I called Freeway off a Google search not knowing what to expect. From the first moments I could tell that working with Ricardo was going to be a great experience. Ricardo took the time to explain in detail, the different options available and more importantly found me the absolute BEST deal I could have found. I tried my current insurance along with several others just to compare, and nobody could even come close! This company and Ricardo specifically, were amazing and have got a new customer thanks to being courteous, friendly and flat out honest. This place is a scam iam telling you just spring for the extra dollar and go to farmers or a real company my insurance was cancellled 2 times all they will do here is find you another company so thats 600$ down plus where did my 67$ payment go that i just mailed a week ago, dont be lazy people do your homework

This place has poor customer service and a big fat guy with glasses gone lie and said she been there.How when u wasnt even here since Ive been waiting racI was waiting and for 15 minutes and a lady came in that havent even been waiting and they put her before me.
