Overall, my experience was okay. I went in for some discomfort that I was having and the staff were very nice. One thing that annoyed me was all of the waiting I had to do once I was pulled back to be seen. It seemed like I had to wait at least 10 minutes between each transition.Now my main gripe: The tech was nice, but didnt seem to pay much attention to my basic needs.I was given some mouth wash upon arrival and was left with an empty cup in my hand as there was no garbage can present and the tech did not offer to take it from me when I was done.After the mouth wash the tech took a look at my concern and once completed, left the overhead light shining in my face for about 15 minutes before realizing.After my teeth were cleaned, the tech left my chair leaned back and told me the doctor would be right in... and just left me there until they noticed my discomfort as the chair was leaned unnecessarily far back, and then finally asked if I wanted to be sitting up until the doctor came (which again, took about 10 minutes).Lastly, when it came time to leave the tech was going to walk me out and forgot to take off my bib.I may be nitpicky, but these small things are important!Overall the staff were all very polite, but it seems like a poorly organized dental office.The doctor was great when interacting and was very personable and honest.Great when you need something fixed on the weekends, but I wont be making this my primary office.(my total time within the office was about an hour and a half - for basic cleaning and x-rays)

My teeth are very bad . I was feeling shy all the time when i talk with people but the manager martha and dr Mahwash straight my teeth in one day and make my smile beautiful. I love both of them . The manager martha and the dr Mahwash are very great people . They are the best best best 🥰🥰🥰. They do their best and i am very happy with the staff and my teeth treatment also. Its very clean clinic. 🥰🥰🥰

Just don’t. I do not recommend! 2+ hours in that building for only cleaning/X-rays. Went back in a week later for a filling.. they messed that up! Can’t even floss. Since they molded my teeth together.....

This dental office is the best I ever been to...staff is nice and friendly,and made me feel relaxed...I was in terrible pain from cavity on wisdom tooth,and highly anxious about dental procedures.. They help me feel calm..and did great job with the tooth extraction, very quick and painless...and very reasonable on their prices.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!I came in Due to pain, called, the receptionist was nice got me in right away. Thats where everything went south. They wanted to feel me out and adjusted there prices really high knowing Im a small business owner myself. I was very upset after leaving as I was charged $200+ to only clean the infected area and put a temp sealer that did nothing but make my pain worse. I call there emergency line it was great I got help thru the night and reassured to fix the next day. I was so happy I came back the next day got on schedule no issues, and they started adding more to the cost for no reason. I ended up pulling 1 tooth and fixing 1. Originally wanted both pulled and wished I did. A week after the root canal and crown, everything healed great except my crown fell off and they dont want to fix the situation or warranty there work. I was eating soft yogurt as I almost chocked because my crown came off. I called the emergency line for 5 days with no help and no response. After payment these people no longer care about there clients work. If I could knock the dudes teeth out I would so he understands what it feels like for making go thru this miserable experience. Not to mention the countless hours and days now from work I had to take off and drive to them. They dont care about anyone but themselves. Very selfish people. Wouldnt recommend to anyone I hope you go out of business.They said they would rather have a review on there garbage work then listen to my pain and suffering. All I want is help. Very unhelpful. Im still in pain and have 2 teeth missing now with a astronomical bill.

Called Monday morning because my boyfriend had extremely bad pain and had been in the pain the whole weekend due to his wisdom tooth being decayed they originally told me to come at 2:30 but he could not wait that long ( he was in extreme pain) so we left at 8:30 and got there around 8:45 we only sat there for about 20mins and they took him in did X-rays and extracted his tooth with no problem we are so grateful and thankful my boyfriend even though he’s recovering is so thankful for Dr. Seema and her team at Tracy dental excellence thank you so muchAlyssa and Thomas

