Of all the dental care Ive received, the customer service here has been top notch! From the moment I walked in, the staff was more than welcoming and the waiting room is very nicely decorated. It provides almost a calming effect. After completing my paperwork, I was seen right away. The staff explained everything to me and no detail was left out. They provided valuable insight to further my at-home dental care and were extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Atwal not only provided me with five-star service, but he also helped ease my mind about future care. After the initial exam, the dental hygienist administered a deep cleaning. That was the first and only time Ive ever done so without local anesthesia. My mouth and gums didnt hurt during or after. I had a very pleasant dental appointment here and was impressed by Dr. Atwal bedside manner so to speak. Ive had other dentists and their staff in the past seem uninterested and rushed during visitations, and have often felt like my concerns were made out to be trivial. But that wasnt my experience here, everyone seemed interested in my concerns and how we might best proceed from the exam. Dr. Atwal and I even had a friendly conversation about some relatable family histories, which made the visit feel more personable than what Ive experienced before. So far Ive no complaints and hope that my further treatment at Comfort Dental Care is equally as good as my first impressions. Comfort Dental Care is amazing. I am pregnant, had a tooth emergency at 3 in the afternoon, and recently moved to my area. They were all booked up, but unlike the other 4 dentist offices I called in panic they had me come in right away and were so gracious with my situation. I am forever grateful to them. This is a great dental office. I’m one of the weird ones that actually enjoys going to the dentist, but I haven’t gotten around to doing it for over 10 years. My wife and I came her last week. She had been there once before and referred me, and I can see why. Everyone here is so friendly! Dr. Atwal is probably one of the nicest and most knowledgeable people I’ve met, and he’s very funny and pleasant to talk to. All the hygienists and staff were super nice as well. They are a really solid team that’s essentially a family, they all seem to work really well together. They talked to me and informed me of everything that was happening as they worked on me. And luckily for me, according to Dr. Atwal, after 10 years of no dental visits, my teeth still look amazing overall! Coming back next month for a small filling, and looking forward to it!

The office anticipated well before any pandemic was announced the needs of both the staff and the patients; they have implemented many safety measures, and to their credit remained open during the early days in a safe manner to care for those in need. The expertise of Dr. Atwal, as well as the dental assistant who worked with him, was as good as Ive ever experienced. First visit for me and my son and I am impressed by Dr. Atwal’s honest and thorough approach to dentistry. The whole team there is so professional, friendly and attentive!

Always a great experience. They have the latest technology and are always friendly. I was blown away as my crown was 3D printed in house and placed in the same day. My only complaint is that there is no payment flexibility. Though I appreciate the discount that was extended, I was still out $600 that I had to cough up all at once. Sadly my insurance doesn’t cover the cost of a tooth worked on less than 5 years. I was in a pickle and would have eaten the cost anyway as I couldn’t have a razor sharp broken partial crown tearing up my inner cheek. I asked for a week and a half extension for the remaining $350 which they weren’t able to give. Life happens and this is still one of best in the business.

So, I lost a veneer on my front tooth and was flying out of state in a day. I called Comfort Dental Care on a Friday morning hoping they could see me last minute, but not expecting much luck since they only work a half day. To my surprise, they told me to be there at 8:45. What I found when I arrived was very reassuring in this day and age. I was met with a locked door, which was awesome because to me that meant that they were keeping the office under strict social distancing practices. When it was my turn to come in, I was greeted at the door by what they call their concierge assistant. It is her job to take temperatures and apply hand sanitizer to every person as they come through the door, which she did. She then had me fill out a questionnaire about my health, if Id traveled recently and if anyone in my family was sick. All the while, she was wearing a full gown, face mask and head covering! I like this, their concern for everyones health impressed me.Once in the treatment room, I noticed that everything was up to hospital standards and there was a machine on top of the counter that when I asked about it, was told that its what hospitals use to filter the air and remove viruses, germs and anything else you wouldnt want in that type of setting, nice!!! I did notice a larger one up in the front area of the office.After looking at my tooth, Dr. Atwal and his very professional assistant, Meri went to work. I feared that because it was a veneer I had lost, this was going to be a long, drawn out process. To minimize aerosol in the treatment room, they applied what is called a rubber dam that only allows the tooth being worked on to be exposed therefore keeping my saliva in my mouth and not spread around the entire room. Also, I noticed the hand piece he used wasnt the typical kind Ive seen in the past and so I asked about it. Dr. Atwal said that it was electric, minimizing even more airborne vapor and germs. They think of everything, I swear!!Dr. Atwal was able to repair my tooth by building it up with a bonded filling and I have to say, it looks better now than it did what the veneer on, I dont think Ill even have the veneer redone with the way this buildup turned out!All in all, if you are looking for a extremely health conscious dental practice, that follows all of the CDA and CDC guidelines and more, you will feel very comfortable and safe with putting your trust in Dr. Atwal and his efficient, conscientious team at Comfort Dental Care, I know I sure did. Thanks team, my visit was a very comfortable, safe and satisfying trip!

Best dentist visit ever. Had a root canal done and there was no pain,and it was done in about 1 hour. Was able to go back to work when it was done. They are my new dental group from now on.

