Enrique was super helpful in getting us set-up with a homeowners policy in addition to 2 cars and a small business. It was like a breath of fresh air being referred to Enrique Borja State Farm agent...To be honest Insurance is not my favorite subject, what should be a pretty standard necessary task always seem to be unnecessarily difficult. I want to thank my State Farm office, and especially Jasmine Garcia for going beyond to help with my claim. I came in after my daughter had an accident in the beginning of the year, and my claim was done in less than a week. Everything seems to be taken care of, except from my gap was giving me a hard time because of an error of value of the car. Jasmine went out of her way to call the claims department not once but 3 times. They emailed her the required documents, she called, faxed and emailed the documents. Enrique Borja also gave me some advice that not to give up went they (claims dept) asks me for many documents to just sent them, as many as they require & they will require a lot.To be patient with the process, because they will try to discourage you from going through with the claim. I appreciate Enrique Borja and his knowledgeable staff. If you are looking for an insurance agent this is the place to go. Great customer service and very patient. I recommend Enrique Borja 100%.

Completely predatory and incompetent customer service. Management lacks any manner of empathy of compassion, nor responsiveness to reason and logic. Unfortunately a slavish devotion to furthering a corporate agenda trumps a mission statement within articles of incorporation. Never can I trust such an unscrupulous and shadowy entity who exhibits so little honesty and trustworthiness.Worst headache Ive ever experienced when a customer needs efficiency and accountability in emergencies. Wow my day started rough. I ask for the closest State Farm which was 12109 Hawthorn which was not there. So I called the next one and spoke to Kathy. What a blessing. She told me where they were located and I found it. I went there to send receipts and bills to my claim adjuster in Arizona. Daniel help me to do that, which I had to email Daniel,something I dont do. Greatful for helping hands. Fernanda even offered me snacks but I started eating better today. Enrique and I have known each other for a couple of years, so when I bought my first home I knew instantly who I wanted to go to to help ease me into the process. I was frightened and anxious about the whole home buying process and wasnt even sure what exactly my homeowners insurance would cover. Everything seemed like complete jargon to me because I wasnt used to nor familiar with homeowning and what it all entails. Being the wonderful human being he is, he personally called me (on several occasions) when I got worried about my insurance coverage or had general questions (which may have been stupid questions). He calmly explained everything to me to the tee, and even stayed over in office one night (I think our conversation was about an hour long because I had SO many questions) to make sure I fully understood my insurance options.