I made an emergency visit in late 2019 because I had cracked an upper molar and was experiencing pain. I assumed that I would need a crown because Id split the molar all the way to the root/nerves. Upon my examination, it was confirmed that I would need to have the broken piece extracted and a crown to restore the function of my broken molar. However, it was also determined that I would need crowns on two other molars. I was quoted a little over $3k for all this work, which needed to be done.On the day of treatment, I signed up for Care Credit, the credit card affiliated with Synchrony Bank that the business promotes. I have dental insurance, which covered a little over $1k, resulting in a $2k+ balance due to TDE. Since my initial treatment, I’ve had a follow-up cleaning and had to have two crowns recemented because they came undone. After each visit, I would always ask the front reception what was owed to TDE so that I can pay my portion in full. About a month after initial treatment, I started to get these texts from TDE saying that I had an outstanding balance. I called TDE and spoke with Martha Sandoval as I paid over $2k for my dental work. She explained that TDE would have to resubmit its claims with my dental insurance company and to disregard the text messages.Since the COVID shutdown, I hadn’t sought any dental services until November 2020 when I had to visit to have a crown recemented. Again, I asked what my portion of the bill would be so that I could pay my portion in full and reminded the front reception that my dental insurance is on file. I was charged that same day $20 for my visit. In January 2021, I received a bill in the mail for approximately $262 noting under the Description portion of the billing statement “Balance Forward”. Balance forward for what product and/or service? So I called to inquire, and to no avail, my query went unanswered. A couple days later, I placed another call because I hadn’t received a reply so I called again, and this time requesting an itemized bill. Still no follow up.Now in February 2021, I receive another billing statement in the mail. Perhaps this time, TDE has itemized the services and/or products rendered. The billing statement again notes “Balance Forward”. I’ve spent over $2500 dollars and have paid in person for services rendered. I have every right to ask for an itemized bill. I have dental insurance. I pay my portion. I would think after my initial request for an itemized bill, which I would reconcile against my dental insurance statements, that TDE would produce a detailed billing statement. I’d reconcile my TDE bill against my dental insurance statements, and if I find that my insurance covers only a portion and I, in fact, owe TDE monies for product/services rendered, then I will pay for any outstanding balances. I want to cross reference the products and services rendered, see what my dental insurance covers and pays for, and whatever the difference, I will pay.I would think that a business would accede to a customer’s request to send an itemized bill in order to receive what’s owed. It’s INFURIATING to have to ask REPEATEDLY for DETAILED BILLING, especially since I haven’t had any dental work done in months. Yes, TDE is a business and can set its prices based on its costs and market price with a marginal increase for profit. Still, I’d like to know TDE’s product and service prices, what was submitted to my insurance, and since they can clearly itemize for the insurance agency the products and services rendered for my treatment, then why can’t TDE provide me with the same detailed billing. And I’ve requested detailed billing more than once.I now have to reach out to BBB to assist me in getting the information I’ve repeatedly requested. If in fact I owe TDE the $262, then I’ll pay it, but I’ll pay it upon reconciling it against the insurance statements as I will not be swindled. I want to know what I’m paying for, AND I want to know that what TDE is billing me is aligned with what TDE is billing my dental insurance.

Mario was great with assisting me get an emergency Dental appointment! Very responsive, courteous, and compassionate for my dental issue! I was able to get a same day appointment scheduled! The front desk, office assistants, and Dr. treated me with care and respect. The service was amazing! I was able to get a temporary fix to my dental needs with an affordable price! I am very pleased with the quality of work! I have found my new dentist office!

Everyone from the front desk, to the dentist and assistant were very kind, friendly and professional. The only one thing that needs a little improvement, would be the wait time. I TRULY understand, it depends on what procedure is being done, or if the procedure needs more attention. Other then that, I would recommend Tracy Dental! I needed an emergency appointment on a Saturday morning because I lost a crown from another dentist late on a Friday night. The office was able to get me in the same morning, and my wait to see the doctor was brief. The front desk staff is courteous and helpful, the dental staff is knowledgeable, professional, understanding, and kind. I would not hesitate to use this office again. A very good experience.

Everyone in the office was very nice, dont get me wrong. But they submitted my treatments separately even though I was told they were going to wait to submit it once. Since I told them of my financial situation. Now not only do I owe my care credit 2,500 dollars, which messed with my credit because they ran it twice. I now owe the dentist another 800 since my insurance was billed on separate occasions. Not cool.

Definitely recommend. Got me in and out the same day I called. Got rid of the problem tooth fast. Very professional made the whole experience very comfortable. To top it all off I have no dental insurance they didnt charge an arm and a leg to handle the situation very happy with their service very affordable!!!!!

I live in Modesto and wanted my teeth whitened so I came to Tracy Dental Excellence and I was blown away with my first time experience. The whole staff there is beyond friendly and they do the most to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I have to give it up for Bri who handled the whitening process as she is a great conversationalist and all around fun person and Martha who for being very informative. I’ve already made a new appointment and possible leaving my own dentist for them. The results where more than I asked for. Thank you again.for everything 🙌🏽

2 star at best and thats being nice. I have never been seen at my appointment time. Honestly never. I stayed as long as I did with this dentist because of the last dentist they had who left. My new dentist I have seen 4 or 5 times and Ive complained every time. Im done

Easiest experience I’ve had. Went in for fillings, couldn’t even feel the needle going in, nor the drilling. The staff is very friendly, they made the experience quite pleasant. Will be getting future work done here.

