Alicia from this office went above and beyond when some suit from upper management wanted to potentially cancel my insurance because they didn’t have an answer of an at fault for an accident I had even before I signed up with Mercury. As if I should be canceled because I got in an accident? As it turns out it was the other person‘s fault but it was still in litigation and that’s why they potentially wanted to cancel me. Alicia squashed that and called me to tell me I should carry-on as if nothing happened. Her professionalism and ability to deal with her upper management was expedited in an impressive manner and I don’t have to worry about being canceled! Cheers to this office and Alicia!

The representing was responsive but misleadingInappropriate actions taken by your representing without my permission is the reason for me cancelling this policy.I was solicited by a Duncan Mc Kennon of your office for the purchase of a automobile insurance policy. He forwarded me a quotation which was unacceptable to me. I informed him of the other quotes I had received inparticular on from All State and he informed me he could match their quotation. On May 4 2021 he called and gave me a price of $73.60 monthly. On May 5 2021i again spoke to Mr Mckennon agreed to buy the policy thru your company. At that time I gave him my credit card information and authorized him to send it thru for $73.60. LATER THAT NIGHT I received an email from from your company informing me that my card was debited $85.95 twelve dollars and thirty five cents more ($12.35) than I had authorize Mr.mckennon to debit my card. Immediately I called my bank and stopped the transaction. The following day I called Mr mckennon and informed him of my actions and I did not intend to do business with him and wanted the policy cancelled and my money refunded.Since the my bank has refunded me $12.35 and informed me that I would have to have your company refund to me the $73.60 due me.Therefore I am requesting that you forward the $73.60 due me to my home in NY;NORMAN MCBEAN415 PARK VIEW AVEYONKERS NY 10710SincerelyNORMAN MCBEAN
