Since he is also a licensed Real Estate Agent, he knew all the ins and outs of the home buying process and answered all my questions in amazing detail. He took the time to go though every line on the insurance quote with detailed examples. Overall, his communication and customer service has definitely surpassed all my expectations.

But then I also realized that he provided amazing hands-on service -- what a plus!I had to make three big changes to my housing insurance and, since his staff was on vacation, he worked on the pricing and documentation himself to facilitate my rush. I needed to switch my auto insurance and i was recommended to James Chen at State Farm. I was able to get a quote that was lower than what i was already paying. Needless to say, I switched over. While I was there, he explained the other services that they offered. I had no idea they offered checking accounts. With the problems I have had at the major bank chains, I decided to open a checking account as well. The whole process was easy and effortless. When i went to go get a quote, I realized that James could save me so much money I was baffled.I had the most wonderful experience, everything was dealt for me and they made my time switching over seem so effortless. I had such an awesome experience i actually switched over everything from my auto, home, and got life insurance while we were at it.Even though i just met them i felt as if we were already friends! Thats how friendly they were.The building was clean, and they offered me drinks, and answered all my questions without a problem.Okay now the only downfall might be that it seems like there are some people doing some construction but that doesnt have anything to do with their business so thats that. Ive had the pleasure of working with Agent James Chen and his office manager Karen on many occasions. Each time they have made my experience fun and positive. They are always super patient and take the time to explain coverages and answer any questions. They have never made me feel pressured or dumb for not knowing something about insurance. They are extremely knowledgable and have taught me a lot about the risks and benefits of having or not having certain coverages. They never try to sell their clients, instead they work with you to understand what you may need and want for protection. James Chens team is always pleasant to talk to on the phone or in person.