I am really disappointed, I came to this place because a friend recommended it to me, when I arrived I had a toothache, and I paid 2000 dollars the same day so they could work on my tooth, after they finished they made me another appointment for That with what I paid included two cleaning treatments. but today that was the dentist, she behaved very badly, she wanted to force me to do more treatments than I would not quileria at the moment I had already paid 2000, I needed time but she insisted that I do another treatment I told her many times that I did not and It was rude. I really do not recommend the place, the nurses are very friendly. but others just want to get you money.

The ladies at the desk are super nice and even helped me when I had to bring my baby at my appointment. Just for them, I would recommend that place! Otherwise, on 3 different appointments, I havent been able to get my teeth cleaned because the hygienist was either too busy or absent... Also, the last cavities I got fixed there are rough when I floss, one is not even the right color (super white on my yellowish molar... doesnt look super good!), and my gum has been painful near that molar for 3 weeks after the procedure. The scariest thing is that at EVERY appointment I had there, all my confidential information was either exposed on the desk or in a transparent folder (showing everything still). Good thing I didnt give my social security number... it would be so easy to have an identity thief there. When I addressed the problem on my second and third appointment, they told me that nobody was looking at that anyway... Too bad, going somewhere else!

I had a fast good experience with Dental Excellence and they did what I asked and need. Customer service was excellent and smooth.

I booked an appointment at 2 pm and wasn’t seen till 2:45 after being taken back to the waiting room they made me wait another 15 minutes for x - rays. After that they made me wait another 15 minutes to start my cleaning. The dental assistant and dentist kept waking in and out of my room I ended up leaving the place after 4 pm. I only came to get x - rays and a cleaning done. I don’t recommend this place to anyone at all during the cleaning the dentist and assistant kept spraying me with so much water that ended up all over my face, neck, chest, and shoulders. They didn’t even to a good job at cleaning my teeth. The dentist just kept complaining the whole time. Terrible place of business. Don’t waste your time go else where!

Called Tracy Dental Excellence first thing on a Saturday morning for extreme tooth ache. Mind you I live in Antioch, but couldnt find a dentist out my way on Saturday. But I digress, Tracy Dental Excellence got me in within an hour of me calling. Extracted the affected tooth and was out in an hour. The staff was amazing, kind, and understanding. Very clean and organized facilities. Dr. Rashid Mehwish was amazing. Definitely recommend them. Will probably make them my regular dentist. I dont mind the drive for excellent care.

Staff always greets you with smiles and makes you feel comfortable. Office decor is beautiful. Doctors explain procedures needed and when they’re being performed. Treatments for patients with no insurance are discounted when you purchase a yearly exam/cleaning plan which is totally affordable and worth it. State of the art equipment. Appointments that accommodate pretty much anyone’s schedule with evening and weekend availability. Going to the dentist has never been on my favorites list but TDE makes it an experience that leaves you smiling! I highly recommend this office.

Interesting I took my kids here funny how each of them where told they grind their teeth at night and had a total of 22 cavities a piece. Not to mention she told my daughter she needed her feelings refilled because they werent put in right.after getting a second opinion I wrote an review how my kids were both fine and cavaity free.smh it got deleted surprise surprise. Sorry we arent paying your $2,000 worth of unnecessary work. ! Funny because they where both there you guys love taking people for granted and yes they both had similar diagnosis smh you guys are pathetic. PLEASE I WARN YOU ALL GET A SECOND OPINION!!

I never thought I would cry tears of joy over getting a root canal! I found TDE after living the last 8 months in plain agony due to a filling falling out in November. Everyone at Tracy Dental Excellence has been tremendously helpful and understanding in my inability to take time off work. They even stayed an hour after closing because I was 20 minutes late to my appointment. This was my first root canal ever and I was absolutely terrified. Dr. Seema made sure I was completely numb and I honestly don’t think there were a solid 5 minutes that passed that they didn’t check on me or ask me how I was doing. It turned out to be the most relaxing part of my day.. lol I know where I’ll be taking my family from now on! THANK YOU!!!!!

They are very attentive and the secretaries and assistants are very good people. But I didnt like the job very much, I paid about 6,000 of my bag plus the insurance and I didnt like how my crowns turned out, they are uneven and theyre the ones in front, now Ill have to go to another doctor because I spoke to Martha, who is the one who is me He attended and there was no response.

It was an exceptional service without a doubt 100% recommended both professional and helpful 👏🏻👌🏼👍🏼
