Nothing less than amazing service. Was trying to head back to Wisconsin when our car’s engine gave up on us. Despite the numerous unfortunate events we encountered, the workers here we able to help us find something to smile about. Everyone worked hard to help us find the best deal for the least amount of money. Wish this place was located in Wisconsin so I could make it my go-to auto shop.

Great service, very friendly and will make things right at their expense if needed. They took excellent care of me. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is they left grease and oil in my van on the rugs.

Unprofessional and changed prices upon arrival

I have paid them about 7,000 dollars to swap a blown engine and they gave me a used engine from a pick n pull. These guys try to seem like they help you out when in reality they dont fix anything at all and play it off by being super friendly.

Honest and accurate mechanics here. Weve been bringing our cars here for years. Mechanic Bill(retired) used to be my mechanic and now we have the excellent mechanic, Joe 👍

Our go to automotive place. Very upfront. It is pricey but only place in Tracy that is listed under AAA insurance.

Took my car to them recommended by AAA. They have very high pricing and they don’t communicate very well. I transferred my car the next day to another shop and saw new scratches on my car, when I called to tell them they scratched my car they denied and never gave me a call back. Nice people but poor service.

I echo what Joseph Dotson said in his review. Great service and warranty. Reasonable prices. They even offer towing and a shuttle.

So at first it seemed great they got everything together for me faster then my insurance had time to set everything up, however I was told that my car would be ready in a few days and its now been 2 and half weeks! I have gotten no call no email about what the hell has been going on with my car I call the center and the receptionist not only got my name wrong multiple times after I corrected her but the person they have me talking to still isnt and no one can help even though I told them that I had work!!! Then I called again just to find out that the lady was there!

I took there my 2010 GMC Denali with engine making noises. They said they can fix it. When they diagnosed, they said they CAN NOT fix it and advised me to take it to the dealership. I asked them to make a report of what they diagnosed, they just pulled some report off the internet of what possible steps could be taken to fix the problem. They charged me for diagnosis. I got charged for diagnosis again at the dealership and they found something totally different than what Morgans were telling me. I would advise people to take their vehicles straight to the dealerships, if they wanna save some hassle and money and get their vehicle fixed RIGHT.

Kelsey and staff very nice but,chat didnt the issue with my car that sat at their shop for the hrs and never addressed my issue.I told when I called when I got there during follow up call that my dash lit up with oil pressure low make a safe stop instead, they looked up a code that has to do with with my gas and NEVER looked in to my issue. Wanted to keep it overnight to see if the code came on. It came on 3 xs before I got home and one time was before I got to the stop sign when I left. Charged me for 1/2 hr of nothing.

Friendly staff kept me informed throughout the repair process. Quick service, and quality work.

Came for an alignment that was reffered by Americas Tires. I came because they reduced $30. While on the lift they saw that I had a broken shock which I decided to replace then and there. What was supposed to be an hour turned into 3 hours. Aside from that the staff inside was very vauge. Didnt talk much and went straight to business. The mechanic who helped me was good but the ladys in front werent that great. Would go somewhere else for next time

Got my car fixed here and found so many more things wrong with it after i picked it up. When i brought it back they still charged me 70 to fix what they broke! Dont come here!

Very honest and professional

Horrible customer service. The guy that handled my quote didnt send it to my insurance until 2 weeks after he saw the car, and that was after multiple phone calls. Then he needed to see the car again to take more pictures to send to my insurance, which my insurance did get for another week and a half. He costed me a lot of time, because he couldnt do his job when he said he would. Ill never go back.

Very unprofessional. Waited in lobby while getting an alignment, the guys in the back talking about their weekend and swearing. The receptionist never offered me coffee and the fridge was empty.

Ive been waiting on my car for 3months and they always say they are going to call me back and then dont. On top of that, they forgot to order a part for the car and havent been keeping me updated on whats going on with the car.
