiles Dental Spa for about three years. My husband had broken his dentures and we needed to find a new dentist because we moved to Tracy from out of state. I have had gum issues for years and some bridges that needed replacing. I was also unhappy of how my front teeth looked. Dr. Menon is very knowledgeable and she did not lecture me about my gum problems. She explained what I needed to do to get my gums healthy again. She even showed me on the iPad what was happening under my gums so I could understand it a lot better.I am normally very nervous about seeing the dentist but since I have started going to Smiles Dental Spa, I dont worry anymore. I am so happy with my teeth now. I smile all the time. Now my kids and grandchildren go and see Dr. Menon as well. The office is clean and always smells good, not like other dental office. Her staff seem like one big family and they include you in all their conversations and jokes.

I started going to Smile Dental Spa in 2007 because the office is close to my home and they have parking in the back. Now, my whole family – husband, two sons, and myself – uses Smiles Dental Spa because we are all very pleased with the quality of work done at their office. The doctors put you completely at ease by explaining and showing what needs to be done. They are very good with children, as well. When my 11-year-old refused to open his mouth, they assured him it would be ok to have the work done.The waiting area is sooooo relaxing with a leather couch and chairs, choice of beverages and reading materials, free wi-fi, a playroom for kids, and cable TV. I barely have time to pick a channel before Im called for my appointment. We have been going for so long that everyone knows us and makes us feel so welcome. We have been laughing with Marilyn for years, chatting with Renee, and using advice from Hilary to get through family issues. Christina and the hygienists do a great job. I recently met the new dentist and she is a great addition to the staff. Everyone at Smiles Dental Spa is professional and personable.
