Went to Dr Koudsi for the first time this month and she was so kind and put me at ease through the whole process of getting a mole shaved off for biopsy. My results came back so quick, less than a week and someone called me immediately which was great, since at my last derm I would always have to call in 2 weeks later to get my results. I would def go back to her for any of my skin concerns.

I have a large irreversible hair loss at the crown of my scalp after my primary HMO Md kept referring me to this clinic. I will never be able to wear my hair down because of the hair loss. I am a prisoner to a ponytail, wigs or a hat. Long story short I was referred here 3 years in a row and I wasnt seeing the dermatologist but a nurse practitioner (2 out of the 3 years)for a rash that develop on my scalp. She gave me a topical cream and no follow up appt. The rash was causing scabs and then my hair follicles were coming out when i tried to comb my hair. So the 3rd year i begged my Md to send me elsewhere and he said to return and demand to see Dr.Koudsi. I finally see her the dermatologist and she takes a biopsy of my scalp and it was determined i needed a strong antibiotic. After taking the antibiotics the rash resolved but the hair loss permanent. She had been sending Thank you letters to my Md for referring patients to her an she not even seeing the patients. Its a review that was long time coming and i hope it saves another person from going thru what i have to go thru.

Dr Koudsi and staff are wonderful people. From scheduling, to the examination, through any of my procedures ( there’s been quite a few) they were all done in an efficient and professional manner.Dr explains the diagnoses and the plan of action.The office and exam rooms are very clean and sanitized. I would highly recommend this office.

I am astounded this woman is still in practice. TERRIBLE experience. Dr. Koudsi was admonishing and belittling her nurse (a lovely lady of color) in front of us (the patients). My child needed two moles removed from his back and she turned what should have been a fairly simple procedure into a traumatic experience. To this day he has KELOIDS where there should be slight scars. Once the moles were removed and in biopsy bottles, Dr. Koudsi then dropped the bottles and with great anger started kicking the biopsy bottles and once again screamed at her nurse. DO NOT SEE THIS TERRIBLE DOCTOR. Horrified this behavior goes on in a civilized Nation.

I had two terrible visits with Dr Koudsi. The first time I waited an hour and didn’t even see her because the receptionist admitted she had forgotten to call me to reschedule my appointment. The second was when Dr Koudsi took a biopsy of my eczema which was quite painful without cleaning her hands, was disrespectful and rude when I discussed my skin conditions, and left the room after five minutes. I was uncomfortable and felt like she completely ignored me. She didn’t care about what caused the eczema but prescribed a $1000 monthly steroid treatment that my insurance doesn’t cover. It’s so disappointing to find a doctor who doesn’t care about their patients.

The doctor Hala Koudsi, M.D. is very thorough with her job! Love she cares about her patients concerns. She wants to help.

She is the most crook I have seen in my life I went to her office to treat my itching problem I didn’t see result plus she billed my insurance 600 dollar saying that she did a surgery on me I didn’t stay in the office more than 4 minutes. I am still guessing if the cream that she gave me to try on my itching area was a surgery. This is fraud people pay attention.

Great Doctor:extremely knowledgeable, exhibited exemplary professional attitude,I was particularly impressed with hersensitivity and compassionate in her diligent effort in trying to tend to my chronic and vexing dermatologic condition.All members of her office staff were courteous and respectful and took the necessary time to answer all my question .The whole experience was organized and proceeded without the usual scheduling delays

The office staff was very professional. Dr Koudsi performed a skin peel on my face, which made feel very happy ! They also provide a great product -treatment to clear up my face. I went back to her office after 2 weeks and I notice the great change on my face. Also she recommended a good medication for my acne problem. The complete office looks very nice and clean! I saw bad reviews about this office but I believe you need to be there with Dr Koudsi to see that service is excellent. In the beginning I was believing but now I change my opinion about this dermatologist.

BEWARE! She will milk you for every cent she can. Will make you come over and over again rather than treat a problem. Has excuses for everything. Will make you wait for an hour when no one else is in the office. Loves to make herself important as an excuse to charge you more. I would never recommend her, nor would I ever go back. Even my insurance told me she could have done all my treatment in one visit. She had extended it out to five visited at least. Each visit with a deductible out of my pocket!

