Convenient location near my house. Call for reservation but still takes walk-ins during Covid. There was less staff when I went recently, thats why its good to call to make sure you can get in. Lots of colors, even in gels. Always good to great service and skilled at delivering a clean, well shaped nail job.

Love Terri. She does exactly what I want. She’s the only oneI go to, I’m sure the others are just as good.

Very unprofessional. very rude. overpriced. i wanted quite simple designs and yet they didn’t bother to try making it look decent. as well as when i would ask to have something fixed, she would start mumbling and complaining to herself. save your money and somewhere else where!

Nice pLace . *However -- no one likes it when they feel that they get Added CHARGES like it is SNEAKY !!🎉 **Then they get sassy attitude that they told you -- but they cannot even speak English !, nor make CLEAR to tell you the price is EXTRA { & ESP.when it is not Obvious ! }

Save your money and go somewhere else!! This was the worse!! They only have 2 individuals that do acrylics. Your told it will take 5 to 10 minutes and you wait about 25 to 40 minutes. When you finally get in the chair, they ask you what you want and do the total opposite. The gentleman that did my mothers nails did not take off all of her old polish and started to apply the acrylic. Then, he continually got close to her skin with the filer and she started bleeding. My acrylics were applied thick, bulky and not painted well. They didnt clean off our skin and left the powder to dry as seen in the photos. Again, save your money and go somewhere else.

Service was very FAST but not so good,(if U R not a regular) Price went UP $10:00 in one week from $40: to $50: for Ped&Man. high dont you think 🤔. I have been there 5 times. Will stay in West LA now.

It’s nice of them to offer services outside during this time, very clean but the worst mani-pedi I have ever had. I will never go back there again, during my gel manicure usually they remove the existing gel before putting on new gel, that didn’t happen, went right over the old, not happy about that.

This is one of the best salons I have treated my wife to. Super friendly staff, excellent service. The staff took time and gave my wife a great manicure and pedicure. The service was detailed and left my wife’s nails looking fabulous! The staff were very cordial, friendly, and made pleasant conversation to make us feel welcome. Prices were very fair for the excellent services we received. I highly recommend Elegant Nails!

Worst nail salon ever! I asked to get my nails removed and the ladies didn’t know what they were doing. The first girl started removing my acrylics with clippers and clipped under my natural nails twice. On top of that made me bleed on one finger. She had a second lady start my nails and started to remove the rest of my acrylics with a fake nail and literally said this is gonna hurt and still proceeded with removing my nail. Bottom line, They only removed 8 out of 10 and still charged me! These people don’t know what their doing, and they don’t care if they’re hurting your nails. Worst $10 spent of my life. I’m not sure why I even paid them. I.should have just removed them on my own. I didn’t even at least get an apology for hurting me. I guess that’s the kind of business they are. They only want money, but don’t even care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and go to any other salon, I’m sure you’ll have better luck there.

Terri always gets me right!! I started going to her after mistakenly making an appointment at my regular salon on a Sunday when they were closed. Her shop was down the street from my original one. She shaped my nails to perfection and even ordered more of my favorite type of gel in different colors for my next visit!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This is not a very big salon but it’s super clean, elegant and professional. One of the staff gave me a detailed brochure with all of the services they have. I was impressed by Eyelash Extension service. My friends told me the owner’s name was Tammy. She is awesome and she knows exactly how to make clients satisfied and happy before leaving the salon. It was my luck when she did my EyelashEveryone was surprised with my eyelashes. They look long, natural and so sexy. The services here are worth our $300. It’s great as they are offering 20% off for any service there.

Great prices and the nail tech was great. Did exactly what I wanted no long wait and very happy with the out come. Would def go there again

I paid over 130 dollars for two gel manicures and pedicures less than a week ago. Both manicures and my pedicure have chipped. I was in town for an event and now cannot go back for them to fix it. The service was good but the polish just doesnt hold up either because of integrity or the way they cure/cook it. Serves me right for switching from Gelish and OPI and trying another polish co.

Horrible experience! The guy that did my nails was serious the whole time. Hurt my fingers a lot. I hated how when i was to pay the lady was waiting for a tip & told the guy in their language i wasnt giving a tip when they are pricey! Beggers cant be choosers! Never going back!

Came as a walk in at 5:30 pm weekday, had a 20 min wait, staff is very friendly AND THEY ONLY SPOKE ENGLISH...EVEN TO EACH OTHER!♥️♥️♥️. Will definitely be back again, plus its VERY clean and organized, plenty of free parking, prices are great.

Under new ownership. Horrible prices. I was charged $60 to change the gel color on my hands and feet. Not a mani-pedi service. Just a color change. Total rip off.

This was the worse experience ever. I took my 86 year old grandmother with me because Ive gone there in the past and Jenny always did a great job and was very friendly. This time when we walked in we were practically ignored. I smiled and asked for Jenny, was told she is no longer there and the owner I believe he is (the only male there) kept working on someone else, I asked for mani pedi for me and pedi for Grandma, they seemed annoyed, I chose Grandmas polish the women who helped her was so rude didnt assist grandma and the only thing she would say every now and then was relax yo feet Grandma was tickled when the women was scrumming her feet and this women didnt crack a smile at all, our purses were placed on the floor everyone else that entered purses were placed on stools, when the women completed Grandmas pedicure she didnt say anything she rolled her chair to the next client, I had to get grandmas walker and let her down from the chair myself, this women never asked did we want basic pedicure or provide us with the menu, and before I new she was done, I planned on getting Grandma the full treatment but we werent offered, I never play the race card but when I watched the treatment of everyone else verses myself and my grandmother I have to wonder. We are African American and I havent seen another in that salon at least the times Ive gone but I was always treated fairly I always tip well and respect all the employees there but to treat me in such a way as if my money spends differently. I will never go back, the owner should check his records I pay well always had, I even left a tip for that women because Grandmas feet looked nice and since she has early dementia she didnt really care that the women was so rude to her. But they will never get another dime from me! If they respond please tell me where Jenny went.
