Dont even think to bring your car to this place. Everything is ZERO, no communication, no customer service, no follow up, no accountability and they will damage your car! Look what they did to my brand new car. they kept it for more that a month just to replace a sensor, I have to fight with them to get a loaner. When I pick up the car, it was dirty and had scratches. They say they are not responsible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Hassan Baakili really went out of his way to remain in touch with us until he got us a good deal. We visited the location few days before actually buying the car but were unable to negotiate something. However he kept out phone number and reached out several times to get us back and provided excellent customer service each time. He got us a deal that we were pleased with and somehow he made it work for us. He also helped us set up the app to use the automatic starter and showed us other important features about our new vehicle. Hassan has waiting for the finance paperwork to finish nearby and put the temp plates on quickly to assure we can be on our way to pick up on kids on time. He was friendly helpful and very knowledgeable.

LAST TIME I GOT AN OIL CHANGE HERE I BROUGHT MY CAR IN AT 10AM WHICH IS THE TIME I SCHEDULED MY APPT FOR THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE AN HOUR TO AN HOUR AND A HALF. I FORGOT THE NAME OF THE INDIAN LADY BUT SHE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC SO I DIDNT MAKE A BIG DEAL ABOUT IT. HOWEVER, TODAY I CALLED TO MAKE ANOTHER APPT FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND CAROL PICKS UP AND SHE CANT BARELY TALK SINCE SHE HAS FOOD IN HER MOUTH THEN PUTS ME ON HOLD I GUESS TO FINISH HER BREAKFAST. IM DONE WITH THIS PLACE IT SEEMS THERE IS NO PROFESSIONALISM HERE.

These people wanted to play with my intelligence. They wanted me to pay $12,600 for a car that was advertised $6,995 on internet.

Made an appointment for a car and when I arrived car was at the retailers. I made this appointment4 days in advance so they knew I was coming. When I wasn’t able to look at the car we talked price. They nearly doubled the price from the $6000 they had advertised. I understand the fees and documents and tax that’s all good but they added nearly an extra $3500 out of nowhere. Waste of trip & not professional

This place is possibly the worst dealer ship I have ever went to. Starting from the appearance of the dealership and the horrible service. The lady that began to start helping us decided playing on her phone and charging with another employee was bright idea. You would think the manager would have a problem with this but instead he decided to join them while he sat behind his disgusting looking office.

Everything was very nice and clean. Each staff members I came in contact with greeted me. It was definitely a pleasant first time. I didn’t even know about the courtesy ride they offer if you didn’t want to wait or didn’t have a ride back. Arty(the guy who was helping me/servicing me vehicle) was the one that brought it to my attention. Very helpful guy! Very well mannered and took care of all my car needs and even set me up for my next appointment. Arty thank you for being such a great help to me! Especially with me knowing little to nothing about cars. I didn’t feel taken advantage of after leaving there like I would had I went to any other shop. On an Upper East Coast road trip in our 2019 Mitsubishi and get a small chip in our radiator. Take it to a dealer in Massachusetts and get it replaced. Break down in the Bronx and no clue what to do. Car gets towed to 46 Mitsubishi and Arthur in the parts department couldn’t be more helpful! He took the time to test everything related to the issue and found the fix. Then he had it road tested to ensure it was safe and would get us safely home the 12000 miles we needed to get to Missouri. Wish he was at our local dealer at home as I would love to have Arthur service my Mirage in the future! Thank you and the whole staff for all your help!

The courtesy, respect and professionalism shown by Pedro was extremely refreshing. He took his time, answered all my questions politely. Saw a car that I liked at a price that I liked on car gurus. Requested information about the car and received an email from Route 46 Mitsubishi with the listing for the car and the price. Called the next day to confirm the car was there, get the Vin number so I could run Carfax and set up an appointment. Was told that the car was still there and I ran the Carfax and went to the appointment only to find that the car was not on site, wasn’t “ready”, The sales lady would take me over to see the car but since it wasn’t ready I would have to make another trip to buy it. Oh and also somehow there was a typo on the price and was now told that the price was 50% higher then the listing that they emailed to me. Typical shady used car sales tactics and dishonest business practice. Not happy that I wasted four hours of my day Driving near two hours to play their game

