Friendly staff. Able to fix my husbands car quickly. Sent me a text with pictures of the work I needed done. A little difficult to find as its tucked back in an auto center. Highly recommend.

They know what they are doing. Not like some of the other shops who will try to scam you. They will be upfront with what is happening with your vehicle and will give their professional opinion on the repairs. They will be my go to place for vehicle repairs.

Please Stay Away! I waited days to get a quote.The owner and the workers are unprofessional. They blew my engine up. Soon after they repair my car my engine blew up. It was because they didn’t do something. When l called about it, they blocked my calls.

Brought vehicle on monday and asked to concentrate on one computer error, they said it would take two days. Two days ended to be an extra 2 days for a total of 4 days. Not once did they advise on findings to me. They finally sent a link for an overview inspection which I did not ask for as this was a total waste of time. They ended up on the 4th day committed to task at hand and removed newly purchased parts that were OEM from the dealer and replacing them at 3X the cost. This proved to be another failure and on the 5th day they gave up. I gave permission to break down the engine but either lacked the experience or the faith they could actually fix the issue. This garage proved to be a complete waste of money as their charges were a diagnose cost, a replace of their parts and actual parts cost. I can look at it as almost a scam so please be aware.

We were on a road trip coming from Maryland and had our check engine light come on. Being the middle of the week, almost every mechanic was booked, including this location. However they offered to check the error code for us. As soon as we showed up they immediately checked it and let us know what the issue was. Luckily it was not anything bad, so they cleared the code for us and even checked fluid levels, all for free. They were polite and professional the whole time, and a great help.

I am the kind of customer that does most of my own automotive work. I know more than most non-professionals. Having been burned too many times by dealerships I am a skeptical customer. I dont like being talked down to, or being pressured into buying service that I dont need. Jason & Jim are the best! They are friendly, honest, and provide high quality service at very fair prices. They have done a great job with my Ford Powerstroke. You will not find a better value in auto repair service.

Went to have taillights fix, 280 dollars for tape and two light that didnt fix the problem. Three more weeks and a nother 280 dollars the problem fixed.
