Went to have a headlight bulb and brake light replaced on a Saturday. He replaced the headlight quickly, and said I needed to have my taillight completely replaced and that he would call the dealer on Monday. Went a few weeks without hearing anything so I finally called to find out what happened. He never called the dealership (Hyundai) despite taking all my info (phone, VIN). Asked maybe I would want to call the dealership... ended the call right there. Disappointing!