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER FOR MAINTENANCE!!! Ive purchased a car from a third party and continuously went to this dealership to have my car fixed. I trusted the mechanic and the service department to do a good job, for which I thought they did. But a few months later, I was back in their shop for a repair upwards of $15,000. I first had them replace a transfer case after I had a different mechanic replace a clutch for me. 3 months later and their part failed. When I asked to get it covered under their 12 MONTH WARRANTY, they refused to cover it and said that I now needed to replace the entire transmission and driveshaft as well as a new transfer case. This dealers only concern is money. Thats all they care about and thats all they see their customers as. The mechanic and service department do not fight for their customers, even bashing them at times. Instead of fighting for my car and my money, they turned around and said that the way I drive my car is abusive and I internally caused the damage. FIND A BETTER DEALER. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

I have had my car for three years and Mitsubishi (Totowa) never fails. I have been beyond happy and grateful for their services each time. This place is not professional. Rafeal the manager lied about reassuring a refund would go through after not getting back to me when he said he would return my phone call in 15 minutes. The refund never came throughafter the period they told us to wait and our bank said it was never processed. This was a big chunk of money. I finally spoke to someone who said they forgot to process it- this again was after Rafeal said it would be processed. We are very patient people and I dont like writing reviews like this but the expereince and the lying was so bad I had to come on here and let people know to be careful trusting this dealership. They are supposed to build trust with clients and anyone who comes in for business. We were lied to and our phone calls were not returned/avoided. The only good thing about this place is Chris from finance who genuinely felt bad and took care of our issues after over a week of this nonsense.

This dealership has been a total disappointment to me, the car was supposed to have been inspected something for which they charged a fee which they added to the price of the car, but I question if they did since the car came without a wheel lock key, how did the mechanic properly check the brakes without being able to dismount the wheels? As of now I have driven the car for about 3 months and the brakes are making noise! I have repeatedly asked to get a new wheel lock key and the sales manager keeps lying to me and ignoring my request. Also, theres a fee of $199.00 for title and registration but it only cost $131.50 to get the title and registration, where is the difference? I will be reporting this to the better business bureau and file a complaint. They are very dishonest, do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership!

So far I continue to have a good experience at this location. They continue to break everything down for me of what needs to be done right there and then, and what can wait till next time. They are very knowledgeable of how to resolve a issue and if they are not sure of one, they will work to get it resolved. But over all. I do like getting my car service here and would recommend it to others.

The batteries in my key fob were replaced without asking me. I was then charged for it. I had just bought batteries to replace them myself the day before. Very unhappy about that. I had bought 6 batteries for the cost of replacing the one. I should have been asked before doing it. I did not need to spend that money.

It was good experience with special service. Time was less than expected, fast and pass so quickly. People in service consultant are great . From the time I entered to the end of service Mr Arthur Bongiorno was following every detail, explained every detail about my car ; what I need and what is better for my car . Great experience. Arthur was the best. I brought in my 2018 mitsubishi outlander se because i had taken it to mavis to replace all four tires. The guy at mavis offered me to replace worn calipers, i agreed to do it but, seems like the guy at mavis did not know these had to be done a certain way and he ended up messing the tpms and e-break sensors to the point where e-break would not work and the car was making a loud beeping sound every 3 seconds which was driving me crazy. He didnt seem to know anything about my car. I ended up bringing it to Route 46 Mitsubishi, Arthur was great, he understood my concerns and got me a great deal on everything to get the car back to factory standards, He even offered a free lyft to work since i had to leave the car and pick it up later. I am so glad i came to his place. I will only do maintenance in my car at this place going forward. Thanks to Arthur for such a great experience ✌️🤓.

I am extremely disappointed in Mitsubishi. Thankfully, I bought my car elsewhere, from Enterprise. If I had come to this dealership like I originally expected to, I would’ve never purchased a Mitsubishi. The service was horrible and the worst I’ve ever seen, coming from being a former Scion owner and working with Toyota dealerships. The communication and white-glove service were horrible and worst of all, employees were not taking COVID protocol seriously. Business logistics to manage service were outdated and everything was disorganized. When I got back my car, it looked to have paint on it, so I had to bring it back days later in between my rigorous work schedule (30 mins away) and schedule a ride pickup for the team to fix. I will never again give this dealership my money or time, and as a marketing strategist, you dropped the ball tremendously. I will encourage others not to visit this location also.

Nobody should ever go to this dealership. After hours of negotiations and setting up time away from my buisness the manager Camelo had agreed upon a price. Once they started putting together the paperwork and I had already put insurance on the vehicle after I was told the deal was done. Camelo had came back and put an additional $5,000 on top of the price out of no where. Please be advised and stay away from this dealership .

Bought a car last year in August. Troy was our salesperson, do not know if he is still there but the rest of the staff was very helpful, got us a better car than the one we were looking for at pretty much the same price. Never had any issues and had been running great ever since. Would definitely recommend here again!!!
