Responded quickly to my recent insurance claim for vandalism. Was able to use the Allstate App to file the claim, even submitting pictures. Received the check for the repairs really quickly. Appreciate the timely service with no issues at all. Thanks for a great job!

I haven’t had much contact with them, only when I’ve called to ask about my premiums and why they are so high. They are way too expensive. I was told because I had an accident last year. No injuries & no damage to other car. And, found that “Allstate Accident Forgiveness” does not apply in California.Very disappointing, I’ve had no tickets and one minor accident and been driving for 50 years......Paying almost 3,000 a year is Unbelievable
