By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Brett was great and helped me find a car that works great and the extra medical things he needs. The only complaint I have is the cleaning people. My car wasn’t very clean and Brett did seem a little embarrassed by it. He was great though and took it upon himself to try and make it a little clean while I was signing the final paperwork. Very happy with how everything turned out.

I bought a car during the pandemic. I got the usual HARD sell, but decided on a car. AFTER PURCHASE, I got lots of excuses from sales to not take my call- --bad wifi, out to lunch, Ill call you back. All in all I got no paperwork for my financing, my temporary plates became expired. And as I write this now, Im on hold yet again to find answers. The worst.

I have a 2020 Sentra, had a million things on my agenda three weeks ago and when I got in my car it wouldnt start. I started with a call to the dealership and spoke with one gentleman and he gave me the number for Roadside Assistance. I called them and they towed my car to the Service Dept. I called back and the gentleman I spoke with originally said it was not he I spoke with. I had written down his name. I was told it was Marcos, which is really beside the point but he repeatedly talked about outside influences and in that case my car would not be covered under Warren.Asked him to explain outside influences. A mouse eating my wires or if I tried to soup up my car. Lost my patience.Next day I called and was told the battery was not strong enough to sustain all the electronics in the car. Therefore they replaced the battery but had to order new cables and a terminal. Well here is the clinker for me. You could not send someone to pick me up that day. After approximately 11 years of doing business with you I had to pay $25.00 and take an Uber to pick my car up at the Dealership. Im approximately 13 miles away, have driven that 13 miles back and forth every time I leased a new car and every time I brought my cars in for service.The one time I needed your Dealership you could not extend yourself that extra 3 miles. And no one followed through and called me when the parts came in. I brought the car back to have the new parts installed and the gentleman is asking me what parts and what are they for and what did they say was wrong with the car.Now how does Nissan build a car with a battery that does not carry enough power to sustain the car????My relationship with Nissan Route 46 will end when the lease is up on my existing car.So thats approximately 11 of my business.Regards,Kathleen Duffy

Just signed a deal to lease a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder SV and had the best time talking with Ramon and Sky. They were extremely patient with me and very thorough explaining all the details that come along with leasing. They both took their time helping me pick the best car for me and my family. After my car was totaled in the flood I called around to find a new car, trying to make sure I could find a dealership that was trustworthy. I call Rt. 46 after locating a couple of cars I liked, and asked the same question I ask every single dealership- Other than tax, titles and tags, what other fees do you charge when you sell a used car. The woman on the phone told me there was a dealer fee I believe, something in the hundreds, and I said OK. Made an appointment for after work the next day. As soon as I sit down with an actual salesman he tells me up front that there is a $3995 certification fee that will be added on any car they sell. This was highly upsetting, because I took a lot of time to make sure I asked those questions before ever taking the time to visit the lot, so someone lied to me. I left, and bought an Acura the next day. Now I am looking for a car for my Wife (also affected by the storm) and I have to add $4K to any car I locate thats on this lot. Fees like that, which arent disclosed ahead of time, are manipulative- ESPECIALLY if I ask you and you still dont disclose the truth.

Wow this Nissan is horrible. You wait online to check in your car to be serviced. No one says a word to you. No one greets you to say they will be with you shortly. They seem a little rude. The best is after your car has been serviced they dont clean or vaccum your car. Nissan in Stanhope, NJ is much better. They have a great team, everyone greets you. Wish I could give less stars. The service at this place seriously makes me ashamed to own a Nissan. Every time I come in for service it is always a miserable experience. This past time they told me to pickup my car and when I get the whole service team was gone and my car was locked in the garage over night; no one on the sales team had the keys to the garage and it had to stay there overnight. I recommend going anyplace else. Left a complaint and they said manager would call me in 1-2 days. Never got a call and I’m not surprised.

Horrible experience. Mark, Mike and Wagner will do anything to scam you. As I’m in my car ready to leave I was harassed as well as my deposit held from me. After they pretty much harassed me I then got a car tried to bring it back the next day they told me there’s “a no cool off period” which I wasn’t aware of at time of purchase. First time ever financing a car and the worst financial situation I’ve ever been in.

I made an appointment for car maintenance but I waited more than three hours. They lost my cars splash shield part. When I went again, they were disrespectful and did not help. Nissan should teach ethics to this employees. My car was better before I went to the service. Because of this place, I have to pay again for the missing piece. this is unacceptable!!!!

Made a car purchase at this dealer, Luis was the sales person who helped me and my fiance with our purchase only to find out he duped us stating that the Nissan Maxima we purchased will get a discount of $3999 from the displayed sale price based on whats stated online upon looking into making the purchase and that never happened. After going back upon doing some calculations on my own because the never give me a proof of purchase or any documentation for my purchase and realizing the discount was never applied amount some other issues he boldly stated he couldnt remember our conversation when the were 2 other persons present with me. The sales manager even came over and told us we were getting a huge discount which played a great role in us making the purchase at the time and all of that turned out to be a lie. Gone are the days when people had integrity everybody is just out to make a quick buck, would never recommend Route 46 to anyone. However if others choose to go be very careful!

A few visits so far... So far so good.They were able to fix a check engine light while another dealership couldnt.The process was a bit lengthy though.

