My car suddenly started having trouble accelerating on my long drive from Socal to Norcal and I was so lucky to have this happen where I could pull off the highway and in here. Even though it was Saturday at 5pm and they were very busy, they took me in. They stayed hours late for me and were so diligent at figuring out and testing to find the well-hidden problem in my old car and then they fixed it same night! Even though I was very much in a bind and they could have charged anything, they gave me a more than fair price and I was able to finish my drive that night. They are lovely people and they do everything they can for you. I cannot recommend them enough.

I was recommended the Service Station by a friend of our family, and Im glad that I came here. Despite them already having an overabundance of cars to work on after the holiday and every other place being so full they would turn away their customers, the Service Station was kind enough to take in my car regardless and run a diagnostic on the check engine light.I didnt expect to have my car back for a few days since they were so busy, but their services were incredibly quick and I was able to get my Ford back the same day I dropped it off! They found the issue in my engine and repaired it for a great place, as I expected the bill to be much higher.My experience at the Service Station was great - I will definitely take my car here again in the future if I ever need repairs. Respectable and honest people!

AC compressor replacement. What a stand up guy, Del!! A bit of miscommunication on the repair costs and he was ready to hand over the service for FREE!!! WAY more than fair on the final service price (that I almost had to force him to take). He was more concerned about having an upset customer. If you need your auto fixed, in my case a Mercedes, by an honest and fair establishment, go to the Service Station in Tracy. Still in awe about how Del was more concerned about making his customer happy than making money. Service was done for a great price and in a timely manner. Now I understand why my dad always went there.

Very good service. They actually figure out whats wrong with your car instead of hooking it up to a machine that can only do so much.

This is an excellent place to get your car serviced. Quality work with affordable pricing. The owner is honest and respectable. They do not try to overcharge you or pressure you to do unnecessary repairs. Work is dones in a timely fashion and they let you know if they will not be able to get in done quickly. I will continue to get my repairs from here as long as they are open!!

Spent better part of an hour shopping around for place to do my oil change this is the last last place I inquire about doing the oil change as I already had the oil + filter and they were flat out the rudest, least friendly & customer centric place I spoke to all morning. Easily going other places before I ever come here and if I do its as a LAST resort.

They are always helpful nice and do a great job. I only use them to fix my vehicles.

They fix what they say they will fix for a fair price. The car is ready on time and I dont worry about hidden charges. Dependable people.

They were fast and effective but they lack the customer experience part. Not open according to times online and hard to reach when youre not at the shop. Overall the pricing and expertise were effective.

Harry the owner is a very pleasant/nice guy. They let me bring my car in very short notice and explained everything and got me back on the road again in a couple hours. I will update this review if I ever need to go to them again.

Besides oil change, they also do complete auto repair! Made appointment the same day for oil change on my 99 Lexus. Waited maybe 30 minutes.UPDATE: Check engine light indicated a need to replace the oxygen sensors in my 99 Lexus. Pricey parts (expected) but reasonable labor charges.

Fast and good price..

I have a 2012 Infinity and needed oil change to begin with and my car started jerking BAD, engine light came on took to European Auto first and trying to charge 170 right off the bat for just oil and fees not even to check the engine light. SO I left realizing they dont even work on my type of car and feeling I was being wayyy over charged, went across the street here to Service Station and he was soooo awesome!! Helped me right away said it could be from oil but would put the tester on it and sure enough it was. My engine was protecting itself by stuffing down which caused the jerking. Def would go back soo nice, helped me so fast and I NEVER write reviews .
