A very positive experience. I had face laser resurfacing with Lori. Lori is honest and upfront. Lori knows exactly what to do with a laser to fit your particular situation. She is not there to sale, she is there to help you, and that she does. I believe she knows more about laser resurfacing than cosmetic surgeons I have seen in the past. Lori also did my fillers. I will now be going to her for my fillers; she is an artist and really cares about keeping you comfortable. I could not be any happier with my results and the money spent was well worth it. This is a good team at Celibre. And I want to give a shout out also to the front office team. Friendly, non- intimidating receptionists, that are knowledgeable and very helpful. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend Celibre!!!! I give Celibre 10 stars!

Laurie and Kevin are amazing. I have had treatments from both of them and each experience was very pleasant. Laurie was thoughtful and thorough and listened to my concerns. She took her time to get to know what my journey has been like. She is very kind and I really appreciated that she was gentle during my entire treatment.Kevin did my first treatment when I first visited Celibre, and he too, is kind and thorough. He asked great questions and treated me with great care. I would 100% recommend coming here for laser treatment of problem areas!

I went to Kevin for Botox on my forehead, he suggested doing some filler under my eyes, me not knowing anything I thought he was a professional, He did the injections and I was is so much pain. he hit a vessel in both eyes that causes a Hematoma, I contacted him right away and he stated it was because of my medication that he was aware of, and it was the worst he ever seen, but said he could do some more injections for half price, At that point I did not want to do anything and I had the worst 2 black eyes ever, he said to come back in a 2 weeks when the swelling goes down, I even had blood in my eye, I didnt leave the house for 2 weeks, I went and had the laser done, make a long story short, it is 3 1/2 months and I still have 2 black eyes, and he refused to give me my money back, not to mention he never apologized, I never write reviews but my friend went to him and asked me why I did write a review? he still has not refunded me any money, he has been in business for 20 years and only has 18 reviews something is not right here. There was serial things he could have done to stop the bleeding right after the procedure but he just didnt care or didnt know, I have been two Doctors and they said they never seen anything like it. the second picture is 3 months later. I could have lost my eye, please be careful. It is 3 1/2 months and makeup still will not cover it up.

Just had lip injections for the first time time. Kevin did an amazing job. Very natural results. Just what I was looking for. The lines around my lips that I was unhappy with softened and no longer are an issue. Surprisingly, there was very little pain. Numbing cream worked great.

I believe Lori is an expert on what she does. She takes the time to listen to what you want and she recommends what she believes would be appropriate for you. I moved to Palm Springs, and going to make an appointment next week to drive to Torrance, to have an appointment with her. Wouldnt trust anyone else.

Lori is extremely gentle and an expert with lasers of all sorts. Sort of a skin guru. I completely trust her and have been back over the years to help with skin issues. I highly recommend her!

Lori is an extremely honest and good hearted human. She doesnt attempt to give false advice to gain more money. If she believes minimal work is needed then she has no problem giving perfect advice even if it means she will receive less money. I feel that I look amazing thanks to her magnificent work.Also Kevin is extremely friendly and Im grateful to have received their treatmeant.

I been coming here for years with Lori. Lately Lori’s work has been poor quality levels. She messed my lips up. I would say it’s just once but she did the same to my aunt. She doesn’t even try to fix the problem. I don’t recommend this place at all. Don’t waist your money and time. Unless you want to be botched.

Went in to have some small skin tags removed as well as have some botox injected into my forehead...I didnt realize what a little touch up could do. The quick treatment literally peeled away years off of my appearance. Highly recommend going here for a customized treatment plan that will get you results.

So far so good. Great customer service from the front desk to the office. I feel very confident about getting my spider veins done here and should fit my budget too...stay tuned and Ill let u know. Im waiting till it gets cooler tho

With the exception of the long wait for my initial consultation, I enjoyed my experience. The office was clean and the staff was very friendly and highly knowledgeable. i would definately reccommend them them to a friend.

I received services at the Orange location but this review automatically populates with Hawthorne. That being said, I REALLY appreciated this office. The staff was very thorough. I had an initial consultation to determine by goals. Unlike some med-spas that have invisible doctors who are never on site, I actually spoke to the doctor. The nurse who treated me was very knowledgeable. Rather than try to upsell me, she explained why she certain treatments were recommended for my condition and actually suggested a less expensive alternative. I received laser treatment for acnes rosacea. I am pleased with the results and will return. Side note: the employees have GORGEOUS skin...testament to the effectiveness of their services and a great way to advertise.
