Not only selling worthles parts for outrageous prices but still claiming that they are Cadillac quality that supposed to be superior. If they were any good would not need to be replaced. I think it is a scheme: sell parts that break so you have to return and buy more. Stay away
I recently purchased a new car from Brogan and the experience was amazing. Easy and fast from start to finish. Kristina was wonderful to work with and always responded right away and answered all of my questions. I even live out of state and she personally drove the car to me to drop it off. I will be definitely be calling Kristina again when my lease comes due. Thanks!
Excellent service and repairs. Mike, my service technician was just amazing!
Took my caddy in because had some sort of short . Car would start but windows wouldnt come down or key fob warning would say no fobs . Got a call from service said it was a positive battery cable . I told service i didnt think so but if thats what it is fix it . Almost $600 later i come in to pu car .Car stays on but wont go in gear left car for a couple of more days . Diagnoses was onstar needed to be disconnected Later in that day noticed that my console was cracked .Went back the next day talked to service manager Mike he talked to mechanic he said he didnt do it . So now i have a cracked console that just so happens to be next to shifter that was stuck . Oh and for Diagnosing and disconnecting the onstar another $500.00
I just had a very pleasant experience leasing a new CT6 at Brogan. Joe Diamond was very professional and the whole process was pretty painless. No unnecessary posturing and haggling. I am pleased. I got fair value for my trade (even with 230K miles) and a great deal on a 4 year lease. I considered Audi and BMW, but I had such a great experience with my first Cadillac - There was no reason not BUY AMERICAN.
Friendly and good service.
I had been looking at different cars for a few months and no luck, but after so many different dealers Cadillac was definitely the best. I was helped by Mervin and he was truly able to get me the perfect car, and in the perfect price range as well. I definitely recommend them if your looking for an easy and great experience.
After much research and test driving many cars I chose the XT5. It is a beautiful car inside and out. Had a great experience at the dealer when leasing my car. Kristina was helpful with the selection process. They were very helpful and informative. I got a great deal on my lease price and got way more bang for my buck than I expected!!
Update: I emailed them like they suggested below and never heard back.TLDR: they seemed unknowledgeable about my issue, rude and overpriced.I recently bought a 2016 ATS from carvana that hasnt gotten the update to the CUE system to enable Android Auto yet. So I called them around noon and explained my issue, I was told to try and update it my self somewhere in the settings menu and if I had any trouble to call back. Im a pretty tech savvy guy, Ive been building PCs fire years and run Linux as my main OS so if I can do it myself great. So I go outside start my car and start going through every menu on the CUE system and find nothing. I Google around to make sure I didnt miss anything but, everything I read said its something the dealership needs to handle. So after a half an hour trying myself I call back to setup an appointment and was told I to just bring it in Monday with no specific time given and to talk to Edwin when I got there.I got out of work at 2pm, since I work in totowa I got there around 2:10 maybe. Walk up to the service desk. I explain my issue to I believe his name was Tony, to which he responds and I quote so what which I find to be very rude. At which point I say I was told to speak to Edwin. Tony pages Edwin to come to the service desk. I stand by the service desk for about five minute then decide to sit down in the waiting room which is right next to the service desk. I sit in the waiting room for almost 30 minutes until I go back to the service desk to see whats going on. There I find Edwin who I recognize since Ive seen him walking past the waiting room a few times.I explain to Edwin my issue to which he explains that my problem isnt really his department but, he gets the ball rolling and writes up a ticket to get my software update. I pull my car up give my keys to Edwin, at which point Edwin hands me off back to Tony. At which point I explain my problem to again, then he take all my info down and to his credit was more pleasant to deal with from that point on.Tony informs me that it will cost $184 plus tax, which seems extremely high to me. A job that GM says should take 0.4 hours or a little under 30 minutes. A job that only entails plugging a usb drive into the car and hitting some buttons. No parts need to be replaced, nothing needs to be takin apart or unscrewed, just 30 minutes of the mechanics time. By the time I paid the bill was $170 which isnt much better though. I leave a little after 5pm, meaning I was there for three hours to get this done plus the 30 minutes I spent trying to figure it out myself on the behest of who ever I spoke to Saturday. There was some good, the waiting room and bathroom where very clean and pleasant. There where many covid precautions to keep the customers and employees safe. And the washed my car before returning it to me which was a nice touch. Overall, judging from a single experience dealing with the service department at Brogan Cadillac of Totowa, I would not recommend going there and I wont be taking my car there to be serviced again if I can if I can help it.
The best place to have your car serviced, extreme good customer service and pay attention to details, John at the service department is a top notch representative, cant get better anywhere, absolutely no way, I will be a customer for life, thanks you John
Amazing guys!