Dr. Koudsi is my wonderful dermatologist. She keeps me whole and healthy. She is extremely thorough and professional and an expert at what she does. She has removed several moles from my body which turned out to be cancerous, and sent me to other surgeons when surgery was necessary and more then she could do in her own office. She is extremely ethical and honest, and very straight forward about giving me information. For me, she is the only dermatologist on the planet. I trust her absolutely and am forever grateful to her. The office was easy to get too. The staff was organized and friendly. I did not wait more then 5 minutes before being taken to an exam room. The Doctor was extremely prompt and pleasant. If you need a dermatology doctor, I do recommend.

Dr. Koudsi is incredible. My doctor got me in to see Dr. Koudsi within an our when my regular dermatologist refused to see me.My hands were covered with blood blister and Dr. Koudsi suspected that it was a serious allergic reaction to an antibiotic that I had taken for years. She immediately put me a high dosage of Prednisone and did a biopsy. She mcalled me the next day to tell me that she had confirmed that I had developed an allergic reaction to the sulphur in the antibiotic.Dr Koudsi is a no nonsense doctor that goes right to the cause.I appreciate having a doctor as highly skilled as Dr Koudsi.

If I could give negative stars, I would! She is totally unprofessional and very rude. She did not even let me wash my face (with make-up on) before the procedure. Well about the procedure... I DID NOT even know what procedure it was and I was NOT ready. I asked questions and told her that I had to think about it. She refused to answer my questions and put covers on my eyes, and completed the procedure without even giving me details. I cried during and after the procedure and she was indifferent, did not even comfort me. She even said something like oh I dont know what it is, might be skin cancer. I was totally freaking out and she left the room without answering my questions. I was in tears and chased her down the hall asking questions. She simply told me to wait for the lab result and go home, thats it! I cried all the way home and made all complaint phone calls I could to my primary physician who referred me and the insurance company. Thank god that my lab result was good. This lady (I do not think she deserves to be called Dr.) SHOULD NOT BE IN PRACTICE! Check out all the horrible review on Yelp, people. Stay away from her!!!

This office is a little funny, and the doctors manner can seem abrupt, but she really knows what she is doing and is actually a nice person. She gave me a thorough examination, dealt with a nasty abscess right there on the spot, no hemming and hawing, and took what I believe is a smart approach to dealing with my related skin condition. I was in and out of that office in thirty minutes - on my first visit! The lady knows her stuff. Dont judge a book by its cover, and remember, middle eastern cultures are a little different than ours. Just go with the flow!

I went in to remove 2 tags left with them. She said “l don’t do those your doctor should do that” but i like you so I will do it. I only do it for my regular patients. And proceeded to Sell me skin care poducts. I ran out.

Is a nice place. The atmosphere is very clean, nurses are nice.

Stay away from this Dr. and this office. I wish I could give 0 star, very rude staff, totally unprofessional doctor and very disorganized office. Check her out on Yelp and the medical review sites as well. She has an incredible amount of lawsuits against her, its unbelievable.

This doctor is terrible in so many ways. Dr. Koudsi is aggressive and performs treatment without letting the patient know that it will cost hundreds of dollars. I was prescribed more medications than I know what to do with now and was blamed every time I went into the office for a visit with few results to show. Dr. Koudsi does not listen and makes you feel like its your fault. I will never see this doctor again, nor would I ever recommend her.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This dermatologist - Hala Koudsi (MFC Dermatology) should not be practicing medicine. In addition to having no bedside manner what so ever, she is arrogant, money hungry, rude to her patients, and yells at her staff. A horrible human being, if you can even call her that.She needs to close her doors and just go away. Stay FAR FAR AWAY from her and her dermatology practice.

First visit - very rough but okay results. 2nd visit - she showed up 1 hour late. I finally had to leave and passed her on the stairs chatting and laughing away on her cell phone. The office had the nerve to send me a bill 2 YEARS later, and when I refused to pay sent it to collections! Watch out!

Worst Doctor Ever...And HR is Terrible...Dont even think to go to this doctor...They charge a lot for nothing...No nice talks..