Buyer beware. Even though our salesman was a nice guy and my mom got a car she liked, their online prices DO NOT reflect their actual prices. I took my mom here cause I thought they had the best deals around. Its false advertising. They add a ridiculous $3,000 to certify the vehicle and another $4,000 in fees they dont even disclose to you. If it werent for my mom and I almost walking out, we wouldve never made a deal. The online price was $20,995. They asked for $27,500 to walk out with the car. Better off going to a dealership that already lists the vehicle as certified and doesnt hide the extra costs from you because it will save you a headache. To top that off it seems they get so much inventory they cant keep up with getting the vehicles ready before selling them. We love our Rogue but we have to take it to a different Nissan dealership to find out what the noise coming from the back is. Rt 46 Nissan said they will pay for anything that needs to be repaired. Lets hope they keep their promise! And lets hope its nothing major. SUV only has 16,000 miles on it so at least it still has the warranty. But seriously get your vehicles ready to sell before actually selling them!

I went to the Nissan dealership in Totowa Nj. To purchase an suv. I must tell you it was a terribly experience. Unfortunately I didn’t the gentlemen’s name who we were dealing with. Right from the beginning of explaining what kind of vehicle I was Interested in. He immediately seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered. It took him forever to find the vehicle I was interested in. And when he finally found it. The vehicle had damage to it. I kindly asked him if some of the things could be repaired it. I told him I’m willing to pay for some of it. But he was like oh I think the man who can possibly fix it is not around. Then I said can you possibly show my another vehicle that is around my price range. And I said I’m willing to even spend a little more if needed. He was like no there nothing. And mind you I was looking for a 2018 rogue. Which they had a variety of them. He just kept dismissing me.he’s advice was oh you should go to another Nisan dealership. Best advice he could have given me. Went to another Nisan dealership in Hackensack. Found a beautiful rogue sport . And the gentlemen Mike at the Hackensack Dealership. Was absolutely amazing. Very attentive . Willing to help. And found me a beautiful Rogue Sport. And saved me Good money. I could see why the Nissan dealership in Totowa wasn’t busy at all. With a very bad salesman that works there . And doesn’t care less about helping and working with customers. It’s a shame. Nissan in Hackensack has amazing kind sales people that work with you . And just how busy they are speaks volumes about the customer service in Hackensack. So I must Thank that not so nice salesman in recommending I go to a great Nissan dealership in Hackensack. They lost my business in Totowa! I think they need to retrain certain salesman there.

I bought a vehicle from this dealer less than a month ago. Of course they are courteous when you purchase the vehicle but anything after that, you are irrelevant to them. I had an ongoing issue about my purchase and NO ONE called me back, including the managers. I wouldnt recommend this dealership including Michael Craigie. Their customer service after you purchase is awful!

A week a half ago Ieased a vehicle from this dealership, unfortunately my original lease dealership had closed down. Much hype was given to me by a person through email and text about wanting my lease, which was in mint condition with only 17500 miles. I do blame myself for not being as diligent as I should have been, however they took full advantage and not only until the last possible moment I realized they did not give me proper equity and and added fees. Now I realized they never affixed the inspection sticker on the windshield. I wo t be going back to this dealership.

Horrible service, and terrible staff. Finance is not reliable and tries to take advantage of people. While There I saw other people getting rooked, finance unwilling to help a woman and very aggressive. These Aggressive sale tactics are old and are really rude. Take a lesson in some customer service before you start trying to sell. The building is decorated with old cars that are not even sold anymore by Nissan - get it together. If you want a pleasant experience buying a car stay as far away from here or go somewhere else - save yourself the BS of this place.

Andre and Teresa were amazing. I purchased a used 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport with only 15k miles from Rt 46 Jeep. They were liars and inconsiderate from day one. I owned my SUV for only 25 days when the transmission blew!!!! I almost died on the highway and my dealership did not care one bit and would not even take my car to service immediately or offer loaner!!! I learned Nissan dealership is owned by same group. I went there right away after wasting hours at Jeep and ANDRE was seriously the best. He was honest and kept me tuned in the entire time. He is an exemplary employee and is excellent at customer service as I def came in with stress and on a war path!! I Bought a car that only had 300 miles on it, so it’s technically new, but I still haven’t received my plates and it has been already three months. Be careful with purchasing a car at this Nissan. Look at how much they charge you for the plates and registration. Like I mentioned before, I still haven’t received anything and they haven’t even tried to reach out to me when I needed answers or any updates on my plates

Terrible. Everybody ignored me. Waited for 20 mins then left. It is the end of the month. But salesman were just sitting at desk. Didnt even ask me for help. Nobody sitting at front either.

DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE HERE.I previously wrote a review earlier in the month, as I scroll through all of the google reviews, I noticed that other reviews have received some sort of reply or feedback from management. However, MY REVIEW AS BEEN CONVENIENTLY SKIPPED OVER.( I will repost my previous review below)I HAVE BEEN MORE THAN PATIENT WITH THIS CAR DEALERSHIP. NO ONE HAS HELPED ME HANDLE MY ISSUE. NO ONE HAS REACHED BACK OUT TO ME, NOT EVEN A SIMPLY REPLY TO MY GOOGLE REVIEW.ROBERT SCOTT (my salesman) AND SKYLAR MILLER (supervisor) are the only two people who I have spoken with but this was MONTHS AGO.They are not answering calls or returning messages. I am simply asking to be updated on this issue of NOT RECEIVING MY REGISTRATION OR LICENSE PLATES after purchasing a car in AUGUST 2020. Which should have NEVER have been sold to me without a title in the first place.I am writing another review to warn others to stay away from this dealership! There seems to be a title issue with my vehicle, and this car shouldve NEVER been sold to me without a title, is it ILLEGAL. In my opinion, they are discriminating and mistreating me because I am a black woman.I WOULD GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP ZERO STARS IF I COULD.BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY DO BAD BUSINESS!

My husband and I are so pleased with the help Rt 46 Nissan gave us. Ramon was our sales consultant and he made sure we got into the svu we was looking for. He was so informative and patient and so happy with our vehicle. Thanks to Mr. Wagner for helping us get our payments affordable for us. Hope to see you guys again.