My husband took my car in because of squealing brakes. They tell him the brakes are fine. Now, Im driving around with squealing brakes. I take to another place, they tell me it may be cheap parts used. I am so mad at the fact of me driving a Cadillac, it suppose to be luxury, but not with an unresolved brake issue.
BROGAN CADILLAC is the best there NO. 1 in my book Ive been going there 12 yrs or more never had any problems there Service is Great I give them 100 STARS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORKS May GOD CONTINUES to Bless Bogan Cadillac
Very polite and quick service
I have to say that I never had such an easier time buying a car. They gave me fair value for my car and immediately fixed a few items that I found in the Certified Pre Owned vehicle that I was interested in. I dealt with Russ Owren and he was great.. No pushy salesmen tactics and easy to deal with . I cant recommend him enough. A very relaxed atmosphere. Very satisfied with my experience there..
I received an oil change on June 22, 2020 and left the service center at 3:30pm. Around 5pm that same day my car sounded off a warning saying my engine was over heating and to pull over to let the car cool down. I checked the coolant right away to find it COMPLETELY BONE DRY. I instantly called Brogan and demanded to speak with a manger to see what they did to my car only to be told that it was a coincidence and I somehow caused damage to the coolant tank. I sat on the shoulder of route 80 for an hour until I got a tow. There were NO LEAKS prior to my oil change and less than 2 hours after leaving I somehow damaged it ??????? Very incompetent and overall terrible service I will never be returning to the run down shady dealership. You’re actually better off going to a jiffy lube and getting your service done there, mind bobbling how pathetic and disrespectful the staff was to me.
Great service with fair pricing!
I love coming here to have my car serviced, its just the overall good feeling everyone gives you when you arrive
Kristina was everything that I could ask for on a day like today. Typically, the car buying process is daunting. Kristina made everything easy- the paperwork, the car prep & getting everything connected with OnStar. I love my new car. Thanks Kristina!
Courteous and efficient service
Great Service Department. I highly recommend Brogan Cadillac.
If I could give this dealership a 0/5 I would. It’s actually that bad. The sales department is very professional but I would definitely stay away from service department they’re all crooks trying to hustle you out of your money ! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU
I just went to pick up to my friend
KRISTINA STEPANENKO was incredible . I explained what I wanted and she delivered the car to my house is two days ! Very professional thanks Kristina.
I went to Brogan Cadillac located in Totowa New Jersey because when I was on my way to work the night before I began to get a vibration in my seat from my left bumper sensor as if there was something something close by. When I arrived to work I realized there was a sensor missing. I did not hit anything nothing hit me there was no damage to my truck. The sensor was just not in the sensor location. I believe its still there since Im getting a notification anytime i get to a stop. I go to Brogan Cadillac the next morning after I leave work and I spoke to Ronald from the service department whom I have dealt with many other times for both the escalades that I have leased from Brogan . He looks at my truck and walks away. He comes back 5 minutes later and tells me that the sensor is not covered under BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY! even though its on the bumper and I repeat there was no damage caused by another vehicle or myself etc. Ronald stated the part would cost me approximately $430 to replace. I leave Brogan Cadillac and contacted the Corporate office of Cadillac spoke with a guy named Bob who stated he would contact Brogan and get this resolved for me. Bob contacts me two days later and states that he contacted Brogan and spoke with a lady named Nicole. Bob stated that Nicole did an investigation and came to the conclusion that the sensor was missing due to my vehicle being damaged. However I never met Nicole nor did she inspect my vehicle. My question is how do you investigate without actually inspecting what you investigate. I will be posting pictures so you can see there is no damage to my vehicle of which this Nicole is lying to their corporate office that I have. Bob from Cadillac corporate then tells me I need to go through my insurance company and hangs up on me. I dont think Ive ever been so insulted in my life. Needless to say My next Cadillac if and when I choose to purchase another one will not be with Brogan and their sorry excuse for a service department. Ive had other issues with their service department in the past and they are incompetent. Edwin is the only one that has knowledge out of all their techs. I can simply spend approximately $95,000 somewhere else. Brogan was recently renovated however I think they needed an organ transplant instead of the facelift that they got. In closing I conducted my own investigation since I am a Police Officer and I went under my truck and I can see exactly where the sensor goes so they do not need to remove my bumper to replace it and my sensor is most likely still there since I am getting notifications on my truck. However, I dont have any fancy lifts like the service departments have. Which means theyll put my truck on a lift find where the sensor is and plug it right in and still charge me the $430. Just tell me that they had to remove the bumper in order to replace the part. Thank You for nothing Brogan Cadillac and your terrible service department. Alex and Victor are fine salesman but the dealership like I said needs an organ transplant to go with the facelift the dealership just received a few months ago.
Good service
Everyone at Brogan is so nice and accomodating.
Good work
