Very professional you wait outside but thats understandable. They attend to you quickly

I don’t make much money from SSDIand have section 8! housing for my sister and I... I go to FISH pantry for food as I have very little money left after bills... They are such a blessing and the food and the cordiality is better then other pantries, who hand out heavily salted and fatty foods with an attitude...I’m very grateful to the staff of FISH Food Pantry. Without a doubt, these helping hands are probably the most Caring and Compassionate people that I have had the honor and privilege to meet. I walked in with problems and they helped me without questioning why! I mean yes, they do have you fill out a form, but that is just good book keeping.

FISH is an icon in Torrington, CT. Conveniently located on South Main street in Torrington CT. For those in need of food or shelter FISH provides a well stocked food pantry. The homeless shelter provides beds for men, women and children and has a special area for veterans. Meals are provided daily in a clean and well maintained environment.FISH also sponsors a coat drive each year the Saturday before Thanksgiving. In addition to the clothing available a luncheon is served and speakers are available to discuss services available to those in need.

Great place to get free food every 2 weeks, very nice employees and the wait time to receive your food isnt that long. Also they always give you fresh and tasty food.

They are a shelter for the homeless... I also have a food pantry for low individuals period. They seem to all be very passionate about their jobs they are very friendly outgoing and helpful... And in a place like fish Incorporated thats all you need!!!

I just called this place because I havent been there in months the guy I spoke with was very rude to me and told me not to come because I asked to speak to someone who would know someyhing. I called a 2nd time and was asking the same information they apparently couldnt find me in the aystem after i signed up. AND seemed to have thrown away all my paper work since none exist. Even thou ive had my id photo copied and filled out 3 seperate papers. Even thou they claim they dont do that. The lady then proceeded to give me a condicending attitude, and basically telling me to never come to this food bank again... rude across the board. They claim to help but have no social skills.

Good place i live there now but i was i had trouble with a staff today Daryl and i told him to write me up for what i did he said Im soft i dont have to Ill deal with you myself not sure if he means he is gonna try to hurt me or something else its the weekend so i cant even talk to anyone in change i may not go back till I can talk to the higher ups
