Was a wonderful experience great customer service take their time make you feel special

I called and asked if u was able to come in! They said yes you come now! Upon my arrival within 20 mins they closed the doors and said you come in tomorrow! They close at 7 pm my arrival time was 6:13! Not professional!

I had a great first impression when i first entered this shop they were very welcoming, however i DO NOT RECCOMEND the male nail tech. he was very reserve and often strict minded. NOT only was his aura the most unpleasant but he cut my cuticles too low!!! to the point where they were Bleeding a lot. I SHOULD HAVE STOPPED THERE .... but i continued to let him redeem himself. after i washed the blood off he styled my nails. I was rushed out by this individual as soon as another customer came in and it was only 10 mins after completing my nails. I will never go back. Then i got back home and my fingers continued to bleed. its been two days and as you can see it is a deep cut trying to heal. SMH NEVER.
