If I could give her ZERO stars, I would! Total lack of professionalism. No interest, nor desire to keep a loyal customer of nearly a decade! When I told her Id like to cancel my current policies due to finding a better rate elsewhere, she made certain she heard me correctly by asking me, Oh, what, like with a different company? When I said, Yes, and with the same coverage numbers, not less coverage, she immediately said, Oh, wow, looks like you found a great deal, AND THEN, SHE HUNG UP ON ME!! She simply accepted defeat!! I am totally shocked and appalled!! I am also greatly and deeply saddened that my patronage of nearly ten years was brought to a sudden and unexpected end. What a waste of a life insurance policy. It was to be a gift to my daughter in the off-chance that something should happen to me. Just to think, all those years of paying extra money, only for it all to go to waste, sickens me. That money couldve been used to put food in my stomach instead of being thrown down the drain.

M.H, I not too sure if you have the correct Denise Decosta, because the DENISE DECOSTA my State Farm agent that handles ALL!!!!!! my Family members Insurance policies would never conduct herself like that with any policy holder. She wont neglect a MOSQUITO!!!, So whosoever instigated you to post such a discrediting review should be placed on the far end of this UNIVERSE.... I Call DENISE every month just to say HELLO!!! and review my policies and none of her staff including herself never hung up on me. SO I can more than SWEAR!!! believe me, this hideous lie you mentioned about she hanging up on you is shameful on your behalf.When it comes to LIFE POLICY, (and Im Talking from experience) I can tell you that she PRIORITIZES every individuals LIFE. TO NOTE Ive been a LOYAL CLIENT of MS. DECOSTA close to if not 2 decades, SO I know what youre accusing her of is FALSE!!!!!... You need to find better things to do with your time rather than try to knock this HIGHLY RESPECTED LADY down... You need to remove your post ASAP!!!! and stop lying...