Dr. Atwal and his team are absolutely WONDERFUL.I have a ton of allergies and other health concerns which are, shall we say, complicated. Dr. Atwal and his team constantly go above and beyond in dealing with my allergies and whatnot, despite the fact that they are highly unusual.Everyone in the office is always friendly, always smiling. They all seem very happy to be working there. I even love the photos of the office staff on the wall that show a goofy, smiling staff. I think that says a lot about the atmosphere in the office!As a side note, all the photographs of all the foreign countries that grace the wall were taken by Dr. Atwal himself, in his various travels around the world.Before I met Dr. Atwal and his staff I thought going to the dentist was something to be endured, rather than something to look forward to. Boy am I glad to be proved wrong! I actually look forward to going!

As an RDA working for Dr. Atwal, these have been scary and uncertain times. Because of all of the shelter in place and social distancing requirements, he had to temporarily lay off most of the staff and only keep a skeleton crew to treat TRUE dental emergencies. I was home, sheltering in place for the past 7 weeks. Dr. Atwal brought me back to work full time on May 13th. I have to admit, at first I was a little apprehensive because of the nature of my job as to my safety, but when I actually got back to the office and realized the extra precautions that we are now taking to make it safer for our patients as well as ourselves, all those fears have subsided. First of all, the doors are locked so we control who comes in at all times. Also, as a patient approaches our office for their appointment, they are greeted at the door and have their hands sprayed with sanitizer. We then take their temperature and they fill out a Covid-19 questionnaire. Once that is done, they are taken to the back where they are asked to rinse their mouth with peroxide and their blood pressure is taken. Also, he has acquired N95 masks for us to wear and we wear another mask over that with a face shield and head covering. He also has Hepa 13 filters in each operatory that are used in hospital operation rooms that filter out any dust or even viruses. I feel that it is a safe environment for me to work in as well as our patients to get safe and practical treatment. I look forward to seeing all of our patients needs being bet to the best of our abilities in the safest way possible.

Earlier this year I was referred to Dr. Atwal because of what my primary physician, and a staff surgeon believed to be a dental cyst. Neither my primary care physician or the surgeon were concerned and would not perform a biopsy believing it to be a dental issue. I visited Dr. Atwal who was immediately and visibly concerned for my health! He performed a CT scan that morning at the office, definitively proving that the lump in my neck was not a cyst His findings, advice, urgency, and empathy gave me the level of concern and information needed to have the lump biopsied shortly afterwards and a 6 cm (non cancerous lump) was removed. The lump had grown to that size in less than 6 months and if left untreated, the growth alone could have taken my life.I cant thank Dr. Atwal and his staff enough for seeing me right away and for the professionalism and concern that was provided. If I had not met Dr Atwal, it is likely someone else would be sharing my story!

The doctor is amazing. Isabel has always been afraid, but last week, she had a loose tooth in her braces and had to get it extracted, and she came out happy and laughing. He is so good about explaining everything, and you can tell her really cares about his patients.

Had my wisdom teeth removed here today. All FOUR of them. And let me tell you, I had been putting this off for a year or so because I was so anxious about getting them taken out. I came a couple weeks ago to get some work done and decided to finally get them taken out (the dentist recommended it too, I knew I needed to get them taken out) so I got them taken out today..and it was a breeze. The dentist, I cant remember his name (forgive me) and his assistant, were nice and so very comforting as I was freaking out about getting them taken out. They made me feel so much better and distracted me from my nervousness as best they could (im just a nervous person) and the extraction process wasnt painful in the slightest. At all. The healing part sucks though. My face is only a bit puffy but its pretty sore. The staff and dentists and dental assistants are so kind and so good and knowledgeable about what they do. Im glad I had my wisdom teeth taken out here. Would give more stars if I could. I recommend everyone get their dental work done here, Ive only had good experiences here.

Woke with severe pain and swelling. Comfort Dental care worked us in which was fantastic. Was easy to get to. Front of house staff was friendly. Was instructed to do admit paperwork. While doing paperwork on tablet, they call me. Informed them I was on page 5 of 6, instead of waiting, they took someone else which resulted me in having to wait almost a half hour longer to be seen. By this time, Im in tears from the pain and blood pressure rising as pain was very intense. Lady at check in notifies the back and another nurse comes and geta me. Once in the back, I was treated great. Dentist and nurse were both understanding and gentle with me. I was examined and xrayed and given antibiotics and pain meds right there in the room to help relieve the inflammation and pain. That in itself showed me the dentist that ended up taking care of me actually cared and understood my situation, unlike the nurse who set me aside initially. I was given scripts which Im currently taking. Swelling hasnt gone down yet, but pain is now managable. Thank you. Dr. Gurrinder S. My wife and I go to Comfort Dental Care for all our dental care in Tracy. We had been looking for a new dentist following a couple of bad experiences at another dental office here in Tracy. Dr. Atwal and all the other staff at Comfort Dental Care have completely restored our willingness to get the Dental care we need. My wife has had two broken teeth restored with beautiful crowns, a molar pulled, and deep cleaning done. I had a very old front bridge replaced by Dr. Atwal. Our care has been stress-free, professional, and painless. Our crowns and bridge were prepped, produced in-house, and completely installed in the same day, allowing us both to walk out with a beautiful new smile. We moved from Tracy to the Seattle area last year and we are so comfortable with the Comfort Dental Center staff that we drove 900 miles to have Dr. Atwal complete our dental restorations.

No one likes going to the dentist but I believe that this is the most pleasant dental experience that I have had in a long time (and I JUST had two fillings done, I’m still numb!). They verify insurance coverage prior to scheduling/performing work and both Dr. Johal (sp?) and Dr. Atwal talked me through what they were doing, the tools that they were using, etc. I brought my family here so now they are being worked on while I’m writing this review. If you need to switch dental care providers, I’m highly recommending them!
